Aug 23,2023This website is a scam. I called to have my ticket cancelled an hour after booking and they’d promise they’d cancel it and nothing. The ticket was still active a few hours before that flight. And after emailing them thousands of times, they say they’ll try when it’s just bullsh!t. Do not ever book with this website. It’s a slap in the face that google still has this website on top of the list of websites to book with. Y’all suck.

Aug 23,2023Booked a ticket on 16th June, 2023 booking id : 2052803, had to cancel same day as rehlat informed non availability of seats, on enquiry got an email saying will be refunded in 20 working days. waiting since then, had been calling customer care number several times every time only to receive answer that financial team will contact in 24-48 hours, which never happened. Send so many emails with no reply. Rehlat bookings appears to be a real scam.

Aug 23,2023After booking flight tickets using Rehlat, after payment ticket not confirmed and they asked to pay double the amount which is highter than in actual airline charge, so i cancelled and asked them in written to refund in the same card. Booking was done with free cancelation. I have contacted them prior to the cancelation and they have confirmed the money will be refounded in 20 business days. It has been more than 2 months since and no refound was issued. I have contacted them more than 15 times by phone and their only answer "please wait.asap", "our financials will contact you within 24 hours" but nothing happen at all! I hope Dubai police is only the way to return the money. Rehlat doesnt respect the customers at all! Absolute disgrace!

Aug 20,2023شركة نصابة 👎🏼👎🏼 قمت بالحجز من خلالها وقامت بالغاء الحجز بدون سبب ولم استرد اموالى منذ ٦ اشهر حتى الان وليس لها مقر لخدمة لاستقبال العملاء My booking ID: 1945687 قمت بمراسلة الدعم عبر الايميل ولا يوجد رد وقمت بالاتصال بخدمة العملاء ولا يوجد اى مساعدة شركة نصابة ١٠٠٪ لا انصح بالتعامل معها اطلاقاااا

Aug 19,2023Good thing i didn’t book just to save $20. When it asked for passport details i got skeptical. I mean even original airline websites don’t ask for passport info until check in time. I decided to check reviews and wow they aren’t decent maybe the next 10 yrs I’ll check back to see progress.

Aug 18,2023I booked a flight with them, but never got the email confirmation. 24 hours later, my reservation status switched from "awaiting confirmation" to "being processed" (?), so I called them to find out that my booking was rejected and I was to be refunded. They claimed I would receive an email with some details about my non-booking and my refund within the next 24 hours. 19 days have gone so far and not only have I not received anything, but I have no clue at all where my money is! I'm not going to sue them because I don't think they even exist as a travel agency and because the amount I paid for that ghost flight is really not worth it, but, since I'm a real travel agent myself too, I'll get them blacklisted in all the agencies I collaborate with.

Aug 13,2023Really disappointed with my February 2023 booking with Rehlat. I have been running from pillar to post asking for refund for the past 1.5 years. I was told to expect an email within 24 hours each and every time, but even after 1.5 years of continuous follow up, I haven't received that email. No proper response from Rehlat, money hasn't been refunded & the experience is very stressful! I have called customer care, they always say you will get response with 24 hrs and our Finance Team is working on it... I am hearing the same....... Worst experience in my life.

Aug 12,2023First mistake was booking with this website without proper research about them. So almost the same like the others, i booked my flight in their website (cheapest at that time), i received email that the booking was pending and they are waiting for the airline to confirm before they will send me the ticket copy. After 2 hours, i received another email that there was a price hike and i need to pay for the booking to proceed and 3rd email that since no response from my side the cancelled my booking. I read the email when i reached home after work, but still i paid the fare hike just to secure my booking since my flight was already in 2 weeks. The following day i called their customer care to double check if my ticket was confirmed but they said it was cancelled already and they will initiate the refund on June 15,2023. After multiple calls and emails from them, until now i dont receive my refund with cost 2.6 aed in total. I filed complaint in DET in dubai since the office is located there. They said that Rehlat is not licensed by the department, thus they does not fall under their jurisdiction. I called ******* but they refer me to Ministry of Economy (*******)because they are dealing only with company within Abu Dhabi. Ministry of Economy was close today and sunday so i am planning to file a case also. As i am reading the review of others, I read about filling a dispute report. So I called my bank to file a dispute case to Rehlat and suggested that I should send them email regarding the situation and any proof of emails from the company. Waiting time is 120 days (plus the 2 months waiting for rehlat without refund =( Such a huge inconvenience booking with Rehlat. To those who have same experiences, let us knock all doors. Don't loose hope because it is our hard earned money! They cannot take it like that.

