Nov 11,2022موقع رحلات شركة خادعة قمت بالحجز على مواقع حجز كثيرة من قبل .كانت كلها علي مستوي المسؤولية . هذه اول مرة احجز علي موقع رحلات . وبعد الحجز تم أرسال رسالة بزيادة مبلغ الحجز للرحلة . فقمت بإلغاء الحجز علي الفور لعدم المصداقية المفروض يحدث refund المبلغ الحجز . الشركات الأمينة الموثقة تقوم بعمل استرجاع للمبلغ فورا . منذ شهر سبتمبر ٢٠٢٢ولم يتم ار جاع المبلغ حتي الان . وكلمنا خدمة العملاء مليون اتصال ويخدعونك راجع الايميل .. سوف يتصل بك المسؤول . ولا يتصل المسؤول . ولا يتابع الايميل لا انصح ابدا باستخدام موقع رحلات لاي حجز سواء طيران او فنادق .. الموقع غير مسؤول . وغير صادقين .ولا يتم استرجاع الاموال عند الغاء .booking هو الافضل علي الاطلاق للحجز انصح باستعمال موقع بوكينح booking

Nov 10,2022It was the worst. I visited 46 countries around the world and I dealyed with too many agent and this was the worst. I tried to amend my reservation where I forsed to contact with hotel and provide your agent with hotel email and contact number and I coordinate the amensment from my side. After all of that agent did no that I amend it.

Nov 10,2022I made a reservation and the money was deducted in full And when I reached the hotel He told me that the reservation was canceled and I can book through the hotel directly I spoke to customer service but to no avail I don't know what happened to the money that was deducted from my account

Nov 09,2022On June 29 2022 we purchased airline tickets through Rehlat. Booking id 3917226. On June 30 2022 they emailed us saying they cancelled the trip and we will get a refund within 60 days. It’s been 133 days and we didn’t receive our money back. We have been calling them on a weekly basis but they just lie to us saying we will receive our money soon. We wish we read the reviews before we purchased the tickets on their website. Rehlat scammed us! Ticket number 1060841

Nov 09,2022realice una reserva el día 11 de oct 2022 , me la cancelaron en el momento , y dijeron darme el reembolso , ha pasado ya un mes y aun no me han devuelto mi dinero , la reserva la hice por 362.21 euros , he escrito mas de 10 correos y solo me contestan los correos auto-responder , diciéndome que un asesor se comunicara conmigo , pero nunca lo hacen , la verdad estoy muy angustiada , es un valor que para mi es alto y necesito tenerlo nuevamente en mi cuenta , pero esta empresa aun no me solucionan nada ... por favor solicito por este medio si les llega el mensaje me realicen la devolución de mi dinero ... mi reserva era RGL1048628

Since I found it not trustworthy and wanted to cancel 2 bookings more, I tried to find my bookings, but can even nothing find in their website. Type in the correct Ref. Nummer but no records found. Total SCAM!!!!! Give me back my money for Booking RGL1070282, RGL1070289 and RGL1064611!!!!!

Nov 08,2022Je rejoins les nombreux commentaires et confirme qu'il est impossible de se faire rembourser. Je recherche les personnes volontaires pour mener une action de groupe en justice pour condanner ce site de réservation. Je viens finalement d'être remboursé, il a fallu que je menace de faire une action en justice et de publier la manière d'opérer de ce site pour que je sois enfin remboursé. Ce site est bien une arnaque à grande échelle, il est basé au Moyen-Orient donc impossible de joindre facilement les conversations se font en anglais. Je conseille aux futurs clients de banir ce site il suffit de regarder les nombreux commentaires des Clients mécontents pour se faire une opinion, les prix semblent atractifs c'est tout Rehlat s'empresse d'encaisser votre argent et en cas d'annulation il vous rembourse sous la contrainte quand Rehlat n'annule pas votre reservation sans prévenir et sans motif je vous laisse immaginer quand vous arrivé à l'hôtel. Site frauduleux à dénoncer faites le savoir autour de vous. Je vais suivre ce site et communiquerais régulièrement en fonction des futurs avis.

Nov 07,2022I had booked a flight for 5 passengers from Dubai to jeddah. The amount was AED 6789 and after paying the amount I get an email that the fare has increased and if you wish to proceed pls pay. I did not go with the booking as this was not acceptable adter which I was told the full amount would be refunded in 20 working days plus 5 to 7 days for bank transfer. Its 25 working days and still no sign of my money. They have now stopped replying to my emails. Whenever I call them they say financial team will get back to you. God knows which team is this. Its a shame I have to beg for my own money. This website is a cheat.

Nov 04,2022Une arnaque ! En voyage en Islande cet été, nous avions réservé notre dernière nuit d'hôtel via Rehlat. Le jour J, au fin fond de l'Islande, nous recevons un message comme quoi la réservation est annulée. En contactant l'hôtel en question, on nous dit qu'il n'y a pas de trace de notre réservation. Impossible de retrouver un hôtel pour le soir même, tout était complet. Nous avons dû payer au prix fort. Rehlat n'a JAMAIS remboursé les 200 € de la nuit d'hôtel, malgré de nombreuses relances et de nombreuses promesses de leur part. Y'en a-t-il ici qui sont prêts à les poursuivre en justice ? PS : Leur réponse ci-dessous " I have notified the team to process the refund on priority. ", c'est ce qu'ils nous ont déjà dit 5 ou 6 fois depuis 4 mois. On n'y croit plus !!

Nov 04,2022This is the worst company on the planet. Avoid them if you want to safe you money and to have a peace of mind. Worst Customer Service ever. AVOID!!! They just take your money and don't finalize your reservation and if you ask for a refund then expected waiting time: FOREVER.

Nov 02,2022Es handelt sich um einen Betrüger. Eine Buchung eines Hotels wurde bestätigt. Nach direkter Anfrage beim Hotel haben wir erfahren, dass das Hotel keine Buchung hat und arbeitet mit der Firma nicht zusammen. Nach einer Anfrage bei Rehlat haben sie uns erzählt, dass das Hotel die Buchung inzwischen storniert hat und sie erstatten uns die Kosten. Nach mehreren Schreiben hin und her, bis heute erfolgte keine Erstattung.

Nov 12,2022Es una estafa, no reservar con ellos!!!! Reserve dos habitaciones en un hotel en junio en Amsterdam para disfrutar en agosto, y un día antes me dicen que los han cancelado. Solicito el reembolso e indican que lo tendré como máximo en 14 días. Hablo de primeros de Agosto, y estamos a mediados de Noviembre. Más de tres meses!!! Ya he reclamado a mi banco y espero que ellos hagan algo, porque al ser una empresa de fuera de Europa los temas legales son muy difíciles. Siempre Ls misma respuesta: tienen problemas con el pago de la devolución, mi caso lo toman como prioritario…. Y nada, he enviado ya más de 30 emails. Mis reservas son: 809306 y 809516, en total 281,86€.
