Sep 05,2024I really had a most sad and disappointing time with Rehlat (First time booking and now that's the last). I booked a room in Mercure grand hotel with Rehlat and it was a gift for my friend who was newly wed. I made the booking a week ago and I received the confirmation email from Rehlat saying the booking is confirmed and they took the payment. Fortunately, I called the hotel 2 days before the arrival of my friend's visit to the hotel because I wanted their room to be decorated with flowers and stuffs and Surprisingly the hotel said we didn't confirm the booking and we already informed Rehlat about this the same day when I booked. Since then I'm trying to reach Rehlat and after a day they responded saying "No rooms available". Such a nasty mismanagement of Rehlat and they offered me alternative which is less worth than the amount I paid and they were giving many reasons for that which are not even valid. And I have also read many comments later when I had this experience in the internet that they don't give back the money even after an year and I don't have an option other than picking the basic non-worthy room they provided as an alternative. The problem I made is I didnt check for their reviews before booking as It was my first time booking with these scammers. These SCAMMERS AND MONEY EATERS they didn't even provide me a compensation and they gave a low value room. And I have to say the Man "PRADEEP" who was addressing my query was so bad in his response and he behaves like I took HIS money to pay for the Hotel. Guys PLEASE If YOU Value for your money PLEASE NEVER EVER Go with these scammers....!

Aug 19,2024I faced a very big problem with this complicated application and website but fortunately Mr. Saikiran helped me and did his best to solve it...really you have to recognise that the editing and cancellation for hotel reservation must be from the guest as the rest application not by that hard way..... Finally ,thanks alot Mr. Saikiran for your support đ

Aug 12,2024Even after a year of booking a hotel with Rehlat and cancelling, I have not received my refund. I booked the hotel for our summer holidays in Turkey with Rehlat last August (booking reference 2400977). We had to cancel the booking and have not received my refund ever since (more than 1600 EUR)!!! Tried several times with their help desk and always received a positive reply making me believe that the refund is about to happen, even filled out their online refund form. Still no refund from their side after more than 20 e-mail exchanges and several phone calls. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Aug 09,2024Never ever book with Rehlat. They are totally scam . I booked flight from Jeddah to Riyadh. They showed price around 2200SAR for 7 people. When I completed the details of all the passengers and went to payment they asked me to pay 2459 SAR. Even after paying 2459 SAR ,they didn't send me ticket and upon contacting them they said the price has increased , please pay 35 SAR more by clicking the link we sent you on mail. So I had to pay 35 SAR more. Please don't buy from these scammers

Je demande l annulation et le remboursement mais je reçois des réponses de forme pendant deux mois me précisant que mon dossier est en cours de rÚglement J ai du menacer le site pour récupérer mon argent Je vous déconseille de Booker sur ce site

Sep 09,2024So here's my story, I had a business trip for a week in qatar, normally I get the best price on booking.com, I knew the hotel I wanted to stay at but the price difference between rehlat and booking.com was huge, like 300 usd that could be spent better, so I book on rehlat and I pay. no brainer right. I receive an e mail from rehlat saying we have received your money but your booking is not confirmed, like WHAT ! I travel tomorrow. I am kicking myself, knew the price was too good to be true, thinking on making a booking elsewhere so i request rehlat for a refund, I thought it would be sketchy getting my refund but the team was assuring over the phone, they processed my request. I was contacted by Pradeep from Rehlat and he convinced me that the price was valid and he could confirm my booking if I took my refund request back, I thought Round 2 , here we go. I took my refund request back. :) I got the confirmation. I am checked in , Day 3 of my stay, it is amazing. Thankyou Pradeep for your assurance to get my confidence, I prefer human interaction over lagging servers and you are doing a great job.
