Jun 06,2023We are just finishing paying g for a room at the Delta Hotel at the Philadelphia Airport. They’ve never HEARD of Rehlat! While we have a very nice receipt stating our confirmation number and our prepaid room rate, the paper is WORTHLESS. We’ll be seeing if the credit card company will cover our costs, but from what I’m reading, GOOD LUCK. Fortunately the Hotel had plenty of rooms, but there’s a huge scam going on here.

Jun 05,2023On January 30, 2023, we made a reservation and prepayment via the website. Our travel date is on March 16, 2023; Although we have a Hotel Confirmation Voucher, when we wanted to check in to the hotel, we learned that there was no reservation and the agency canceled it without our knowledge. We suffered because of Rehlat. When we contacted Rehlat, they sent an e-mail that our money would be refunded in 10-12 working days without any explanation (March 17, 2023). However, even after 55 working days, they still do not refund our money. Although we sent a reminder mail to Rehlat 5-6 times, no explanation is given. We cannot reach the authorities. First they victimized us and our money(334.94€) has been extorted since January 30. They are scamming us. Booking ID:1409006

Jun 05,2023This is not a customer service, this is service for stealing. They received my payment for hotel reservation and send a message that they had received my money immediately, but booking was failed. After that they informed me that my booking is not confirmed. They asked me to pay extra EUR 200. It is nonsense. I have sent e mail that I want to return my money. They confirmed that all my payment will be refunded, but after 2 months they did not refund. I sent a lot of mails and they always send generic mails with apologies. I do not want your apologies, I want my money. Jun 04,2023They are cheaters. I purchased the air ticket and the amount is deducted from my account, then I received email saying I have to pay extra amount which I refused and requested refund. Now I am calling them everyday without any proper answer as well as no refund.

Jun 02,2023Updating, after a year and writing reviews in Trust pilot, Sravani has helped me and I have got my refund. Thank you. A year ago I had the terrible idea to book a hotel vacation with your fraudulent company. For a very sad reason I had to cancel the reservation and since in the terms and conditions it said that I would receive my refund in 48 hours, I was calm. During this year I have spoken with all the departments of your company, I have sent many emails, messages and I have always received the same answer: your refund is being processed and you will hear from us shortly. They never contacted me, they never gave me an explanation why they did not return my money. I just want to tell you that in Norway this is called stealing and that those who carry out this activity are called thieves here.

May 28,2023It’s really sad the situation that I’m going through with Rehlat. I’m reaching them every 10 days, being calm and relaxed but they work on the issues that costumers report them. On the 15th of April I booked 2 nights for 2 persons in an hotel in Bordeaux, which was not confirmed. They didn’t told me why and after I send an email they just told me I was requested to pay more because that price was no longer available. I refused to pay more and said to cancel and refund me (even if I could complete the reservation successfully it was fully refundable, allegedly!). After several emails where they tell me that are going to share with their financial department and request priority, there’s no refund at all. I just reached the bank and even they are trying to contact Rehlat with no feedback at all! This is not a trustable website, and their employees are not trustable as well, once they process you things that don't know!

May 26,2023They canceled my flight the day of and customer service is horrible!! I had booked a flight to Miami for a festival. I called the airlines to make sure the reservation was real-they said it was. The day of, my reservation was canceled! I called the airline, they said the Rehlat had canceled it. Now I completely missed out on my vacation because flights are double the price! PLEASE DON'T USE REHLAT TO BOOK ANYTHING! Customer service just sends out tickets and you have to communicate via email. They of course don't reply!

May 25,2023Het hotel dat ik boekte was niet het juiste hotel. Dat bleek pas toen ik de voucher kreeg. Meteen de boeking gecanceld, zodat ik mijn volledige bedrag terug kon krijgen. Het is alleen onmogelijk om je geld volledig terug te krijgen. DOE GEEN ZAKEN MET DEZE LUI!

May 25,2023I booked a hotel early February for May. The payment $1387.20 was deducted from my account immediately. In March I needed to cancel because of changed circumstances. On the 11th April I had not received my refund and emailed requesting when to expect the refund. I was quoted a ticket number 1142446 for future communication. I have emailed and phoned since and keep being told it will come in in 10-15 days or 2 days. So far I have not received a cent. I feel this is a fraudulent organization.

May 25,2023If there was negative star I'd put that. This is a scam artist business. Rehlat is a fraud. You will do yourself a favor and not do business with them. Otherwise, you will experience the same fraud as hundreds of other users.

Jun 08,2023Hi all friens how are you.i beg you please do not choose with any booking with rehalat apps this app is fully scammed and no one customer has given positive reply i call 1000times always they said your problem will solve with in 24 hrs but last 4yrs my problem has not solved actually i make tivket from rehalat but due to Corona crisis i cancelled my ticket amd put in to refund but i hot mail your amount will be credited to your account with in 4 to 5 working days but some times they hold my amount in rehalat wallet and other some wallet i call so many times i yold clearly i dont want any wallet i want my money back to my accounts yet 4 yrs complete but they did not pay for me or not an given any positive reply
