I ordered through Tesco market place, unfortunately the video game controller shaped piñata for my son’s 12th birthday arrived as a unicorn piñata! A quick message to customer service and a replacement is on the way! Everyone mistakes and it’s testament to a good company how they handle them! Will order again, thank you!

Jul 15,2024Website easy to navigate, in my opinion. But what really makes rinkit for me? Their customer services. I have had several issues with the delivery service (third party). Rinkit has responded promptly to correspondence (all by email), researched and provided answers - and alternatives where appropriate. I can't thank them enough for their assistance and patience

Jul 15,2024My fairly large order was delivered within a couple of days. Two items were slightly chipped/broken on arrival, but this was very easily and quickly resolved by the customer service team, who had replacements sent within two days (over the weekend as well).

Response was received in half an hour!! And a replacement arrived the next day after I wrote an email! Very good customer service

I contacted customer services and sent a photo of the broken glass, they responded instantly advising they would send a replacement and sending apologies, replacement arrived in around 3-4 days. I emailed and straight away I received a phone call to update my order . Wonderful to be able to speak to someone and so quickly . Order was despatched the same day and was well packaged . I would definitely recommend and use this company again .

Jul 20,2024Excellent Customer Service I received an order from Rinkit today and despite it being extremely well packaged one of my items was unfortunately broken. I e-mailed the company to let them know and within an hour I received a really nice reply apologising and saying that a replacement had been arranged and would arrive within the next 5 days.
