Dec 10,2022Genting Resorts World need to be Clear and Honest for the room type classification. Call a spade a spade. We booked a Deluxe room but was assigned a standard room, Unless the room type is up to Genting to name it as they like and when they like. After spending so much tine trying to register at the self check machine, even the assistant from Genting failed to register for us. It crossed my mind then that I have been scammed because this is the first time I use this on liine booking Web site. Finally gotten the key with the self check in manager's help but were surprised the deluxe room was a standard room. A Standard room is where the window is facing the window of the opposite standard room, with the few meters of ventilating air shaft space. The self check officer agreed my understanding and told me I can change the room at the designated counter. There was a long queue then. After our dinner, the officer at room replacement counter told us many 'excuses' 1) the room we had was deluxe room- cannot convince us. 2) no more deluxe room avaliable because we came late - cannot convince us. 3) he can change our room to a higher floor without mentioning the same room configuration - cannot convince us because we asked about the room configuration and we were already at Level 23 standard room. 4) asked his manager to handle us. At first the manager also said he agrees tower 1 is standard room but tower 2 those rooms are deluxe rooms. I told them I did not choose which tower. He finally Issued a 3rd storey "deluxe room" window facing outside open space supposedly either theme park or mountain view. But our 3rd storey rooms for that night was neither facing theme park nor mountain view, we were just above the roof of another building and further out high walls of other buildings blocking our view. Our window was further obscure by translucent sticker covering the lower section of the window.

Dec 09,2022Rehlat are scammers. I tried booking my hotel through Rehlat, my money got deducted but the hotel was not booked. They said due to some technical issue this happened. I did not fall for that and requested a refund. I have been waiting for the refund for over 2 months. I exchanged several emails, and all I am asked is to wait/ that they dwal with my issue on high priority /and all other kinds of emails which make me even more furious. I will be filing a complaint against Rehlat Ref- Hotel for BID RAE1084705

Dec 09,2022Cuidado con esta empresa árabe. Hacen la reserva, la cobran y en el mismo día la anulan. No te avisan de que está anulada y cuando llegas al hotel te encuentras q no hay reserva y q se han quedado con tu dinero. Además el tfno q tienen solo te atienden árabe o en ingles. Por más q les escribo emails,dicen q contestarán lo más pronto posible, pero nunca lo hacen. En el hotel me dicen q todas las reservas q han tenido con ellos, las han anulado a las dos o tres horas de entrarles la reserva. Todos los clientes se encuentran con el mismo problema. Reserva hecha y cancelada y si quieres entrar en el hotel te toca volver a pagarlo xq no tienes reserva

Dec 08,2022The worst travel agency i ever seen. I booked a ticket from DXB to SYDNEY and due to a mistake in my name i have to cancel the ticket, story not yet started! I canceled the ticket with big charges not the problem yet.. 6 months passed and till now the refund is not processed yet!!! I have called them more than 20 times and every time same answer “ wait for 24 hours and you will get an email from us” never happened!!!! I have requested to speak to some one in charge and the answer was the manager will contact you within 48 hours!!! And never happend!!!!! the worst customers service and careless team i ever seen in UAE. My advice, pay more and go with respected and trusted organization but of course not Rehlat …

Dec 07,2022This is really bad! This company took my money for a hotel booking that did not exist. They said the hotel was full. Not true! - I spoke to the hotel myself - they had loads of rooms. Despite several emails to them they still have not processed the refund. I seriously doubt if they ever will.

I made an hotel booking and after they charged the amount from my card account they claimed that they could not confirm it because the price increases and I've cancelled the booking they told it will take 14 days to refund the full amount Now it has been more than 3 months and I have contacted them many times always the same response that they are working on the refund process. Dec 06,2022I won't give starts, Rehlat charged my credit card without… Rehlat charged my credit card without issuing me ticket. CC was declined but it was charged. Sent several emails but no reply. Sravani from Rehlat seen my review on trustpilot and mailed that I will get refund amount 1899 aed in bank account 2 days back still no response, same as suffering from Rehlat from 2 months.