Aug 11,2023Advising all not to use such this service , really one of the worst booking site i ever seen .. we booked a flight ticket with confirmation code 1179711 / BID 2055979 and in next day they sent email that we have to pay extra amount to complete our booking when we ask to refund they said refund will take 14 to 20 working days, 45 days has been passed and no refund until the moment plus the customer service most of the time they do not answer , it is first time to see call center not answering the call !! If they replied the answer is (one day you will get your money back )!!! Please do not use such this service any more

Fui informado de que o reembolso total será processado em 20 dias úteis, embora não pareça haver nenhuma razão justificada para que eles mantenham o dinheiro do reembolso em sua conta por tanto tempo. Meu reembolso está atrasado há mais de 1 meses Frustrado ao limite agora e chamando a atenção/ação das autoridades e seus bancos/agências parceiros

Aug 08,2023The worst booking site is Rehlat. Never ever book any airticket or hotels from this Company. Seing better rates, we will be tempted to book from them. I booked a hotel room for staying on the same day. I got confirmation mail from rehlat with successful booking. When went to the hotel reception for check in, they said there is no booking under my name. Contacted Rehlat and they said they have no clue how it got canceled and they said they cant help. I booked same Hotel from their website and stayed there. But with Rehlat its more than a month now following up for refund. No response. In simple words they are the money looters. Please stay away from them.

Aug 08,2023Absolutely ridiculous. Been trying to get a refund since April as they cancelled my booking. Horrible service. Been played about constantly. Theyve said your request is prioritised to the finance department etc. You can't even speak to a manager or anyone who can help over the phone. The emails are just as bad. Completely dead replys with no action. All they say is it is being prioritised just wait for our reply. What kind of service is this. And the worst bit is they are soo calm like they don't give a toss about their customers and neither their own reputation. Most important part of a business is to remember to be good and right with your customers.

Aug 07,2023Ich habe im April 2023 ein Hotel über Rehlat gebucht und einen Tag später storniert, da der Flug abgesagt wurde und ich keinen passenden fand. Mir wurde auch, wie anscheinend allen Kunder der dubiosen Firma, eine Rückerstattung zu ca. 90 % in den nächsten Tagen versichert. Bis heute und nach zig Emails mit der Aussage "with high priority to our Finance Department" habe ich keine Rücküberweisung erhalten. Habe jetzt meine Bank mit einem Chargeback beauftragt. Ich frage mich warum so ein Unternehmen in Deutschland so frei ihren betrügerischen Machenschaften ungehindert nachgehen darf!

Aug 07,2023We've made the mistake of booking a hotel through this company. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip. Although we had opted for free cancellation, support consistently lies about the booking being non-refundable, in spite of clear documentation and screenshots to the contrary.

They have agreed to process the refund after 1 months of follow up and after constant email reminders , .After they agreed , 2 months have passed (Now at 16th reminder email) and even copying their CEO , CFO , no action. I thought at least the management will have a little shame in seeing their company having such negative reviews but apparently they don't even care . Booking number RSA1857089 . Been waiting since April 22. Dear Users , if at all you are about to book in this website , kindly avoid at alll costs! I have got in touch with Dubai Economy and Tourism and trying to sue them now for the mental torture they are putting us through. Update 09/08/23 : Finally after 20 Emails and following up and crying for 4 months , i received the refund in my account today.

Aug 24,2023Fiz um cancelamento de reserva I'd RCO2354178 IMEDIATAMENTE após a compra em 26/07/23 e até agora não estornaram o valor no meu cartão (mais de R$ 10 mil reais). Era para o valor nem ter aparecido na minha fatura, dado que o cancelamento foi feito imediatamente após a compra. Já mandei 5 emails e sempre respondem que estão cuidando como prioridade e que retornaram em 48 horas úteis, porém, nunca o fazem. Acho que essa empresa é tão ruim que precisa ficar com o dinheiro dos consumidores por um tempo enorme, rentabilizando o dinheiro, e ganhando em cima dos consumidores que saem prejudicado com esse prazo ridiculamente longo para o estorno. Estou procurando maneiras de entrar na Justiça contra essa empresa no país de origem deles. Inadmissível, não devolvem o dinheiro do consumidor.
