Nov 24,2022Worst service. I booked 3 tickets and amount was debited from my account. After 3 hours, I was informed that booking is not confirmed and I need to pay additional 120SR !!!. It happened 5 hours before flight departure. When I cancelled the ticket of huge disappointment, I was informed that it takes 27 days to refund. What a pitty!!!. I never recommend this app to anyone

Nov 23,2022Hice una reserva para el día 1 de Agosto, para la semana de vacaciones de mi hija y mio por un total de 905,48€ que me cancelaron justo la noche anterior. Después de cientos de mail, y recibir siempre la misma respuesta "comunicamos su caso a nuestro servicio financiero, para que transmitan con urgencia el rembolso" Rembolso que nunca realizan. Mi reserva RGL930094 Edito: aunque en la respuesta de este mensaje digan que proceden al reembolso siguen sin hacerlo a día 7 de diciembre. Es su respuesta a mails y mensajes, siempre están en proceso de reembolso

Nov 23,2022Prenoto un hotel con questo sito ma fortunatamente chiamo l’hotel qualche giorno prima e mi dicono che non ce una riservazione a mio nome.. ovviamente loro dicono che mi sarà rimborsato tutto entro 20 giorni.. aspetto ancora dopo quattro mesi.. ho speso più di 100 euro di chiamata per sentirmi dire solo bugie. E non parliamo di quante email ho scritto ricevendo sempre la solita risposta.. sto per procedere con la denuncia.. non mi sono mai sentita presa in giro così.

Nov 22,2022Ich habe über Rehlat ein Hotel Buchen wollen. Das Hotel hatte keine Zimmer mehr frei das Geld wurde trotzdem abgebucht und mir bis heute nicht zurück erstattet das ist jetzt mehr als 20Tage her. Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung tut sich einfach mal garnichts!! Betrug

Nov 21,2022THIS COMPANY IS LYING & FRAUD!! NO ONE EVER REACH OUT TO ME EVEN IVE BEEN CALLING FOR HUNDREDS OF TIMES ALREADY. They keep lying they will response within 24hours but that 24hours never came. I demand that your manager talks to me TODAY!! Beyond disappointment.. It is so devastating that I had to call over and over again just to get my money refunded back to my bank account. Same responses I got on every call that they will speed up the process and will give the details of my refund but never actually received the email regarding any update at all. They promised to process the refund within 2-3working days, but it has been over 2 months. And I had to pay credit card charges for over the period just because Rehlat wouldn’t give me my money back for my booking 3925247 & 3925262. This is beyond devastating for me. Please take real action Rehlat!

Nov 18,2022This company took money upfront and sent a booking confirmation that was fake.. I called the hotel and they said there was no such booking reference when I contacted them I keep getting the same “we I’ll pass it on to the relevant department “ and nothing it’s been over a week!! And the hotel booking was for my 2 elderly parents!! Imagine if they had got to the hotel and no booking!! They are scammers and are now ignoring my emails !! I am out 1500 euro and don’t know what to do!! Any advise most welcome. Reference RCOM1111392 give me back my money so I can rebook with the hotel directly !!! I am still waiting for my voucher. Please send

Nov 17,2022I would not give this company any stars but that is not an option. This is the biggest SCAM! Do not use them. They need to be reported and shut down before they take more money from honest people. I booked a hotel and was at the airport when they called to tell me I owed them more money. I refused and told them to cancel the reservation. They proceeded to call me constantly to "negotiate" the price. They had already taken my $ and I told them I wanted my $ back. They kept sending me emails telling me it was in process and the finance team was looking into my refund. I am still waiting over a month for a refund. I have contacted to Better Business Bureau about this company.

Nov 16,2022Rehlat is a very unprofessional Agency with a very weel system that does not respect the customer at all . I have been trying to get my refund since April 2022 till now Nov 2022 its not done . I keep calling them but customer service always fail to solve the problem or even inform me what is the reason of not completing the refund process and always claiming finance team issue . ( Note , I have officiall mail for refund eligibility) Try to avoid dealing with this Agency as they totally untrustworthy and a waste of time and money

Nov 15,2022Es una estafa, reservé un hotel con Rehlat para el mes de agosto en Orlando (FL) y el día anterior cancelaron la reserva sin motivo (al parecer esta es su forma de actuar y estafar a la gente). Hasta la fecha no han realizado el reembolso que he solicitado y para el cual dijeron que tardarían solo 4 semanas. Sería bueno hacer la denuncia en conjunto y por país para que tengan mayor peso.

I made an hotel booking and after they deducted the money from my bank account they told me that not confirmed because price increases and then i cancelled the booking they told me 14 days and the full amount will be in your account now its been more than 2 months and i have contacted them many times always the same thing that they are working in the refund process hotel booking id RCOM1004269
