Oct 03,2024I was very happy with the customer service and the help that was offered. However, there were a few things that you may want to know about the service. The salesman mentioned that drive away insurance was included. It was not, it cost £45. They mentioned they would stamp the area which shows they have done a recent service on the vehicle- they did not do this. When I drove the car away the tyre pressure light was on. There were no dust caps on the wheels. The navigation does not work despite saying it does. A few other teething problems which are small easy fixes- things I thought would be possible for them to do easily. I’m happy with the car just not the overall service and stress of the first couple of weeks in it with these worries
