Jun 18,2024From the my first contact with RetirementLine through to the set up of my Annuity with L&G I was very impressed with how efficient and informative the whole process was. Rick Holdaway was fantastic, providing up to date quotes emailed in a very clear and easy to understand format etc. Rick was also honest and open about the timelines that L&G were working to though in the end, that timeline was bettered. Once I'd chosen the product Calum Cooper was then my contact through to the eventual set up and he was also exteremly helpful . Retirement Line were great, for me, no question. First class service using very professional and personal staff.

Jun 13,2024Excellent advice, no pressure. Mathew and Jasmine have provided me with the most helpful, no pressure advice possible. They have answered all my questions and provided me with all the options available to me in an annuity, happily showing me different quotes to explain how various options selected can affect the level of income received and what benefits each one can offer when applied or not. After going ahead I could sit back and relax, knowing that Mathew and Jasmine would then do all the work to set up my annuity with the best provider for me. I will certainly be using them again later this year.

Jun 12,2024Having researched and come across Retirement Line via an internet search I was contacted by Danny Page who was extremely helpful in providing an annuity proposal, giving various options for the provider. Danny led me through every stage of the process and was most helpful and patient, in what can be a very daunting and stressful time for the uninitiated, (you hear of so many scary stories regarding pension funds). I was left to my own time to review the proposals and at not point did I receive any pressure to make a decision. Decision made, I was passed onto Calum Cooper, my Client Relationship Consultant. Calum dealt with the transition of funds from pension scheme to annuity provider, providing a smooth transition to the whole thing and keeping regularly update on how things were progressing. Both Danny and Calum provided a stress free and thoroughly professional service in what could be for some people a very uncertain time. I could not recommend the service I received from Retirement Line highly enough. Thanks to all.

You receive a wide range of market leading options, clearly presented and fully explained. There is no sales pressure or hassle and the administrative support is also first class. In my experience Retirement Line is by far the best non-advised pensions service in the UK.

Jun 11,2024I stumbled across Retirement Line late 2023 and spoke to George Gilbert, who was extremely helpful but it wasn't until early this year I sought out his contact number on their website and started the process of setting up an annuity. George was great. Got the process started, explained everything including the expected timeline. Once I sent the application back, I was handed over to Andrew Rist who kept me informed weekly by email of the progress. Terry Finch stood in for Andrew in the final 2 weeks or so. The whole process was calm and hassle free because of the personnel involved, so thank you all.

Jun 08,2024Having read reviews and researched the company, I decided to use Retirement Line to manage the purchase of an annuity with a DC fund I'd accrued through work. The quotations I received were similar to those I'd researched privately and the whole process was very efficient and totally stress free. Six weeks later a tax free lump sum was in my bank account and two weeks after that I received my first pension payment. Josie and Mollie were assigned to my case and many thanks to them for their professionalism in fully explaining the process and keeping me informed of progress. Definitely recommend.
