Aug 07,2024I ordered 2 black glass worktop savers for my new kitchen,when they arrived the box was damaged and one was completely shattered, I emailed Rinkit straightaway with pics and a video of the damaged item,this was late last night,and this morning I received a very nice email to say they have resent the damaged item out .I'm over the moon with the customer service and quick resolution.i will definitely purchase from Rinkit again.

Aug 06,2024One of my wine glasses that I had ordered was smashed during transit. I sent photos and an email requesting a replacement. Shortly thereafter I received an apologetic reply stating that I will receive a replacement glass in 3/5 days. That is what I call courteous and efficient service. Thank you.

Aug 06,2024I’ve placed two orders with Renkit. 1st for some raised beds - great value, delivered quickly and happy with the product. 2nd for 2 sun loungers. Again, great value and fast delivery. Unfortunately they both had cracks on the corner. Not a major issue right now but will likely grow and cause a failure in the near future. I suspect this was most likely from the delivery chaps, but there was little reinforcement in the packaging so they may want to review this. However, I contacted Renkit via email with a few pics of the damage and got a quick response telling me two replacements would be dispatched free of charge and we could keep/dispose of the damaged ones. Very happy with the speed and common sense approach. Good luck to this business, offering good products at fair prices.

Aug 02,2024I have ordered a couple of times through Rinkit and the delivery was very quick both time. In fact the second delivery arrived the day after the order! I had a slight issue with the second delivery. I ordered some dinner plates and side plates and unfortunately one dinner and 3 side plates arrived damaged and broken. However after emailing the company with pictures they arranged replacements to be delivered which arrived within two days of my complaint. A big thank you to Lauren who dealt with my complaint swiftly and professionally. I would recommend this company and will be ordering from the again on the future.

Sadly, Evri didn’t deliver the next day however I was refunded, by Lauren, the total cost of my postage. It arrived the following day. Very easy to use website. Fast service. Jul 31,2024Sat last week I ordered a garden furniture set, table 4 chairs and parasol. You advertise next day delivery. So 4 days later ,just now. Evri delivered the 4 chairs and parasol. NO TABLE. I spoke with your driver and he said this is a common event !!! I would like the table delivered TODAY .I have communicated with Lauren at Rinkit who tells me the table has been dispatched and to follow the tracking number. There was ONE tracking number for the whole set,table ,4 chairs and parasol. This tracking number now shows DELIVERED but only the chairs and parasol have been delivered .What is happening 😡
