Dec 24,2024I booked a hotel night at the advertised rate, they turned around raising the rate. When I said I didn’t want to pay that random higher rate and to cancel the booking, they promised to refund. This has yet to happen weeks on, disgusting. Am hunting down their management team.

Dec 18,2024Sono proprietaria di un' hotel che è aperto solo in estate. Questi stanno vendendo le nostre camere anche per adesso, dicembre, gennaio che non ci siamo!!! Diffidate di questi siti insulsi e prenotate direttamente con la struttura se possibile!!! Sul nostro sito e Google per esempio si capisce che siamo chiusi ora. L'hotel si chiama Hotel Raffaello a Caorle Ho provato ad inviare screenshot come richiesto ma non può essere consegnato. Mail delivery error!

Dec 16,2024This is not a legitimate agency. I made a reservation, but my booking is not being forwarded to the hotel. Payment was made upfront, and I have been emailing them for two days with no resolution. Edit—- I am complaining because I cannot confirm my reservation. My reservation is for March 29, 2025, and you’re telling me I can only confirm it after March 14, 2025. Does that even make sense? This is completely misleading.

Dec 13,2024I can across this site via Google Hotels so felt confident it was genuine. However it is not. After taking my money (for a hotel who later confirmed they had been fully booked for some time) they emailed saying they had instead found me a replacement room in a nearby hotel (that would otherwise have cost 3 x the amount per night of the hotel I was trying to book). They offered a refund or the higher rate hotel for the amount I had already paid. I requested an immediate refund (this was a matter of minutes after the payment had been made) - I am still waiting for the refund which seems to be typical of others experiences. Each email I send chasing the refund is responded to with an automated and generic response. Don’t ever use this company and if you do contact your bank and dispute the payment

Dec 12,2024THEY WILL SAY THAT THEY WILL REFUND YOU BUT THEY WILL NEVER, HURRY UP AND CALL YOUR BANK FOR CHARGEBACK IF YOU FACE THIS ISSUE. CONTACT DED DUBAI GOV FOR MORE HELP. Pure scam. They promised a room, gave a fake reservation number. The hotel doesn't know anything, the voucher has 0 value. They are holding more than 9.000,00€ in their hands. Advising me several other lower cost hotels which are far from what I wanted. Arguing about putting on priority for no reason, infinite amount of mails talking about elevation of the case. Ghosting on WhatsApp. They're arguing to give the room 2 days before arrival when the hotel is fully booked, then that they will consider for a refund, and so on. AVOID REHLAT, THEY ARE SCAMMING NO MATTER THE AMOUNT. DO NOT TRUST GOOGLE HOTELS REDIRECTING YOU TO REHLAT !!! A case was opened with the Dubai DED, they don't even care, they scam on a daily basis, 221 employees including the CEO which can be found easily on Linkedin having the professional scammer status. Reservé con ellos para un hotel a Madrid, me cobraron y al día siguiente me cancelaron la reserva porqué el hotel no tenía capacidad, pedí la devolución del dinero y a la fecha no tengo el reembolso en mi cuenta. He escrito varios emails y me contestan qué lo están procesando y los teléfonos qué tienen para España no sirven, ésto es mejor denunciarlo...

Nov 26,2024ACHTUNG !!! Rehlat wirbt mit falschen Preisen. Sammeln Daten für Werbung !!!!! Nach eingabe der Kreditkarteninformation bekommt man die Info, dass die Buchung doch nicht möglich ist. Danach wird man bomadiert mit Werbung. Da ich selber in dem gebuchten Hotel arbeite weiß ich, dass es nicht ausgebucht war. Wollte nur wissen wer da die Preise falsch angibt. Finger weg von der Seite und bucht direkt!!!

Dec 29,2024Our connection from Toronto to Punta Cana was cancelled, so I rush booked an accommodation - the cheapest that showed up in Google was Rhelat's. Read the comments here after my purchase, made me suspicious so I called the hotel to double check, and they confirmed the reservation took place. Only used their service once hence the 4 stars for now.