Dec 04,2022Booked a hotel via the site in Tunisia 2months before my arrivaldate. Showed s great price, booked flights and transfers. 2 weeks before departure went to try to pay. Wouldn't let me pay. Put in the reference code,nothing worked. Rechecked my booking email and links, again wouldn't work, relno trace with reference number,so tried booking the hotel again through the site, didn't show up! Clearly hotel wasn't taking bookings from this company. (Luckily I tried 2 weeks before my trip to pay. I didn't really have to pay until 3 days before my trip but thank god I did) Managed to find another site for same hotel but was nearly £100 more. I then tried cancelling my booking with Rehlat but it wouldn't let me!! Kept saying similar to Can't cancel please contact customer service. Took about 3 days before they acknowledged the booking was cancelled and they wouldn't take payment. Very stressful. Don't recommend nearly ended up.with no hotel and flights I couldn't cancel so would have cost me £100s

Dec 03,2022Rehlat is a scam, i used the site to book cheap flights this past month but they scammed me real bad. and they are not cheap, the first thing they would give you the cheapest price ever, then when you fill your information and get to the payment tab the price would jump by around 300 ~400 SAR which is roughly 70 ~ 80$. I had my grandmother die on that day of booking and when i booked i noticed this price change, but i didnt really care i just wanted to get there fast, so i looked again and found a faster and earlier flight, hence i cancelled the flight with rehlat and they said they were going to refund me 30% of the original paid price, i accepted put my information in the cancellation form, and i received an email that there was a glitch and i should contact them again, i called them and they would repeatdly say that in 24 hours that i would be contacted, i called them for two weeks straight and they would say the same thing. I went to their twitter maybe i would be enlightened, but their twitter account disables comments, but their rehlat care is on, and people comment with the same problem that they will never refund. people would wait for years and no refund. I contacted the ministry of tourism in KSA they said that the company is based in egypt and kuwait and they cant do anything about it. So AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM REHLAT and report it to local authorities.

Dec 01,2022Booking ID 1679424. 2 and half years later still waiting for my refund. 150 plus emails since March 2020 and still nothing. They have even stopped replying to my emails. Awful customer service. Avoid as you will be cheated out of your money.

Lorsqu'on appelle l hôtel pour avoir des informations l hôtel nous répond qu il n était même pas au courant de la réservation par rehlat... 4 mois que j essaie de me faire rembourser via l adresse help@rehlat à chaque fois une réponse bien aimable comme quoi ils vont procéder au remboursement dans la semaine et jamais rien!

Purchased accommodation through them (booking ID: RGL991793), they have cancelled it, saying that hotel don't have this room available anymore, asked for more $ to rebook another room. Phoned hotel, they told me it was the agent that cancelled it. Re booked with hotel direct, asked Rehlat to refund. Ended up reporting them to my bank as fraud to get a refund, at the end they have not processed it as refund, and I lost $ on conversion as they have processed it as new transaction. Stay away from these Scammers!!! In Re with your reply - check your e-mail and refund all $ you have taken from my bank!!! Scammers!!!

Nov 25,2022Oh I should have read this review page before I used Rehlat. So my current problem with not getting a refund for a free cancellation hotel booking is not an isolated incident. I cancelled my booking on Nov 2, 5 days ahead of the cancellation deadline, and got the cancellation number (RCOM1089061). It is almost a month and I still have not got the refund. (Have used other travel sites such as Hotels.com, Agoda, which all promptly refund, usually in 3 days.) Have been sending Rehlat emails but same reply (will inform me once the refund is initiated) and no refund yet. Complete FRAUD. Update on Nov 26 Made a complaint using social media on the Rehlat website yesterday, and got immediate attention. Refund received in 8 hours after posting my complaint. Millions thanks to Svarani. Rehlat should follow up on customer complaints by emails, and not just complaints on social media. Given this horrible experience and the uncertainty in getting back refund, I am sorry to say that Rehlat is definitely off my list of travel agency sites.
