Sep 11,2024Purchased a dinner set from Rinkit - items received earlier than expected - a day later! One of the items was damaged during transit. I contacted Customer Service who apologised and sent a replacement plate which was also arrived very quickly. Very happy with my beautiful dinner set and will purchase again from this company.

Sep 10,2024Rinkit use DPD who have a rating of 1.1 stars. My order (Rinkit ref: 1081495) did not arrive at the time specified when I was at home. On checking up it seems the DPD driver did not even bother to try to find my house. They took a photo of a car-park 50m from my house as "evidence" that they had called.

Sep 08,2024Fantastic!! Ordered on a Saturday and received by the Sunday morning!! Super impressed… out of 24 glasses unfortunately 1 was broken - emailed on the Sunday and response within an hour advising a new set would be sent - Superb!! And on top of the excellent customer service the glasses are Beautiful and the cost was £30+ cheaper than any alternatives I found online - highly recommend :) 5*

Sep 08,2024I received 1 x box of drinking glasses instead of 2, I emailed rinkit and received a prompt email apologies for the error. I received the box of glasses the next day. Great service, responsive and helpful. Will not hesitate to use this company again.

Sep 06,2024Iv placed a small order but arrived super quick and well packaged but after opening had an issue so watched back on our cctv and saw this was likely caused by Evri delivery driver The customer service at Rinkit i found amazingly good, to the extent i felt as if i was a very highly valued customer despite this small order They sourced a replacement which arrived the very next day and delighted with product as well Personally I think it says something to rate 5* review after having an issue which I dont think was the error of this company Will be ordering more for other areas of our home. I emailed them advising them of the problem, I had a reply straight away saying they would send a replacement. How's that for excellent customer service.

Sep 04,2024Unbelievably rubbish product. Looked like it had been made by somebody with neither hands nor brain. Then 'Lauren' gave me the runaround about its 'fitness for purpose'. Two stars because I got a refund in the end. Packaging was stupid too.

Aug 31,2024I started my online order at 16.30 today, choosing £4.99 next day delivery, as long as order is placed before 5 o'clock in the evening. 16. 59pm. I finally managed to place my order. Only time will tell if I get my order tomorrow ( Saturday). The card checkout is absolutely mind boggling. It kept asking me for my card's issue number and start date. My card is contactless and only has the expiry date on it. I have spent nearly half an hour going around around in circles trying to pay for the items. I hope they do come tomorrow or I will be chasing a refund for the difference. Regardless how small it is, it's the principle of the matter. The checkout should be simpler!

Aug 30,2024This is the second time leaving a review, I purchased a item back in June it became faulty I emailed them and I honestly thought I wasn’t going to get anywhere but within a ten minutes I had a email back and within 20 minutes my issue was resolved no messing around they have sent out a replacement for me thank you so much . I recommend and will definitely be buying from them again. Customer service is fantastic.

I contacted Rinkit customer service, and Mathilde promptly sent out a replacement. Their quick response and excellent service really impressed me! Great company with outstanding customer support. Highly recommend!
