Mar 06,2025I ordered a remote control, but unfortunately I ordered the wrong type, so it did not work. I was asked to send the original one (which was defective!) and within a week I received a new one which worked perfectly. An excellent and very quick service!

Mar 05,2025Guten Morgen, die Lieferung war sehr schnell. Doch leider funktioniert die Fernbedienung nicht. Die Batterien worden eingelegt und dann wurden mehrere Versuche gestartet an oberen Button. Er beginnt zu blinken, doch der Fernseher schaltet sich nicht ein. Das ist sehr ärgerlich. Gibt es einen Tipp, den ich zu beachten habe. Da leider kein Hinweis der Fernbedienung beiliegt, kann ich sie nicht nutzen. Freundliche Grüße Bernd Wagner

Mar 05,2025Strona to zwykłe oszustwo, dość wiarygodnie zrobione. Mają nioby swoją siedzibe w Czechach, natomiast przeglądając adres w Polsce wygląda to komicznie. Nie mniej Czekałem 14 dni (produkt który był zamawiany 19.02.2025), bo tyle było napisane że od 2 do 14 dni. Cięzko się było dodzwonić, ale pani z za wschodniej granicy oddzwoniła, była zdziwiona że nie otrzynałem produktu. Oodpowiedziała że porozmawia z technikiem i oddzowni albo odpisze sms, no i ... tyle było kontaku, dzwoniłem wiele razy, i więcej już nikt nie odebrał. Wiele pozytywnych komenarzy prawdopodobnie jest kupionych. Więc do osób które zastanawiają się czy skorzystać z oferty firmy, odpowiem tak, jeśli to pszeczytasz to nie ryzykuj.

Mar 04,2025Fernbedienung für Onkyo Receiver funktionierte nicht. Versprochen wurde eine sofort funktionierende FB für genau mein Gerät. Hat sie aber nicht! Dann erst mal viele "Belehrungsmails" darüber, dass ich 2 funtionierende Batterien einsetzen solle und die FB an der alten FB anlernen solle (was nicht ging, weil die alte ja kaputt ist und ich deswegen eine neue brauchte) mit Zusendung eines Fotos der E-Nummer des Receivers ..... und immer mal wieder eine Antwort erst auf mein Nachhaken hin. -> KATASTROPHE. Nach einigen Wochen hin und her dann ein Einlenken und ich "durfte" meine defekte FB auf eigene(!) Kosten zurück schicken. Erstattung ist angekündigt, aber noch nicht erfolgt. Nachtrag: Erst nach schlechter Bewertung hier, kam du die Firma ganz schnell mit weiteren Lösungsmöglichkeiten auf mich zu ... Ich verzichte aber auf weiteren Ärger. (Die Rückerstattung ohne Versandkosten habe ich inzwischen erhalten.)

Mar 04,2025These people from the Remote Control World company have offered me good service, The original remote control was no longer available. VAT then programmed a remote control so that I can use my 10 year old BOSE sound system again. Deze mensen van de firma Remote Control World hebben mijn goede service geboden, De originele afstandsbediening was niet meer leverbaar. Daarop heeft VAT een afstandsbediening geprogrammeerd zodat ik mijn 10 jaar oude BOSE soundsystem weer kan gebruiken.

Mar 04,2025hello, i'd like to thank you for the replacement remote control which gave me back the (volume) controle over my receiver again ... it is working as expected and uses even less power than the original. Packaging was sturdy and delivery was speedy, all this at a reasonable price. i keep this in mind should the occasion arise in the future ...

Feb 28,2025Bien que m'étant inquiété sur le délai de livraison 14 jours, j'ai bien reçu ma commande bien emballée et au fonctionnement conforme à la description précise de l'objet sur le site. Si besoin, je n'hésiterai pas à faire appel à VAT, raison suffisante pour lui accorder 5 étoiles.

Feb 28,2025Je commande un télécommande sur ce site en voyant les avis 5 étoiles qui apparemment sont faux. Ce site est un site frauduleux de voleurs et de menteurs. La télécommande qui arrive n'est pas du tout celle commandée. Ensuite ils me demandent de photographier ma télécommande qui marche (car je voulais une 2éme télécommande). Et maintenant voila la réponse de ce site de voyou, accrochez vous c'est à mourir de rire. Cher ERIC PONCET, Je viens vers vous au sujet de votre récente commande 459100. Tout d'abord, je tiens à vous faire part de mes regrets que la télécommande n'ait pas fonctionné avec votre appareil. Comme vous avez dit que vous aviez toujours la télécommande d'origine, pourriez-vous nous l'envoyer avec la télécommande qui ne fonctionne pas afin que nous puissions la vérifier ? Feb 27,2025had just a little problem with communications. That was my fault. didn't know just what to expect working halfway around the world. VAT did keep me aware of the repair of my remote controller. It was not working when I sent it off and it was working just fine when I got it back. VAT was the only place that offered a repair service. Thanks for the repair.. Saved lot of money.

Feb 24,2025After I ordered a copy of my original Marantz SR6003 remote, it took more than the promised amount of days to arrive. Therefore I contacted them via chat. They said that it took a few days longer than expected because production was overloaded. So this company was not just a box mover but it produces the remotes on demand. Maybe they could say this on the website and give a better estimate with the reason for it. This of course would only be useful for first time customers since once you know them and you know how they work, no problem to wait a few extra days since you know you didn’t waste your money. Then the remote arrived. I tried it and everything works except for the ‘Exit’ button. I contacted them via Email. They responded immediately but unfortunately my internet provider (Telenet) put the mails in my SPAM folder and I noticed this only a few days after so if this happens to you, first check the SPAM box. First they asked me to do a standard test pushing the button and look with my cell phone to see if there is coming light out of the remote. Yes it did. Since I mentioned the micro USB connector in the remote control in my mail they asked if I had such a cable in house. Yes I have. Then they provided me with a link to install software to re-program the remote. Unfortunately this didn’t work. Then they send me a new remote without me having to ask for it and this is working perfectly. You only know if a company is good when not everything goes as expected. In the end they didn’t make any money at all on me but they did everything to make a happy customer and that is what I am. If I ever need a remote again, I know where to order it!

Mar 06,2025Ma télécommande Smart Easy 1 ne pouvant être reprogrammée, j'en ai fait venir une 2 ème. Même problème. Ils ont testé et ont constaté que l'ensemble de leurs télécommandes Easy avaient le même problème. M'ont envoyé une autre télécommande de marque différente et ont remboursé une des 2 Smart Easy. Donc bon SAV et sont corrects.
