This is the third time I am facing same issue.I booked my 3 ticket and my money got deducted from my card but still I didn’t received any confirmation nor revive any e-ticket in my mail after booking today this ticket from Rehlat site. Also no discounts as per the code has been given on your site during booking on site.Please stop fooling customers by just taking money and no ticket confirmation has been given nor receive aknowledgement given from your end after booking from your site..kindly provide me my booked ticked asap
I am very satisfied with my hotel booking. I appreciate Anji who called me to check my experience at the hotel. I also do appreciate much more the lowest price that I got via Rehlat among other agency platforms. This is highly recommended.

Absolute scam. This is not a real company. They took the money for my booking and then cancelled it straight away. It has now been 5 months and I have not received my money back. They are lying scum. You can call them with no trouble, but they will lie and make up excuses. They told me that there "financial team" is on holiday and that's why I haven't gotten my money back. It's something different everyone you call.

Currently stood in the smoking lounge terminal 2 riyadh. Just like to say that reviews can be faked for good and bad. As for my experience, almost hassle free. They did send an email saying my payment hadn't gone through for the flight but that maybe because I'm using a British bank in Saudi...it showed as 'pending'. Well long trip home to newport via bristol via Athens, 2 flights confirmed and checked in, only worry I had was when I checked the reviews after the payment issues (which was rectified via confirmation email within hours). Tbf I done the heads right in of the staff at Rehlat trying to get a refund because of the poor reviews. Glad I didn't now. Left loads of reviews before so you know I'm not fake. Work for the government in Saudi and WILL be using these guys again when I fly home in future! Sorry if people have actually been ripped off but that's just not my experience of this company. Sorry once again rehlat.com for the bombardment of emails.
THE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY EVER, I BOOKED A FLIGHT FROM DUBAI TO AMMAN , I SUPPOSED TO GET THE CONFIRMATION WITHIN 30 MINTUES BUT AFTER 7 HOURS FROM BOOKING AND DEDUCTING THE MONEY , I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM AN AGENT HIS NAME IS REMON ZAKARIA REQUESTED MY APPROVAL TO PAY THE DOUBLE TICKET AMOUNT , I INSIST FOR REFUND AND DUNNO HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE , ANYWAY IM PUTTING SAME REVIEW IN ALL POSSIBLE WEBSITES TO HELP PEOPLE AND IM GOING TO THEIR OFFICES FACE TO FACE AND CHALLENGE THEM TO TAKE MY RIGHTS
I booked a hotel on June 8 and the money was deducted from my account, but they could not confirm the booking because suddenly the room became more expensive. They asked me to pay more to get the room confirmed but after 2 hours calling them and waiting, I requested a refund. They promised to refund in 10-12 business days. We are now June 24 and still no refund on my account. They keep answering my mail by the same answer that they will check with accounting and get back to me, but they never do!
One of the worst ticketing service provider. I made a flight booking and the amount was deducted from my account. I received an email informing that the ticket is processing. After that received the following email 2 hours before the flight "Please accept our apologies as your flight has sold out of seats. We are unable to confirm your booking for that reason" and given an alternative date ahead of 4 days. REHLAT BOOKING ID: 4627425.
Ref.: Booking id 1644436 in March-2020 & Ticket No.1104338. I have received an email from Rehlat to give Bank Account details and I had given the same before 15 days but still today I didn't receive the Refund amount in my Account. They are taking such a long time only for a small amount of money to refund !! It's really surprising. ======================================== The Airticket through REHLAT was booked from Dubai to Calicut in March-2020. The flight got cancelled due to Covid and they promised to give Refund of the Ticket. Since then we have been following up with Rehlat but we have yet not received the refund amount. On checking with Air-India airlines they told me that the refund from our side has been given to Rehlat. We have been given so many promises by Rehlat since last 3 years to refund the amount in 15-20 days but they never gave the refund. This is really very shocking that they are only giving vague promises to give back refund amount but in fact they are not giving back. They promised me last before one month to give the refund in 15-20 days but the refund has not been given so far. I am chasing with them and their Customer Care but no refund has come yet since last 3 years.
Absolutely terrible experience! We booked a hotel with the booking ID RAE2073769 and 3 days after the payment they told us that there was a mistake on the price on their website and the correct price is almost double! Obviously we didn't accept that and requested a refund, they were supposed to process the refund since 25 May 2023 and till now we didn't receive anything. Reaching out to their support is useless as they keep telling us they'll check with accounting and get back to us. I will keep escalating this matter everywhere possible until I get my money back!
I booked my flight trhrough rehlat,and unfortunately I did not booked it with baggage and meals,when I decided to booked additional baggage allowance and meals,they said that they cannot do it anymore and need to contact the airlines. So I do it on my own and contacted the airlines about the these matter and they successfully add me baggage allowance,but since that the registered email in the airlines was the email used by rehlat coz they are the one who booked my ticket,the airlines agent said that they will send my new Itinerary to the email registered (rehlat email).All I am asking is that they will sent me the new Itinerary for me to use on my flight it's been 2 weeks already that I requested,but no positive response.It is so frustrating that they cannot help you in this matter.
On the part of the company Rehlat, everything is done clearly. But the administrator of the host hotel (Rehlat Reference Nomber RCOM2153261 ), in response to the presentation of a paid voucher with breakfast included, announced that this was an advertising move by a travel company. As a result, I am without paid included breakfast. Please clarify the situation
I had booked a hotel at Heathrow airport through the third party Rehlat. Unfortunately my girlfriend had a bad accident fracturing multiple bones in her face - she was told by medics that she should not to travel to the U.K. due To the fractures . I immediately contacted ( 20 days before the check in date ) Rehlat and sent them the photos and the medical report and asked for a refund or a postponement due to medical reasons . Eventually they replied stating contact the hotel directly - I did so and Aerotel were amazing as they fully understood and confirmed that they have no issue with the cancellation and refund however as I booked through Rehlat they would need to cancel the booking and they asked Me to send their email confirming that they have no objection to it - I did . I emailed Rehlat on several occasions over the 20 day period before check in and telephoned them and told they would pass it on to the right department - I called again and was told it would be sorted - I emailed them on at least 10 occasions and I kept saying the same thing that it has been passed To their department - I’ve heard Nothing and now I have lost my money as they have not cancelled the booking - Avoid this company Rehlat at all costs as they have caused me such an emotional roller coaster as I have been worried about my girlfriend and her injuries and at the same time they have added to my anxiety . Note all the airlines and Aerotel ALL accepted the position and have been wonderful and compassionate but not REHLAT
Hello, I am very satisfied with my hotel booking! I really like the fact that Anji has called me right after my check-in to see how it goes. My hotel is also wonderful! My only issue is with the additional Forex charge, which should disappear in Rehlat’s business model soon.
