May 23,2023This company is a fraudulent agency. They charged me 120 Euros for a hotel booking but did not make the booking. After charging my credit card, I was informed the reservation was not made as the price had increased and if I wanted to continue with the reservation I would have to pay 76 Euros more. It is to be noted that this is illegal as the contract was formed as soon as I paid the price offered and my credit card was charged. However, they took the payment but refused the reservation. I have followed 15 times in the last 3 weeks to demand my payment return but they do not even respnd to my emails. I shall be taking this to the e-commerce customer regulator as an aggriveed customer and lawyer.

May 23,2023This site runs scams. They will make it look like your flight is booked and then within a few days they will cancel your flights. By the time you get to the airport and realize what happened you will be stuck buying a flight that same day and Rehlat won't answer any calls or do anything about it. Do NOT trust this site!!

Worst booking Experience, They Take money for booking and not book it and ask for pay more than if you refuse they didn't pay back money and you cannot contact them, if someone from UAE reported in cyber police contact me i will also complain for this fraudulent Company. my booking id RAE1972299//RAE1972318.

May 22,2023I have 2 open refunds with them: 1.)I booked and payed a hotel on rehlat’s website on 22.03.2023. for stay from 31.03.2023. for 1 night. When I arrived to hotel, they didnt found the booking. I contacted rehlat, and they told me that some mistake happened and there is no booking for us, they will refund after 10-12 business days. Till today they didnt refund, however I sent them 14 emails, they answer was allways the same, that they will forward my request to they accounting department. 2.) I booked and payed a hotel on rehlat’s website on 02.05.2023. In few minutes i got the following email: “Oops! Your booking is not successful”. Same day I contacted rehlat, and they sent me answer: “tariff has been increased to EUR 264 extra”. I didnt accepted it. They following answer was that they will refund after 10-12 business days. Till today they didnt refund, however I sent them 5 emails, they answer was allways the same, that they will forward my request to they accounting department.

May 22,2023Wir raten allen dringend ab über diesen dubiosen Anbieter zu buchen! Nach einer mehrstündigen Anreise zu unserem Hotel in Italien, haben wir vom dortigen Personal erfahren, dass unsere Buchung storniert worden ist und alle Zimmer belegt sind. Die unmittelbare Rückreise konnte nur durch die Unterstützung des Managers abgewendet werden, der uns eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in einem anderen Hotel organisiert hat. Das inakzeptable Vorgehen von Rehlat hatte beträchtliche Mehrkosten von annähernd CHF 1000.00, den Verlust der Administrationsgebühr sowie viel Ärger zur Folge! Rehlat lehnt mit einem lapidaren Standardsatz jede Haftung ab.

May 21,2023BEWARE OF SERVICES OF REHLAT KUWAIT THE BOOKING AGENT I BOOKED MY 17 DAYS STAY IN IPIL ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY,TMI RESORT' 1)THE ROOM WHICH WAS GIVE TO US WAS PREVIOUSLY USED BY DRUG LORDS AND WAS CAUGHT BY POLICE RAID. 2)ROOF HAD HOLE AND WATER KEPT ENTERING WHEN RAINED. 3)WIFI SIGNAL VERY VERY WEAK . 4)NO WATER JUG OR GLASS IN ROOM. 5)MAIN FRONT DOOR OF ROOM NO LOCK ALL WHAT WAS GIVE IS BIG PEICES OF WOOD. 6)SHOWER DRAIN HAD MAGGOTS COMING OUT. 7)SIDES OF ROOM HAD HOLES,EASY TO LOOK INTO THE ROOM FROM OUT INSIDE ROOM. 8)NIGHT TIME ON FIRST DAY HEARD FOOTSTEPS ON ROOF. 9)TELEVISION DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. May 21,2023Fiz uma reserva Booking ID: RGL1913348. Ao ligar para o hotel me informaram que a reserva foi feita em outro hotel do grupo inferior ao que tinha pago. Fiz o cancelamento e ja fazem 20 dias e não me estornaram o dinheiro.

May 20,2023Booking ID*******, I tried to make a booking on 30 March2023, Rehlat collected my money and No ticket issued, I requested Full REFUND to my credit card, they informed with 20 woking days the amount shall be redited to your account and now round 40 day and hundred of calls and mails I have sent to them, No reply at all, the custome care agent when they answer my call " we shall send a note to the concerned depatment and they will update you", Hundreds of calls and each time they tell lies and finally no Refund till the current monent.

