Unfortunately there was a broken item even though it was well packed, I sent an email and got a reply straight away. Replacement is already on its way, very helpful, great customer service. Would recommend and use again.

Jul 05,2024Although this company has a lot of 5 stars review here, I will not be able to do the same I am afraid. I have ordered Garden Dining Table and Chairs recently. The table was delivered 4 days ago and it was damaged. I took the picture and contacted the customer service. They apologized for this problem and offered the replacement table. I accepted. This is tolerable. The second table was delivered yesterday and it was damaged similar to the first one. I contacted the customer service again and asked for the refund. This is untolarable. They took my time. This is dissappointing and unacceptable !! I recommend this company to change their delivery courier or modify their delivery strategies.

Jul 05,2024Great product, great service! we ordered stoneware plates, bowls and cups. They look lovely. we had a problem that some of the plates were broken during transport and this was dealt with promptly and effectively!

Jul 05,2024Leider kamen jede Menge Teller und Schüsseln zerbrochen an. Dies hätte mit einem stabileren Karton und besserer Polsterung verhindert werden können. Der Service für den Ersatz war aber quasi reibungslos.

Jul 04,2024Great company and great Customer Service. Same day despatch. Sadly, Evri delivery service lost my parcel. I contacted Rinkit to enquire where it was. They replied almost immediately and was very apologetic. They looked into it and asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I opted for a replacement and it arrived the very next day.

Jul 02,2024The Nevakar wine glasses I recently bought from Rinkit are lovely, just what I was looking for, and well-packaged. Unfortunately, one of the glasses had a slight fault on the base. I emailed Rinkit about this, and Kate got back to me very quickly to say they would send me a replacement. The replacement glass arrived as promised within 48 hours. I am delighted with my purchase and the service. Thank you.

Jun 30,2024Ordered quite a selection of glasses for an up coming party. Very affordable,easy to order,and delivered so quickly. The glasses were very securely packaged but, sadly still one glass was shattered. I wasn't going to contact them as it was just one glass. Any way I whizzed them an email,they responded straight away and I await my replacement compliments of Rinkit. Lovely company to deal with,I wish them success and I hope to do business with them again very soon.

I email Customer service and received reply so quickly, if I had been sitting down I would have fallen off my chair. Impressed. Order got cancelled monies refunded. reordered the correct items and delivery was so quick, Parcels in perfect undamaged condition. Excellent service, items and company. Recommend A****

Jun 28,2024This company is Exceptional. I receive some glasses and unfortunately one of each set were broken, I emailed them and immediately they replied saying they would send replacements and even told when I should receive them. Their customer service is outstanding.

Jun 27,2024Pleasantly surprised by the great customer service here! I had not heard of them before, so was a bit hesitant about using them. Had a small problem with my order, so I emailed them on a Saturday evening. Didn't expect a reply until the next week but Sunday morning they responded and had already resolved the issue! Really impressed and happy :)

Jun 24,2024We purchased, nearly a year ago, an Argon Tableware casserole dish. We had not used it until recently, when we discovered a small blemish in the enamel coating. We emailed Rinkit and heard back that same afternoon. A friendly and apologetic response promised the ability to keep purchase and the offer of a replacement dish. Which arrived today ( 48 hours later!) We cannot rate Rinkit highly enough. A great company with great products and exemplary customer service!

They were quick to act and respond when the delivery company failed on successive occasions to deliver my complete order to me. The customer service team were persistently courteous and efficient and despite the difficulties encountered, I received my order within a few days of ordering! Thank you so much. This is a company I'll have no hesitation in using again!
