May 25,2024Best buy of the week! Never thought id be this excited buying a toilet seat! Have gone through so many seats because they come loose or the fixings ware over time. Never had an easier to instal toilet seat in my life. Secure, perfect quality, amazing price and for the first time ever, a sturdy seat that doesn't move or wobble! Delivery was next day also and paid for standard!

May 25,2024I had my parcel delivered to the wrong address (my previous address), perhaps because the website cookies changed info address when I entered payment method. Honest mistake. It took just a few emails for Rinkit customer service staff to help and re ship my parcel to the right address. Good quality products arrived on time, thanks!

May 24,2024I'd not heard of this company before, but a Google search for drinks glasses took me to their site. I added them to my basket...then ended up with a load of other stuff as part of my order. It came a few days later. I was concerned opening the box as it looked like everything had just been chucked in. somehow the glasses survived, but another item was broken. I contacted customer services, half expecting a full on fight. Nothing of the sort. I even received a replacement less than 24 hours after contacting them! Well and truly redeemed themselves. Good prices and excellent customer service. They just need to practice their packing skills.

May 23,2024They had the garden tables that we wanted at a really good price so we ordered two. Unfortunately one had a hole right through the packaging and the table which must have happened in transit. I emailed Rinkit and they replied immediately saying another replacement table will be dispatched and to keep the damaged one. Another perfect table arrived the next day as promised. Brilliant customer service great communication wish all companies were this professional. I will be ordering more from this company and highly recommend them.

Wide variety of home/kitchen items ordered mainly glass all arrived well ahead of expected date. 1 item was damaged on delivery (things can get damaged in transit but it's how a resolution is reached that counts). The company sent a replacement item the same day and arrived the following morning. Would recommend and certainly use Rinkit again and happy to recommend as a business.

Super happy, competitive prices, nice items love everything but one mug had a bumpy ride and arrived with a chip. I emailed them. Response received within 2 hours and replacement on its way! May 21,2024Super fast delivery with exceptional customer service. I ordered some crockery from Rinkit, but unfortunately a plate and cup were damaged. This is always possible with fragile items. I contacted Rinkit customer support, and they promptly replied and sent replacements which were delivered the next day! I will definitely use Rinkit again!

A simple email sent and damaged items were replaced immediately. Highly recommend and will definitely use this company again