May 20,2023This company is a scam and a fraud! Do not respond to their email, do NOT give your passport or further bank details! They take payment out of your account try to make it a recurring payment! Contact your bank Immediately and block them from taking money out of your account! I have reported them to the police, fraud government and google!

May 19,2023Repost (i'm still waiting on my refund) After 2 months of fighting for a refund, I finally found out how Rehlat's scams you. I will try to explain: It all starts when you find a great, almost unbelievable price in Rehlat, which beats all the competition. And then: 1. You book a reservation through Rehlat. In my case, it was a hotel. 2. Rehlat sends you a confirmation, everything looks fine. Time goes by... 3. One day before your reserved dates, Rehlat emails you to alert you that "something went wrong" with your reservation, but -oh lucky you- they have found other available room - only this time, it will not be at the great price you originally found, but a more expensive, last-minute price. It's either paying that or you can ask for a refund. 4. Most people panic: "What am I gonna do with so little time? I leave to my destination within a few hours!". So, you end up re-booking at a much higher price, which obviously Rehlat benefits from. 5. The other alternative is to ask for a refund: Rehalt says it will take a week, but in truth, they will keep giving you excuses for months and months and months. In my case, they paid me until I started posting negative reviews online and showing them to Rehlat. Now, stay with me... Where is the scam? I only found out after six months of emails to Rehlat, but more crucially, after a couple of calls to my bank to see if they could help in some weay: Go back to step 1 and 2. You book through Rehlat, you receive a confirmation. Here's the big rebeal: what they do not tell you, is that they CANCEL THE TRANSACTION right after you receive their so-called "reservation" and send an instruction to your bank to refund your money, however, it stays in an "interim" state, where the refund is on hold until Rehlat authorizes your bank to put the money back into your account. Why does Rehlat do this? Again, it's part of the scam: you actually have no reservation, but because the charge appears in your bank account, you think everything is OK. And because there is no reservation, like I explained before, Rehlat will contact you to say "something went wrong", so you end up paying a LOT more. If you accept, they will make the reservation with part of the money that was "on hold" and charge you the difference. So, my bank told me that Rehlat had actually reversed the transaction the day after I made the reservation, but they had not yet authorized my bank to "release" the money back to my account. They kept it on hold for months. After my bank explained that they did, I asked Rehlat for the following info: Proof of cancellation Date of cancellation Authorization number Amount to be refunded Rehlat trade license Don't waist time with them an issue a chargeback from you bank / CC right away TOTAL SCAMMERS Booking: RCO1856680

May 18,2023They showed a very nice price for Dubai hotel but when I booked they sent a email saying "We have noticed that your recent hotel reservation at XXXX Dubai XXXX was unsuccessful. We have received your payment of AED 7589.07 towards the said transaction. This could have happened due to a temporary problem.". They then asked to wait for 30mins in the same email. After sometime I received a email saying "We regret to inform you that we couldn't confirm your hotel booking due to the Fair price increase with the difference of 1500 AED. Do let us know if you want to pay the additional amount to send you a manual payment link.". Then I asked for refund immediately as the booking price made no sense to me and have been waiting to get my money back since 3+ weeks. Have reminded them many times but the same standard reply that "This is to inform you that we have forwarded this to our finance department on high priority and the latest information will be updated ASAP" Also when I saw the amount charged to my card it was AED7903.25. This company is most unreliable and useless it seems as they advertise low prices and then charge the credit card. Normally companies block the amount on the card, but Rehlat charges your card (thru nomadtickets.com) their sister company, even when the booking does not go through. Waiting to see when they will refund me the amount and if they will refund full amount charged.

May 18,2023I book a spirit flight and cancelled it under 24hrs. Spirit cancelled my flight and refunded it to rehlat, but rehlat won’t refund my flight. Please don’t use them, they are scammers and thieves. The card i used to book on their website, wasn’t the card spirit used. Don’t use them if you don’t wanna get scammed

May 18,2023scammers - exactly as described by one reviewer - you can make the booking and they will take the payment and send you a reference number - then they'll send you another email saying they couldn't make that exact booking but found another for additional ££ - usually more than 100. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE SCUMBAGS
