Joshua Lawson was my first point of contact and who carefully explained the options laid out before me. He kindly and patiently went over things I had questions about, as often as I needed. Ben Payne then took over and helped me with forms and did everything else necessary to secure and set up my annuity with the Provider of my choosing. He did all the hard work behind the scenes to accomplish this. I cannot fault Joshua or Ben’s professionalism and dedication to helping me through what I had been finding to be a very difficult and perplexing situation. Feb 15,2025I was very happy with the service I received from Retirement Line. The company I had invested with for my pension could not provide the fixed term pension I required. Danny Page at Retirement Line provided me with quotes from several other companies that could provide me with what I needed. Once I had chosen which company to go with, it was just a matter of filling in an application form for the new provider and sending it back to Danny. From then on Retirement Line did everything else. I had regular updates from Danny's colleague Ben Payne as to progress with the transfer of the fund to the new provider. Once the money was transferred to the new provider, I received my lump sum immediately and the monthly payments would start a month after that. The whole process from application to receiving cash took about 2 months to complete. The process could have been several weeks shorter but the original provider had to access archive systems to release the funds, which caused delays. Many thanks to Danny and Ben make a very daunting task simple and straightforward.

I was kept up to date with the process for my annuity. Joshua was extremely helpful with the filling in of the various paperwork and explained any questions on the forms that I didn't understand. I felt confident that Joshua and Jamar were acting in my best interests and wanted to get the best customer satisfaction for me.
