Aug 04,2023never use rehlat for booking. my booking ID 54166 CO // NK was canceled and I did not receive. Refund. They are not responding to my emails their helpdesk is lying every time. Cannot understand how Google is partnering with them.

Jul 31,2023I booked a hotel early April for May through REHLAT.CO. The payment 3112.080 EUR was deducted from my account immediately. In 16th of April I have received letter from REHLAT by email: "Your hotel booking was unsuccessful, and a full refund will be initiated for the amount of 3112.080 EUR for booking I'd RGL1821780, Which will be credited to your respective bank account within 10-15 business days". On the 31th July I had not received my refund and emailed requesting when to expect the refund. I have emailed and phoned since and keep being told it will come in as soon as possible. So far I have not received a cent. I feel this is a fraudulent organization. I Just wonder how dare google have a cooperation with this REHLAT and what should I do to ask my money back?

Jul 31,2023I booked two tickets for my wife and daughter. My wife's ticket was confirmed. My daughter wasn't after I waited a day. After so many calls to customer care Rehalat sent me an email saying if you want to confirm you need to pay an amount approx double the original price. I refused and booked on the airline site with only 10 SR more. After two weeks I haven't got my money back yet...

Jul 29,2023Boek nooit een hotel bij deze organisatie. Wij hadden per ongeluk het verkeerde hotel geboekt. Meteen het hotel geannuleerd en dat was uiteraard geen probleem. Rehlat wil geen cent terug betalen en verschuilen zich achter hun voorwaarden. Betreffende hotel nog eens gebeld en die krijgen verder geen geld. Rehlat steekt alles gewoon in eigen zak. Gewoon pure diefstal. Ze reageren vervolgens ook nergens meer op.

Jul 27,2023Worst customer service. I booked a flight with rehlat. Suddenly I hear that my flight got canceled as I was not able to checkin. I call airlines they say that website cancelled my flight. I call rehlat they day airlines. They did not send me any confirmation or any refund. I asked them to rebook my flight. No response what so ever. Bigggg Frauddddddddd

Jul 27,2023Never believe positive reviews about this company and also Nomadtickets.com which is part of the scam as they are fake like everything about them. It was the first time I was robbed in my life. I advise anyone who is injured to report to the authorities as I did , The more of us who do this the easier they will be caught and judged . Forget to contact them, recover your money through the bank, only the bank can reach the account of these bandits and recover your money.

Jul 25,2023DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I bought a ticket on their website expecting confirmation from their end and was told the ticket was never processed despite the money being taken from my account. I immediately requested a refund and was told to wait 20 working days to for the refund to be processed despite following up almost immediately after the ticket was unconfirmed. It has now been 2 months ( 40 working days) and despite numerous unanswered emails and useless 'refund request' made by their customer service team I am still without my refund. It's very disheartening that a company would be so incompetent and nonchalant to not realize the financial implications that this can have on customers' financial stability especially in this current economy. DO NOT DO WHAT I DID AND IMMEDIATELY CONTACT YOUR BANK TO GET THE PAYMENT REVERSED!! The company bank on the fact that you'll wait the 20 business days and by that point your bank can't do anything.

Jul 24,2023I booked a hotel with Agoda but was directed to these scammers, booking was confirmed and then I decided to read reviews and couldn't believe what I was reading, cancelled within the hour and got the usual response that we are all reading. (refund in 10-12 working days) I contacted my banks and used the chargeback scheme, this service is available if you pay with a debit or credit card. Gave my bank all the details and a link to the bad reviews the bank goes to Rehlat's bank and demands for the money back. The money was back with me in 48 hours. This is how to get your money back quick ! The more people that use chargeback the sooner these scammers will get the message.
