I attempted to book two reservations with the confirmation numbers RGL1963228 and RGL 1963241, but both attempts resulted in errors. However, despite the reservations not being confirmed, I have noticed that I have been charged for both of them. I told them i need my money as i'm a student and they don't give any solutions neither do they refund the money. Please, process my refund inmediately.
I’m very upset w this company. I booked at hotel for me and my family on the 06/04/23 I then decided to change hotels so I asked for a refund as they couldn’t book the hotel we wanted. i was then told the refund would be processed and issued on 12/04/23 in 10-12 working days where now it’s been over a month since then and nothing. I’ve sent multiple emails only to be told that the issue is there highest priority and they will let me know when it’s sorted but it’s been weeks and I keep emailing but they just respond with the same thing. I’m starting to think about going to a solicitor has anyone else been down this route? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!! Booking Number: RGL1751126
This the scenario I booked with them last september 4, 2022 flight dec 20 abu dhabi to manila and march 25 manila to abu dhabi.Going back to my country is smooth.Until on march 25 when my husband and i reached the airport the lady in counter told me that my ticket is suspended so they sent to etihad airlines office to check what happen with my ticket.And they told me that this rehlat booked my ticket twice eithad sent them email for confirmation and they ignored it no response at all so etihad cancelled it.Imagine waiting in the airport 7 hours and im far 5 hours from manila to my province and my husband left me alone or else he missed his flight i don’t want him to get offload or else he will pay again for rebooking.March 27 i asked for refund they even confirmed with me that refund amount will be aed 2,785 guess what until now i didn’t receive my refund yet and they are not picking up calls.If they picked once you tell them your concern they cut the line or maybe some issue in their end.Very poor customer service.Once you sent mail they give you multiple ticket number.They are the worst
My Wife and I booked a night in the Merrion Hotel in Dublin. We were shocked at arrival to find out there was no booking made. We had prepaid Rehlat for the room and got the confirmation number . We sent several emails and contacted their unhelpful 'help line'. The response every time was the booking is well confirmed. The hotel Management was extremely helpful and rang Rehlat helpline in Spain and explained that the Merrion Hotel does not work nor did they ever have a working relationship with Rehlat. The hotel Management asked Rehlat to refund my money as the sale of one of their rooms was a fraudulent transaction. The next day a reply from Relat by email stated they spoken to hotel Management and the customer had not turned up. So no refund . Imagine to be told such blatant bare faced lies. They advertise competitive prices but as you can read from all reviews this is a trap and unfortunately i fell for it. My advise to you all is keep away from this booking company , they will take your money, lie to you, and give rubbish generic emails and useless information on the help line. And again they they keep repeating "booking well confirmed check email". I've heard that response at least 10 maybe 15 time (i've lost count). It's just going around in circles Rehlat will not refund our money as they are of the opinion we did not show up. What an unbelievable response. What a lie. After all the emails and professional assistance from the very helpful staff at The Merrion Hotel Dublin. Incredible that they could continue with this deception. AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM SCAMMERS. After 6 months of fighting for a refund, I finally found out how Rehlat's scams you. I will try to explain: It all starts when you find a great, almost unbelievable price in Rehlat, which beats all the competition. And then: 1. You book a reservation through Rehlat. In my case, it was a hotel. 2. Rehlat sends you a confirmation, everything looks fine. Time goes by... 3. One day before your reserved dates, Rehlat emails you to alert you that "something went wrong" with your reservation, but -oh lucky you- they have found other available room - only this time, it will not be at the great price you originally found, but a more expensive, last-minute price. It's either paying that or you can ask for a refund. 4. Most people panic: "What am I gonna do with so little time? I leave to my destination within a few hours!". So, you end up re-booking at a much higher price, which obviously Rehlat benefits from. 5. The other alternative is to ask for a refund: Rehalt says it will take a week, but in truth, they will keep giving you excuses for months and months and months. In my case, they paid me until I started posting negative reviews online and showing them to Rehlat. Now, stay with me... Where is the scam? I only found out after six months of emails to Rehlat, but more crucially, after a couple of calls to my bank to see if they could help in some weay: Go back to step 1 and 2. You book through Rehlat, you receive a confirmation. Here's the big rebeal: what they do not tell you, is that they CANCEL THE TRANSACTION right after you receive their so-called "reservation" and send an instruction to your bank to refund your money, however, it stays in an "interim" state, where the refund is on hold until Rehlat authorizes your bank to put the money back into your account. Why does Rehlat do this? Again, it's part of the scam: you actually have no reservation, but because the charge appears in your bank account, you think everything is OK. And because there is no reservation, like I explained before, Rehlat will contact you to say "something went wrong", so you end up paying a LOT more. If you accept, they will make the reservation with part of the money that was "on hold" and charge you the difference. So, my bank told me that Rehlat had actually reversed the transaction the day after I made the reservation, but they had not yet authorized my bank to "release" the money back to my account. They kept it on hold for months. After my bank explained that they did, I asked Rehlat for the following info: Proof of cancellation Date of cancellation Authorization number Amount to be refunded Rehlat trade license It was only after that, that they finally instructed my bank to release the refund. wouldn’t allow cancellation without £100+ charge even though stated free cancellation on website . Worse they billed my credit card £58 more than the stated invoice charge . i would not use this company again they have been dishonest and any attempt to contact them involved long waits then complete disregard for the rules of normal commerce . ie a contract stating total price should be what is billed not 50+£ more and free cancellation should be free not about 10% of original cost
Rehlat Not paying my refund. Fraud company Dear Rehlat, This is seriously disappointing that even after I spoke to Rehlat yesterday and advised to issue my refund to Rehlat account no email or response from Rehlat as yet. I cannot believe the confidence of Rehlat. Where are you guys? This is getting really annoying, it has been over 5 months since I initiated my request and still I have not received my long pending monies. Per Rehlat policy, all the refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days and as usual repeatedly Rehlat is giving false promises and not keeping up on their own policies. Are you really obliging to your terms and conditions? This company is incompetent and a fraudster and very unprofessional. Where is my refund? He cancelado una reserva de hotel que hice a tiempo hace mas de un mes, con derecho a reembolso. Pero aún no he recibido el reembolso al que tengo derecho según los términos y condicones de la reserva. No contestan al teléfono y no contestan los emails de reclamación. Han desaparecido con mi dinero.
