Apr 17,2023Achtung Betrüger Ich habe ein Hotel über die Seite REHLAT gebucht und ein Tag später die Buchung wieder storniert. Nach 14 Tagen habe ich über helphehlat angefragt wann ich mit einer Rücküberweisung von 587 € rechnen kann. Mir wurde daraufhin mitgeteilt, das ich nicht in der Stornofreien Zeit storniert hatte und ich somit erstmal eine Bearbeitungsgebühr über 15 € und 92 € Strafe zahlen muss, damit Sie die Stornierung akzeptieren. Den restlichen Betrag würden Sie mir sobald mein Fall bearbeitet wird zurücküberweisen. Auf meine E-Mail samt dem Screenshot der Stornierung, welcher genau zeigt das ich in der gegebenen Frist storniert habe wurde ignoriert, genauso mein Wöchentliches Nachfragen. Das ganze ist eine Hinhaltetaktik, seit über 2 Monaten. Das Geld werde ich wohl nicht mehr sehen. Ich werde das ganze jetzt meinem Anwalt geben und wer weiß evtl. besuche ich mal die Firma in Dubai.

Apr 16,2023After reading the prevailing negative reviews and user experiences, I must admit that I was in a big dilemma, whether to book a hotel through Rehlat or not. I decided to make a reservation anyway, and everything went well. After some time I found a better price for a higher room category, so I canceled the reservation due to what I believe to be "technical shortcomings of the site". Because there is no option to change the reservation (only by phone call, which is impractical for me). As the reservation was with the possibility of free cancellation, I requested a refund. It is stated that the refund will be reduced by 3.2%, with large aggregators it is usually a full refund of the amount in such a case, and he thinks that Rehlat should do it this way, because it earns our loyalty. In my case, the refund was reduced by 5.13%, I don't understand why, I'm waiting for an answer. "Waiting" for a refund, that's a bad experience, it took a little over two weeks to get the money into my account. For a serious provider/aggregator, unacceptably too long, and leaves a bad impression. In order for the refund to happen at all, it took a lot of patience and a lot of emails. Every email I received was answered, and quite quickly, for that I would like to thank ANJI very much. So, Rehlat as an aggregator, - has decent hotel prices - charges 3.2% (my experience is 5.13%) for "free" cancellation of reservation - refund takes an unnecessarily long time (my experience) - the team in the contact department responds to emails quite quickly (commendable, in my experience) - the website should be upgraded and improved in terms of software Dear fellow travelers, if I have helped any of you in any way, I am extremely glad for it. The final decision is still up to you, whether and with whom you will book something. I just shared my experiences after my decision to book a hotel through Rehlat.

Apr 13,2023Do not book with them if you dont want to be stressed and frustrated… the trouble they provide is not worth the discount they promise..E-tickets are not provided instantly! Never had an experience with any other agencies that does that. Etickets are provided as soon as payment has been done and secured but not with REHLAT…Called the customer service and asked to email it but they only emailed a statement that the bookings confirmed and Eticket will be sent within the same day however still the Eticket hasnt been provided on their given timeframe. This company is not providing the services that was paid for them to do.. Im glad this review worked. I was really anxious reading all the reviews of other customer and was hoping i wont get the same trouble… I just received the ticket reservation number in less than an hour and i validated it from the airlines webpage itself. Thank you for clearing my issue.

Apr 09,2023Fiz uma reserva com eles e cancelei na mesma hora , eles disseram que iam reembolsar o dinheiro dentro de 10 a 15 dias uteis, pois ja passaram 2 meses desde essa data e nada. Ja enviei emails e eles nem respondem, mandam mensagens automáticas que nao respondem às nossas questões...considero que fui burlada.

Apr 06,2023Worst customer service of all times!!! If there was an option to give you a score with no stars, it would have been our preference. Sad to see how many people have been scammed by this company! My advice: AVOID AT ALL COST !!! This company does not care about their customers, nor do they care about their partners. Rehlat is selling our hotel rooms on our hotels behalf and cares no less to refund us for a test reservation we made to our own hotel since January now. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR !!!!!

Apr 06,2023Rahlat is a SCAM big scam. My booking ID: 4156487 I am waiting for my refund money from last 5 months. When I cancelled the ticket, they have sent me the mail that I will receive my refund after 60 working days. after 60 workings days I have not receive the refund, I have sent them 10-20 mail but no response from them. I talked to call center team and always they say they are escalating it with high priority and will get the money within 24 hours but till now refund does not happen.
