The customer service is fantastic from answering queries, rectifying a small issue with recent order to the speedy delivery times. Would highly recommend anyone to check here before other online stores.

They keep you constantly informed by email on your order status.I had one damaged item delivered (probably by the currier’s)contacted their customer service team who were friendly efficient and very helpful within 48 hours a replacement one had arrived!

I have used Rinkit for some time now and you will not find a better Company to deal with, their products are so good & great choices, I've never had any issues with items. Next day delivery, items well packaged and if there is a problem it's dealt with straight away and resolved. Highly recommend this Company to anyone.

My latest delivery that arrived in super quick time had one item in an incorrect colour. I contacted customer service and received a very pleasant, prompt reply and solution. Aug 11,2024Ordered four plastic garden chairs. (Inexpensive but good value for what they were.) Unfortunately one was damaged, probably in transit. I contacted Rinkit and they very promptly said they'd send a replacement FOC. Which they did. While it would have been good not to have had the problem in the first place, it was great to deal with a supplier who didn't feel the need to argue the toss!

Aug 10,2024I ordered 10 items which were hugely discounted in price in comparison to other places. I’d never heard of the company before but seen an advert on Instagram. So glad I ordered! The items arrived super speedily and despite the packaging being slightly damaged in transit which resulted in an item missing, it was replaced with no issue and delivered next day! Ben gave amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend the company and will be buying again!

Aug 08,2024I found just the little garden table I'd been looking for at a hugely reduced price so, despite knowing nothing about this company, I ordered the table. To my amazement it arrived in less than 24 hours! There was, however, a little damage to the table, but as soon as I contacted Rinkit, they sorted out the problem immediately and in a very friendly way. It's most unusual these days to find customer service like this and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this business to anyone.

Aug 18,2024The worst company I have ever used. They have lied non stop since I asked for my item to be returned.they have not collected the table they have continued to blame EVRI and EVRI technical issues yet I contacted EVRI and they have no issues! This company are been reported to trading standards. Four weeks now and no collection or refund!!!!
