Jun 19,2023Ils m'ont volé 450€.. Jamais remboursé malgré les promesses. Ils m'ont carrément bloqué... Cela fait deux mois, ma semaine d'hôtel m'aura coûté presque 900€ du coup, ces pratiques sont vraiment dégueulasses. Renseignez vous bien avant de laisser vos coordonnées bancaires sur ce genre de site.

Jun 19,2023J'ai réservé une nuit d'hôtel pour Washington (réservation RGL2144913) le 31 mai 2023, pour 105.11€. Après avoir immédiatement débité ma carte pour cette réservation, Rehlat m'informe 30' plus tard que la réservation est annulée, le prix ayant paraît il monté de 40€. Ils proposent de me réserver au nouveau prix ou de me rembourser. Méfiant, j'ai demandé le remboursement le lendemain, 1er juin. Suite à quoi ils m'annoncent un délai de remboursement de 10 à 12j. Devant mon mécontentement, ils acceptent de réduire ce délai à 3/4 j en m'accordant une "priorité". Depuis, malgré plusieurs relances, après 19j, aucun remboursement. Seulement l'assurance que le processus de remboursement est en cours ! J'ai donc fait opposition au bout de 15j auprès de MasterCard pour escroquerie (paiement sans contrepartie), et prévenu Rehlat qu'ils seraient poursuivis par MasterCard s'ils ne remboursent pas rapidement. Réponse de Rehlat : nous demandons à notre service comptable le remboursement sous 48h! Évidemment, il n'en est rien, et en faisant jouer l'assurance de ma carte, a laquelle j'ai transmis copie de mes échanges avec Rehlat, je serai remboursé par MasterCard. J'espère qu'ils pourront se retourner contre Rehlat qui, si j'en crois les avis presque unanimes, est coutumière des réservations bidons. Si les Emirats veulent rentrer dans le concert des nations respectables, où règne l'état de droit, ils devraient faire le ménage chez eux, et fermer rapidement ce genre de business frauduleux, qui nuit à leur réputation, qui n'est déjà pas fameuse. Millennium Hard Days Night Hotel Check-In September 12, 2023 According to the voucher you sent me as a confirmation of my reservation, it is clearly stated that I can cancel my reservation free of charge !!! You did not warn me about the changes in the cancellation policy. I would like a full refund I made a booking and was told I could cancel for free up to 2023-09-10. Jun 16,2023I made two flight booking through Rehlat.com from Bahrain to Cairo and it coasts me 17774.24 SAR ( 4740 $ ) The payment was going to Diamond C not Rehlat.com and I recieved confirmation from Rehlat for recieving the payment and wait for booking confirmation. They start calling me asking for extra money for the tickets but they never send me any link for payment. Day after the increase the price to push me to cancel the tickets without any charges , and once I cancel them they replied that it took 20 working days From 13th May 2023 until tody its totally 25 days !! In addition, their call center playing around giving you different answers and ask you to wait or they will put you in the fast track to get your refund but its all lies , nothing will happen. I am wondering when are they going to stop lying to their custmers and be trusted flight and hotel agent like other apps.

Jun 15,2023Do not book any flights or hotels through the Rehlat app or website. They are tremendous liars. On June 8, 2023, I purchased a ticket from Kuwait to Mumbai for June 23, 2023. However, at the same time, they removed my money and only one booking id was created. I haven't received a phone call or a letter in the last seven days. I'm terribly upset since I don't have enough money to travel to India. Rehlat fabricated all of the favorable reviews on this page. As a result, please do not do any transitions on Rehlat.com and kindly advise your dears not to fall victim to this fraud. Please share on social media so that no one falls victim to this fraud.

Jun 13,2023Muy mala la experiencia hice una reserva de un hotel y cancele por error y e llamado me dicen que no es reembolsable que no me devuelven el dinero pero le digo para hacer la reactivación del hotel tampoco me dan la opción el Valor es 365€ no tengo ninguna opción solo la de perder mi dinero sin derecha a nada. Y lo malo que no responden los correos y cuando llamo un número internacional que tampoco te dan ninguna opción es una estafa esto

I paid in the hotel, after I claim the money back to rehlat but 1 month after I:m still waiting for the refund. They say the will refund but don't refund it. This is scam. Jun 10,2023DO NOT BOOK WITH REHLAT. If there is no star rating, that will be most apt for this vendor. Rehlat has cheated me of my monies. I’m still waiting on a refund of two booking that was cancelled a month ago. Cancelled booking reference: RCO2003935 - refund amount EUR 463.585 RCO2003715 - refund amount EUR 470.93 These guys are crooks and very dodgy with their standard email response “we have escalated to accounts for a refund” but no refund received as yet.

Jun 10,2023The company is a scam. Stay away if you don’t want to lose your money. We booked a hotel and canceled immediately. It’s been over two weeks and they are still not ready to refund. we had 14days for cancellation for a full refund. Have reported the company to the authorities. Hope these scumbags are caught and punished.

Jun 09,2023I booked a good deal with them online, 1 day before travel. They came back to me after some time and said that rate is no longer available and I would need to pay more. I told them to just refund me which they said they would do 10-12 business days. We are now almost 1 month on and they have not paid. AVOID THEM, even if the rates look good!

Jun 20,2023Avoid at ALL COSTS! I used Rehlat to book a hotel room, which they were unable to reserve for me for some obscure reason. It's now been over three weeks now since I am chasing them on a regular basis to get a refund and still haven't seen a sign of a single penny on my account.
