Please note that this website fis amous for offering cheap rates but it can turn out to be messy as we experienced. We booked Five star hotel in Buenos Aires online at Rehlat website , but were shocked to find that on arrival at hotel ( we arrived at night in hotel) , Rehlat has cancelled this booking. On contacting them we were informed by rehlat that that it happened due to technical error . We made fresh booking with hotel on the spot on hotel retail rates but were lucky that rooms were available at hotel.
I wish I could give 0 to this company. I booked the ticket and paid the fare. After payment and confirmation, agent from the company called me said the flight fares are increased and asked me to pay extra, otherwise they will cancel the booking. Can’t trust this agency asked to cancel the ticket.
Bad. Booked a flight. Received Confirmation. Went to the airport to find out that I have no booking. Kept calling them for three weeks and sent to their Twitter and Facebook accounts until they replied to me with a lie that my booking was canceled from the airlines although I had already seen that The booking was canceled by them from the airlines system when I was at the airport. After almost a month of calls and texts, they lied and said that it was canceled by the airlines and they will refund me. They said it will take 30 to 60 days for the refund to be done After around 40 days, I had to contact them again. Then it took them two weeks to process the refund. They are useless careless liars. They had no empathy for leaving me at the airport outside my home country with my paid booking and no flight to board Their customer service have nothing to do except saying that they will contact the responsible person. The worst agency on earth probably
They booked the wrong room for me, the request is June, they operated wrong as July. This is the first wrong. The second defection is bad response! They feedback very slowly! The last one is the unreasonable policy! Why I cannot cancel their wrong booking for me? Should I take responsibility for them for their mistake???!
THE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF WORKING WITH!!!! I booked my flight with these SCAMMERS on January 25th, 2024 and canceled my ticket immediately afterwards (same day cancelation). The airlines refunded my credit BUT they sent my refund to Rehlat since I bought my ticket through them. Its been over 6 MONTHS and I have yet to receive my refund from these SCAMMERS. I opened 3 disputes with my bank because of these guys and my bank has been trying to get a hold of Rehlat for the last 6 months trying to get my money back, but these SCAMMERS are not responding back to the bank's emails or calls!!! Stay away from these scumbags and if you do decide to purchase any tickets from them, then be sure to lawyer up because you will need it!!!!
Wish I could give less than a star….the company is a scam. I booked a hotel and paid through them and the hotel attempted to bill their business card for my room and it was declined. I called the company to see what was wrong (whole I was standing in the lobby of the hotel) and they said they wound have to call me back. I asked how long and they said they didn’t know but would mark it as “urgent” and hopefully call me back with 48 hours!!!! I said that wasn’t okay and I needed to speak to a supervisor and they said that wasn’t possible and it wasn’t possible to cancel my reservation either.
They add 20% to the booking fee once you have already agreed on a price. They call this fee 'convenience fee'. Stay away from these crooks.
I am so happy with the experience, customer service and offers. I will use your app more often than other apps. Also I would like to thank Anuj for the great help.
Okay here's the deal. If I would've seen these reviews here before booking with this rehlat company, I would've not booked. I was looking at a hotel in Barcelona and google suggested rehlat as one of the options for a booking. They had the best price and I was like yeah let's go. Booked it, got the email with the confirmation etc etc. Then just for the sake of it I read the reviews from here. I was horrified, like **** did I just get scammed through this site? My vacation is 3 weeks away and I'm not sure if I have the hotel room or what. What if I show up and the hotel reception tells me there's no booking. A little stressed the 3 weeks passed. During that time I decided to use their website and I was kind of laggy. Still got all I needed. Arrived at the hotel and got a nice room from them. Very nice, I'm glad I didn't actually get scammed. Most of these negative reviews are about flights, maybe the airline business has more cancellations than hotels idk. But anyway! Got my hotel room and I'm truly satisfied. Tldr: Rehlat wasn't so bad that these reviews let me in to believe, though a little sketchy. Got my service, but wouldn't maybe book again because of laggy website
