Apr 29,2023Horrible. They charge a fee to allow flexible date changes but apparently that doesn’t cover the airline change fees so you still have to pay regular change fees!! Additionally the first time you book they waive their company’s change/admin fees (separate from airline fees) but still give the misleading option to buy the flexible change option. In short, I paid extra to have flexibility of changing my ticket date only to learn it was a fraud.

Apr 29,2023Enorme Arnaque Réservation même pas validé, a peine j'ai effectué le paiement que la page s'est rechargé sur une qui stipulait que la reservation avait echoué. Qu'il fallait attendre 30 min et réessayé. PAR CONTRE le paiement lui est bien passé. Aucune proposition de remboursement, des réponses vagues. La banque nous a conseillé de faire opposition directement au vu de la démarche clairement frauduleuse.

Apr 27,2023Honestly, Rehlat is one of the best reservations platform that I recommend everyone to use it not because they’re happy to serve their customers but because they’re professionals, fair and price wise they are giving the best rate all of the time. Team are flexible and willing to support. I have a canceled a reservation and the application shows that there’s no deduction would happen but when i raised the request the system shows that there is no refund and I have to pay more money to Rehlat. I have spoken to the call center and he was helpful and I requested to cancel the cancellation request and within less than hour my issue was sorted. I’m sharing my experience because I had similar issues with other platforms and they didn’t supported me the way Rehlat team did. I hope Rehlat all the best and I recommend all to try the application.

Apr 26,2023Don't use this site, it's a scam. I clicked on the link to book a room at Best Western. Filled out all info, payment page didn't work, so I had to call the number for the site that is listed. The agent saw the name of the hotel and the room that I wanted, but the price she gave was $26 more than what was listed on the rehlat site. I asked her the name of the company she was working for, and it was NOT rehlat, even though that the number I called says it is "rehlat." She told me to call the hotel directly, but couldn't give me a phone number. I used another 3rd party that confirmed a MUCH lower price than what rehlat wanted. The site is a scam and a waste of time.

Apr 25,2023It is a SCAM and not a company. After paying I was informed my reservation was not fulfilled for an informed transaction error with the hotel. The money has not been returned and support service has been rolling this for weeks with excuses. I want my money back!

Apr 21,2023Recently, I had a terrible experience with a Rehalat that left me feeling defrauded and frustrated. I had booked a flight with them, and after completing the transaction, I received a notification that I had been overcharged. I immediately contacted their customer service, but to my dismay, I did not receive any response. This prompted me to send several follow-up emails and make numerous phone calls, but still, no response. After several attempts, I finally received a response from their customer service team, but it was not what I had expected. They informed me that they would deduct a percentage of my payment as a processing fee if I wanted a refund for the overcharge. This was unacceptable to me, and I felt that I was being extorted. Frustrated and feeling cheated, I decided to take matters into my own hands and reached out to Skyscanner customer service To my surprise, Skyscanner's customer service team responded promptly and assured me that they would investigate the matter. They contacted the flight booking company on my behalf and were able to resolve the issue. I eventually promised to receive a full refund after almost a month My experience with this Rehalat was unpleasant, to say the least. The overcharging and lack of responsiveness from their customer service team left me feeling angry and frustrated In conclusion, when it comes to choosing a flight booking company, it is essential to do your research and read reviews from other customers. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Rehalat to anyone.

Apr 20,2023Never use them total scam booked hotel in dubai with them fully paid then received email from them due to gulf food festival we need to pay extra so we did then 2 days before we land got another email due to overbooking they cancelled our booking when I got confirmation that its booked rang hotel they told me there was no booking made in first place and we couldn't find any other hotel last minute so we landed took our luggage and rechecked in flight back and its been 2 months still no refund let my credit card company deal with them total scam bas*****ds

Apr 20,2023Estafa al igual que todos los anteriores, se pagó una reserva que inmediatamente cobraron y que no realizaron por supuesto error de su página, después te piden más dinero por qué supuestamente subió el valor, y no devuelven nunca el dinero.... Nunca usen este medio... ACTUALIZACION: ya estamos a 7 de agosto, el dinero tenía que ser devuelto a más tardar 15 días después de lo sucedido y aun no hay devolución del dinero ni respuesta de la empresa, no compren NADA con esta empresa, imaginen que esto es por 40USD... Si no pueden devolver eso como sería con una compra mucho más grande.... No caigan con empresas fraudulentas cómo estás, hay empresas más responsables en el mercado.

Apr 19,2023i booked a flight online, but they hold the tickets and told me to send the card details with the ID for verification for that i refused and told them that to cancel the ticket and i received mail that my tickets been cancelled and refund will be processed within 1 month and buts been 3 months and still didn't got my payment back, i keep calling their customer care but its no use, mailed them several times but no reply... waste of money really a scam...

RGL904663 Ich habe ein Hotel über die Seite REHLAT gebucht und ein Tag vor Einreise wurde die Buchung aus "technischen Gründen" von REHLAT storniert. Bis jetzt habe ich den Stornobetrag nicht zurückerhalten. Alle meine E-Mail und auch meine telefonische Anfragen wurden ignoriert. Das ganze läuft schön seit über 8 Monaten. Das Geld werde ich wohl nicht mehr sehen.

Apr 18,2023I booked a room one month ago, Rehlat took the payment but the reservation has cancelled but they did not pay the money back. I’m still not getting the refund. Apr 30,2023I booked a hotel for a holiday through Rehlat. When I later went to check my booking, neither the hotel website or Rehlat's had any record of it. Based on this, I asked for a refund, which had been stated was allowed up until a day or two before the hotel stay happened (coming up in July). The initial email response claimed I would receive my refund in 10-15 business days. A month later, I emailed again asking for progress, an automated response followed, but no refund. I have now called three times. Every time I am told I will receive email advice of my refund within 12 hours, and then receive nothing. In my most recent call I asked to speak to management and/or finance. Apparently their policy is to put that in as a request, after which I should receive a call. I have very little hope that this will happen, and expect to have to continue calling to try and get through to somebody that will actually do something. Would recommend to never use this "service" as it is a scam.
