Oct 30,2022I made a hotel reservation and needed to cancel. They not only asked me at least 3 times through email if I was sure... I couldn't do it easily online. Reservation was made 2 months in advance and canceled a week later when better deal was found. They will not refund their 'deposit'/ their fee for hustling you and thinking free cancelation. Look at the dates of reviews. This company is running ponzi scheme and obviously is not in good standing financially. PILE ON the complaints and END them before they pull more peoples money

Oct 27,2022Never book with this agency. Its a total scam. I have booked a hotel in barcelona in 4 months in advance. They took a deposit but when i have to pay the rest of booking their system had an error and i was not able to pay for 3 days. I have been emailing them with more than 20 emails and they still reply that i have to try later. I was asking them all the time to not cancel the booking, or at least change the booking so i can pay at the hotel. But at the end even they told me that they will do their best to resolve my problem they cancelled my booking. So i hade to book the hotel on agoda for double of the price! Rehlat is a nithtmare. Dont ever use this scam agency!!!!

Oct 27,2022Ho prenotato hotel con questa agenzia. Sono rimasto senza hotel perché avevano annullato la prenotazione senza avvertire. Ho dovuto pagare io, non mi hanno mai restituito i soldi. Sono veramente dei padri. Da evitare assolutamente.

Oct 24,2022These are scammers. We booked the perfect hotel in Budapest, but when we arrived we were told the booking was cancelled 3 days ago. Obviously, it wasn't cancelled by us. At that time it was impossible to find anything decent, so our holiday was ruined. Rehlat told us there was a technical difficulty and that we will get a refund. We never got a refund from them, although my husband sent lots of emails and was told the refund is coming. Luckily WISE payment system returned the money to us after their investigation after 2 months. It wasn't rehlat that gave us the refund, but our bank. I guess one has to buy from more well-known brands like booking.com and use a reliable helpful bank. I would recommend everybody who got scammed by this company to complain to your bank and hopefully, this could help to boycott this company through different payment systems.

Oct 24,2022SCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY booked a hotel paid in full, company cancelled night before resulting in us having to pay more at the night we arrived because we hadn’t realised they cancelled. It’s been over 3 months that I have emailing about refund and NOTHING. Please avoid this company!!!

Oct 22,2022Booking reference RGL743184 SCAM COMPANY - AVOID!!!!!! In May we booked and fully paid for our hotel stay in August. A day before check in we receive an email that hotel has been cancelled. We requested a refund on Aug 8 and it is now October 22 and still no money back!!! The customer service agents we are dealing with are Manish, Saikiran, Anji And all the same response: “Checking with finance team”. Furious!

Oct 22,2022They are a scam company, I still have not received the refund for my cancelled flight and this flight was due to take place back in April 2022. Their people are trained to say any old thing rather than actually make good on their offer of a refund for a cancelled flight.

Oct 20,2022I got a voucher for AED 1,000/- from Jumbo electronics for travel usage on Rehlat and now Rehlat customercare mentions that the campaign is over and this can not be redeemed. The terms in the voucher do not specify any expiry date. They purely cheat people with these cheap marketing gimmicks. Do not fall for it.

Oct 20,2022I booked a hotel for December. It was clearly written that you can cancel without a cancellation fee until the end of November. Two days after I paid an advance, I searched the website for any way to cancel the order without success. It was registered to send them an email. I sent an email with all the information and they refuse to return the advance I paid under the delusional claim that they have no refunds. Sounds and smells like a bunch of crooks. I will block them through the credit card company and report them if my money is not refunded. Stay away like fire

Nov 02,2022Prenotazione :RGL758890 Pessima esperienza mai avuta prima, dora in poi mi fidero solo di booking. Abbiamo prenotato a maggio per la vacanza di agosto, un giorno prima ci hanno avvisato per la cancellazione, ci siamo venuti a sapere quando siamo arrivati in destinazione. E fin ora non abbiamo ricevuto nessun rimborso, il assistente continua a darci che verremo contattati ... ma sono gia passati 3 mesi!!! Poi per sfortuna siamo stati anche derubati durante il viaggio, abbiamo perso i soldi e dovevamo prendere anche una alloggio alternativo con il doppio delle spese...Per favore ridateci i soldi...