I have also fallen victim to this fraudulent company. Back in January, 2024, I PREPAID a reservation for 3 nights at a Miami airport hotel via Rehlat's site for early April, 2024. But when I arrived there, I was told by the hotel that Rehlat had (inexplicably) "cancelled the reservation" earlier that same day (03 April 2024). I therefore called Rehlat from the hotel's lobby (via Skype, overseas), and was told by Rehlat that they had "made a technical mistake" (just like with all the others commenting here) and that they would "refund me within 10-12 days". They of course never did, and they've also failed to refund me now over the next 2 months in spite of numerous follow-on email promises from them stating that they would. So the following is clearly Rehlat's fraudulent MO: (1) First, some appropriately frugal consumer spots a decent online hotel deal on their site and PREPAYS Rehlat, with Rehlat collecting the customer's $ via credit card; (2) Rehlat "confirms the reservation" (they did that for me twice, including on the day I was to arrive at the hotel) but then sneakily cancels the reservation early on the day of the customer's imminent arrival at his/her already-paid-for hotel, blaming the "cancellation" on a "technical mistake" on their part, and promising a refund. (3) Rehlat doesn't actually refund the defrauded customer and instead strings them along with promises for as long as possible, hoping that the defrauded customer will just forget about the fraud (or won't take the time to deal with it) and go away. In the end, after much additional email correspondence, I gave Rehlat a deadline: Refund the $ that they fraudulently charged to my credit card by 31 May 2024, or I will initiate credit card fraud proceedings against them on 03 June 2024. As today is 03 June 2024 and Rehlat has still not provided my refund to me, I have just now initiated proceedings against them, first via JP Morgan Chase's credit card fraud department (the banking entity responsible for my credit card), which will eventually hopefully lead not only to my refund, but also to Rehlat being entirely shut down in their future ability to charge major banking credit cards.
I stupidly jumped at the chance of a cheaper deal of a hotel in Kusadasi for myself and my family. 7 of us in total. I paid a deposit of €118 but received no confirmation email or receipt of payment. They emailed me within minutes asking for me to pay the remaining €2567. I asked them for confirmation of my booking or a receipt for what I already paid to which they replied, "when you pay in full you will receive your voucher" thank god I googled the company and came across all your guys reviews. I immediately booked with another agency. I was willing to take the loss of the €118 I had already paid them after I rang my bank and they stated the money had already left my account. I decided to at least attempt to get my money back so I emailed Rehalt and explained I was not comfortable paying that amount of money to an unreliable company. I told them I had read very disturbing reviews of customers being stranded in foreign countries after their bookings had been cancelled, not receiving refunds etc. They tried to excuse themselves using the 'technical error' excuse so I replied very clearly that I would not be using them for my holiday and I expect a full refund. To my surprise they replied that they had issued a full refund and I should expect it back in my account in 24/46 hours. It finally appeared back in my account yesterday. Good outcome for me. My advice if you are owed money from them email again and tell them you are seeking legal advice. Do not let them get away with taking your hard earned money. Thank you all for your reviews. I'm so glad I didnt actually use them as at the very end of my booking they sneakily tried to add an 200USD to my order for no reason. (ALl fees and taxes were already added in before)
Unfortunately a book a ticket from this website and they done a mistake to my name. First name: aaaaaaa Last name: bbbbbbb Pronouns Mr/Miss On the ticket its showing like this -> aaaaaMR bbbbbb Send an email of course for charging the name or fix it and they asking for 80€. After replying on the email for telling them is not my mistake asked me for €57. Unfortunately i will my flight. So if you want to loose yours DO NOT BOOKED WITH THEM ANY FLIGHTS OR ANYTHING ELSE. YOU ARE LOOSING YOUR MONEY. oh yeah.. the refund is fake of course.
Had two bookings with Rehlat. Both were cancelled by them when I arrived to the hotel without my knowledge!! Since then I've been in contact with them 10+ times and they keep promising the refunds, but nothing. It's now been 8 months.
Gang of scammer My flight was canceled since november 2023. I demanded a refund for more than 7 months and everytime I call I always receive the same excuse from the customer services with a lot of promesses but nothing yet. I even found out that my refunds status is already done on your system but nothing came to me. So I'm gonna ask for justice and you will see what I can do.
They are not paying refund flight since long time. When we called them they promised 48 hours. More than 3 months these thing happening. Fraud website
I made a booking and it took me showing up to the hotel to find out that Rehlat cancelled my booking because of a "technical fault". They didn't inform me and refused to own up to their mistake. I had to pay 3x the price I initially for the room.
They are Fake co. After take the amount of reservation they cancel it and no refund. I advise all no deal with this fake company or you will loose your money.

Jul 15,2024If only i can rate them a zero coz they don't deserve a one. Only interested to get money out from you. Once you paid and passed the credit card dispute period, no customer satisfaction and leaving their customers angry and frustrated with their poor customer services.