This website is too terrible My booking number is ( RGL1696603 ) It's already been 7weeks since I asked for a refund I booked at 28/March/2023 because this site said I failed for booking hotel for the first time. It is not my fault Isn't that too much? It is not possible to know whether the refund will be processed Always I’ve received same answer I've heard the same answer over and over for 7 weeks They always told me to process quickly and they will update but that’s not true But i can not refund my money about $600 I already exhausted because of this site I've been out of my patience for this 7weeks Don’t use it for booking Are you cheating?
Betrug? Die Buchung ist im Hotel nie angekommen. Das Hotel bestätigt das mehrfach, auch schriftlich. Rehlat behauptet das Gegenteil. Das Hotel hat selber versucht mit Rehlat Kontakt aufzunehmen,aber bisher keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Der Reisezeitraum ist nun vorbei. Update: nun reagiert Rehlat nicht mehr auf meine E-Mails. Also: unbedingt prüfen, ob man darüber tatsächlich buchen sollte oder es nicht auch anders geht!
Based on my Google review ***** Avoid at all costs ***** Avoid unless you enjoy donating money to scammers. The company came up as recommended by Google maps when searching for a hotel for my partners birthday. The price was exceptionally good and I booked a room. The booking process seemed legit until I got the confirmation (and they had me money). The booking refrence for the hotel appeared to be made up and had 30 odd digits to it. This rang alarm bells straight away, I then checked out the reviews and realised this was going to be a painful ride. I rang the hotel and they informed me they had no new bookings, nothing under my name and worse off all, they were completely fully booked so it would be impossible to actually get a room. I contacted REHLAT and they replied fairly quickly assuring me they had physically booked the room and I should not worry. I challenged this and informed them I had spoken to the hotel. They began to demand who I had spoke to and I gldadly told them. We then went around in circles for where I asked for a refund and they kept refusing saying it was booked. I had to physically prove there was no booking and they eventually admitted on email, that there was no booking and they would book and send confirmation 4 days prior the date requested. There’s a reason I am booking something 2 months in advance so I refused and again demanded a refund. Eventually, again on email, they agreed to refund, they stated it would take 10 business days. 2 weeks later I complain saying I’ve still not received the refund. They simply reply saying sorry for the inconvenience, they have my refund but it’s not been ‘initiated’ yet. Strange terminology and now undoubtedly I have further battles to have regarding this refund. The company are professional liars, that have no problem doing so. They’d re free to report this review and I am happy to provide google with all the emails I have saved to confirm and support everything I have stated in this review. Evil company, complete scammers.lost several hundred £ because of them.

Further to my initial booking (ID#4417612) with this ''company'' for a flight ticket and after they received full amount from my bank account, they requested additional money in order to forward to me the ticket details or alternatively they offered to refund the money. Of course, i requested to refund the money and whilst in the beginning it was stated that refund to be processed in 2-3 days, after it became 25working days and unfortunately at a point they just stopped replying to my emails.. Now dealing with the bank card provider to intervene and report officially as internet scum.
Todo bien con mi reservación de hotel en Guadalajara. Sin embargo, ha sido imposible obtener factura fiscal de mi estancia. No comprendo como venden servicios en México y no pueden emitir una factura fiscal.
Como todos los demás que estamos aquí, hago una reserva de un hotel que no existe. Me dejan tirado en mis vaciones y llevo 5 meses reclamando mi dinero. Los denuncie a la policía, os recomiendo lo mismo.
Worst travel booking portal ever, prices change after booking, if you want to cancel it takes 12 business days to get back your money DUE TO Kuwait!! Working days!!! AND they cut a 3% fee for the hotel raising its price!!!
100% scam Had to call the bank and mastercard for a refund. the price you pay is not what you get billed for i paid paid 269.73, they bill 307.41 and say taxes and fees are due at a state with no tax.!!! stay away middle east scam Dear Customer, Thank you for reaching out to us!!! Avoid buying from this travel agency. I asked for a refund due to a schedule change after booking the hotel because it said it was refundable, but I only got the same answer every time and no refund. mocking customers...

May 17,2023Plus de 10 relances et je n'ai toujours pas reçu le document réclamé. La quasi-unanimité des réponses qui m'étaient apportées étaient des réponses génériques avec des copiés des précédents messages génériques (...). Je réclamais une facture, les interlocuteurs ne me la fournissaient pas et me fournissaient une "vulgaire" confirmation de réservation capturée sur un écran (screenshot). Impossible de trouver une facture sur le site lui-même. Zéro satisfaction sur le service clientèle. Heureusement que la réservation était valable. Il m'est inimaginable de converser avec ce service client pour résoudre quelconque problème.
