Nov 07,2024Rehlat hotel booking website is real scam. They cancel the booking and never refund. Very bad experience with this company. Never deal with them, they are liars, crooks. Customer service is third grade. I had an Awful experience with this company. I hope there was an option to give 0 ZERO star also on trustpilot.

Nov 02,2024CYBER CRIMINALS! NEGATIVE STARS OR AT LEAST NO STARS FOR THIS COMPANY REHLAT INTERNATIONAL AND MU took my payment, gave confirmation for a hotel stay as they advertised they would provide for a certain amount of money, then after I confirmed my payment went through with them and the bank I arrived at the hotel to check in past the checkin time thinking I had a room booked to stay. I was told by the hotel front desk staff members speaking for management they never received any payment from rehlat international and mu and the only way to contact them yielded no response or communication with the hotel as I was there and this company claims no refunds when booking, but this is outright theft because I never received the refund for the confirmation of charges. I never received what they confirmed I was being charged for by the hotel either. In addition to all of this the company never contacted me, they just documented my problems to communicate with their company through some other company leaving me no way to resolve or receive what I had paid for. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS AND MANY SIMILAR SCAMS!

Nov 01,2024I was planning to book a hotel via Rehlat's app. It would halt at the payment stage, and I contacted their support via verified WhatsApp account. They provided a quote which I agreed to, and they sent me a payment link. I paid just to learn that the price 'suddenly' went up by $350. I refused to pay extra and requested a refund. Despite their promises to promptly issue a refund, nothing was done in a month. They do respond to emails with something along the lines of "we have forwarded this to our finance department on high priority and the latest information will be updated within 48 hours". A month later they falsely claimed that "due to a technical error from your bank, the refund process has failed, we ask you to submit your bank account details below to initiate the wire transfer of the refund". Obviously, this is just another false pretense not to issue a refund. The original payment was made with a card and could be refunded in a blink of an eye. Long story short, there's no point in communicating with Rehlat's support. There are just 2 rules: 1. Avoid Rehlat; 2. If you've made a mistake and paid them for nothing but lies in return, file a chargback claim via your bank. They're not there for real business but to try and defraud you. ROM3213916 Edit 2024-12-03: Below they responded: “Hope you received the refund.” How ridiculous is that? I haven’t received it, and of course they know it. This is one more evidence that Rehlat is not a “normal” company with just poor customer service. Their “business” is to try and defraud you.

Oct 26,2024What can I say about this website? I have encountered many scammer OTAs but definitely rehlat is number 1. There have been 18 months since i have cancelled my reservation(inside the free cancellation period), and still i haven't received my refund. Sending them emails, there is always the same answer: We are sorry for the inconvenience, we will process your refund soon. Stay away from them.

Oct 13,2024Hotel gebucht, angegeben war stornierung kostenlos minus eine gebühr um die 3 Euro. Mir kam die Firma dann seltsam vor, hab deshalb storniert. Seltsames System, zwar online machbar, die schreiben einen aber diverse male an, darunter die info extra gebühren. Also gezahlt 119 Euro und abgezogen werden 38 (!) euro gebühren! Absolute Abzocke da so vorher nicht direkt ersichtlich. Solchen Betrügern war ich bisher nicht ins netz gegangen, und nach fast 3 wochen hab ich restliche kohle noch nicht zurück. NICHTS buchen bei diesen unseriösen Gangstern

Oct 08,2024How do Rehlat explain all this to me after more then one year? Starting from 20/09/2023 I sent them several email to know my situation of refund because the calcelled my hotel booking in Dublin. I realized that when I entered the hotel to stay there. Nothing happened after a lot of email where the costumer service told me that the problem of refunds were close to be solved. After one year, on 20/08/2024, I sent my first review to Trustpilot, Rehlat answer there on 26/08/2024, I sent all the info they needed and nothing happened.I wrote another review on 18/09/2024, on the same day Rehlat sent me a Google Form to have my bank account details, nothing happened. Trustpilot sent me an email on 01/10 because Rehlat asked for more information, nothing happened. I WANT CLEAR STEPS TO BE REFUND

Nov 20,2024De la me*de en sachet. On cherchait un hôtel . On a réservé. Arrivée sur place pas de réservation. Annulation dans notre dos la veille alors que elle a bien été payée et encaisser. Impossible d'être remboursée au vu de l'endurance qu'il faut pour être remboursé a la fin n'est qu'une poudre aux yeux
