Jul 06,2023I booked a hotel room in London through them on the 5th of July attracted by their low prices. I then received an email saying that I cancelled the room and no refund was initially offered. The truth is Rehlat cancelled the booking, not me. I complained via this site and also their web page and, in all fairness, they refunded the amount within 24h. Their prices are too good to be true but I did receive a refund quickly.

Jul 05,2023Rehlat Reference number : RCO1990618 I made a hotel reservation through Rehlat on May 9th. I canceled my hotel reservation on May 15 because my travel program was cancelled. Rehlat's response after the cancellation; Thank you for reaching Rehlat customer support. Please be informed that we will process the refund within 10-12 business days and the amount of EUR 98.52 (Booking I'd RCO1990618) will be credited to your account in accordance with your bank policy & procedures. The service fee of 3.2% is a Non-refundable booking fee. If you do not receive the refund after 4 weeks, please reach out to us for further assistance. Thanks & Regards anuge Rehlat did not pay me back the money!!!! I phoned them. They apologized and said they would report the problem to the finance department. Today is July 5th and still no payment!!!! I will apply to the courts of the Republic of Turkey on Monday, July 10th! I will take my right to the end. Never book with this company!!!!!

Jul 05,2023The most horrible! Do not get fooled by low prices! I booked a flight and at the end , they said its not confirmed! I waited and waited, called them several time no-one ever responded and 7 hour later they sent email booking not confirmed! What kind of company advertises flights that cannot be instantaneously confirmed!

Jul 04,2023BE CAREFULL; THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM Over 3 months ago a booked a hotel via Rehlat, shortyl after they contacted me ans said, that unfortunarly the hotel is not available anymore. I then asked for a refund, and they said it would take 10 days. This is 3 months ago, and I still have not received my money back, everytime I contact them, I am just receibing the same copy&paste answer "Please wait". Do not book with them, it looks like a scheme, you book a hotel with them and they are never avaialble, and they keep your money. Be carefull they are scammers

First of all why it takes 21 days to you for refund when ticked was not confirmed , no one take calls on number mentioned on your website and noone reply to email please refund the amount at the earliest

This was happened without any information with me.Immediately I contacted, you said we will refund the whole amount within 27 days. Now More than 2 months. I did not recive any amount from you. Jul 03,2023These guys are just a group of scammers with a semi decently built website to lure innocent people in. Do not fall for it and the positive reviews here are either really lucky individuals or entirely fake reviews. They will only ask you to wait 24-48 hours for your refund because guess what the cheap prices for their services are baits for people to buy them and then once payment is gone through they tell you the service is pending then say it could not be bought because of xyz so a refund is processed. The refund will never come pretty much, they just want to stall enough of your time so your buyer protection/help from your bank runs out or you just forget about the purchase entirely. Seriously, a group of messed up individuals. BEST ADVICE? CONTACT YOUR BANK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND GET AN INVESTIGATION STARTED FOR A REFUND. That is your best bet at getting your money back. That's what I did after waiting 1 month and 2 weeks, I just contacted my bank and got this sorted.

Jul 02,2023Please be aware, they offer a great price on Trivago , once you confirm they take your money and advice they can not confirm the booking the rates have changed and ask for more money, when you decline they take the payment and getting a refund is a nightmare, 12 working days to 4 week and if you don’t receive it by then message them ! This is for a booking that wasn’t confirmed ! Great way to make interest if they do it to everyone! Trivago are not interested !

Jul 01,2023Dear Anji, Anuj, Jahnavi, Manish, Pradeep, Kalyani & Accounts/Finance department, I can honestly say that I have never had the misfortune of dealing with such an unhelpful, dishonest, incompetent & unprofessional company as yourselves. You guys call yourselves help@rehlat, what an absolute joke, all you have done is give me the absolute run around for over 7weeks with all your false promises & lies. You are all scammers who steal peoples hard earned money & their holidays. All the reviews I have since read about yourselves are all true. I really don’t know how you sleep at night. I will fight this refund all the way, I have already contacted the Dubai police & my bank, you guys will not get away with this one. Look out for all my reviews & messages to Bader Albader. EDIT 06/07/2023 BOOKING REF: RCO1854586 Now over 8weeks in and still no refund, The help team just sending me different ticket numbers now with every email I send, all of which are closed the next morning. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!! I have tried contacting them on Instagram, WhatsApp & via the app… Guess what, nobody can help. I have flights, transfers & holiday insurance booked for 15th July & looks like I will lose the lot as Rehlat not refunding my over £1200 to enable me to book alternative accommodation. OVER 8 WEEKS OF MENTAL TORTURE… and nobody cares!!!!!!

Jul 01,2023BIG WARNING !!!! STAY AWAY from them. You will only lose all your money and you will not get Hotel room you booked with Rehlat! They will NOT answer your calls. Rehlat will NOT answer your Mails. As soon they get money and you DO not get hotell room they will avoid you!!!!!

Jun 30,2023Booked a hotel, and made sure I paid for the free, fully refundable, cancellation option. I ended up cancelling as I found a better deal elsewhere. I was told I’d receive a refund in 10-15 days. Nothing was received. I’ve sent numerous emails to their customer service team, always get told the same thing (“we’re sending it for processing”). But so far, a month in, nothing. I’ve now raised a dispute through my bank and have reported this site to a scam investigation team.

Jun 29,2023Aufgrund unserer fristgerecht sowohl bei Rehlat, als auch beim Hotel abgegebenen Stornierung (Hotel Principe Paz, Sta. Cruz, Teneriffa) erhielten wir Ende April Nachricht, dass die an Rehlat geleistete Zahlung (bis auf die Buchungskosten....?) im Laufe von ca. 2 - 3 Wochen voll erstattet würde...., das war Ende April diesen Jahres, bis heute haben wir nur eine weitere Vertröstung und keinerlei Erstattung erhalten. Betrügerische Absichtserklärungen und betrügerisches Handeln!!!! Warnung an alle weiteren Interessenten: nicht auf die niedrigeren Preise von Hotel- und Flugkosten hereinfallen!!!
