Just so lovely to liaise with somebody who understands what is needed and talks to you a like a human! Can't recommend more.

Aug 27,2024Unfortunately I received my order damaged, However one quick email to Rinkit that was replied to within 30mins apologising and offering either a refund or replacement, I asked for a replacement then promptly received a email with confirmation that I would receive my replacement between 3-5 days, in fact I received it the very next day in perfect condition!

Aug 26,2024My first order from RINKIT and very very happy with the quality, service, and quick delivery. Unfortunately out of all of my order (72) 2 glasses were broken. I emailed RINKIT and they are being replace. Will be definitely be placing another order.

I got in-touch with Rinkit, I received an apology and was informed that the replacement pieces would be despatched immediately. No quibbling, no prove it, no once receive the return we will despatch replacements. Just excellent, refreshing customer service!

Aug 21,2024Excellent experience. Ordered some 20s glassware - champagne coupes, martini glasses and champagne flutes. Placed the order late afternoon and they were delivered by the end of the following day for free. The glasses are beautiful and look far more expensive than they were. One glass had a small chip/dent. I contacted the customer service who replied within an hour on a Saturday afternoon and had received a replacement glass with their compliments on the Monday. Just outstanding customer service. Highly recommend.

Their customer service department have been really helpful too with some inspect repellant torches and candles. Definitely worth a 5 star rating!!!

Aug 20,2024I purchased 6 dinner plates and 6 breakfast bowls. Very prompt delivery, one of the bowls was broken on opening the box. I contacted customer service and a replacement is on its way. Brilliant service, we have used this company a lot and will always recommend them.

Aug 20,2024I purchased some plates and bowls, as I fancied a change. On arrival I was excited to open my delivery, only to find 1 small plate broken. Emailed Rinkit straight away. That very same day they responded saying they would send a new one out. This came within 2 days, unfortunately this to came broken. Emailed them again and instant reply. Sent out another. Even though I had a few plates broken on delivery I would still buy from Rinkit again, as they were swift in correcting my issues. Thank you Rinkit.
