I have had cause to deal with Rinkit customer service on 2 occasions and both issues were resolved immediately, on the second occasion a replacement item was required which I received less than 24 hrs after my email was sent! I will most certainly use Rinkit again and have no hesitation in recommending them.
I ordered a foldable table via debenhams. The delivery arrived in good time bit the table was damaged. Initially there was great customer service with an offer of a part refund if I kept the item as would alot of disruption for the company if they had to collect. I agreed, however I then recieved an email saying they could refund as much as they initially offered..I asked for a replacement ie an undamaged table. However the person emailing sent out a label and organises a collection. I found all of thud rather odd and wouldn't be happy to order from such a company again. I happy they can collect their damaged table and refund as necessary.
I received my order yesterday and one item was sent instead of the item I ordered, I emailed, got a prompt reply, and have just had an email to say, my missing item has been posted, with an apology for any inconvenience caused, can’t ask for more
Often order from Rinkit had my first ever broken item today had a replacement sent out within a hour of mailing too notch service
I've only recently found Rinkit online, I don't know why I haven't heard of them before. I needed to upgrade our kitchen and dining area so was googling 'blue stemmed glasses' and found the perfect glasses, mugs and table setting at Rinkit. The trouble is when you see everything they offer your basket fills up quite quickly! Everything is very reasonably priced and arrived well packaged and quickly. I'm really pleased with my items. I had one or two that arrived slightly damaged and emailed about it. I received a reply straight away and replacements sent out. You can't ask better than that for customer service so I'm really pleased and a very satisfied customer. Thank you Rinkit! My house looks lovely now :)
I’ve shopped from Rinkit a number of times with no problems but recently they actually made a mistake in sending me the wrong items. I let them know and immediately they organised replacements to be sent out and followed up with excellent communication regarding timing etc. These were inexpensive items but the company treated me very well. I wish all online companies behaved the same way
We are a B&B and was looking for 2 person tea pots and room diffusers. Our guests love the tea pots (they are perfect pourers) and the room diffusers keep our rooms smelling fresh with out being overpowering. They gave excellent service and delivered everything on time. One of the tea pots was damaged in transit, I emailed them and they sent me a replacement immediately. We would definitely buy from them again.
I placed an order 3rd May 24, for some wine glasses. Upon receipt a glass was broken, I therefore requested to return the items as they seemed too fragile for daily use. I had to pay for this return, even though it had a broken item upon receipt. I sent the item back to the Branbury address on 10.5.24. I am still waiting for a refund. The service just has not lived up to company policy. UPDATE: I received an email from Rinkit, the same day as publishing this review. Laura confirmed that my refund will be processed within 48hrs and she apologised for the inconvenience caused.
Great service. When I discovered one of the glasses I received was damaged, Rinkit provided an immediate replacement with no quibbles. They are such nice people to deal with.

I ordered quite a few items from Rinkit and was amazed they were delivered the next day! a lot of the items were glass/china and were wrapped well, but unfortunately one item was damaged. I emailed Rinkit and received a reply within 20 minutes and a replace was sent out the same day! I will definitely use Rinkit again; great products and very reasonably priced.

I recently ordered a teapot set from Debenhams, which was shipped directly from Rinkit. Unfortunately the teapot was missing from the box. I contacted Rinkit straight away and had a reply within a few minutes from Katie who promised the item would be sent straight away. It was! I had the Evri notification the following day to say they’d received it. It’s arrived, in perfect condition. It’s a gift so I’m over the moon to have the set complete ready for my friend. Excellent customer service. Biggest thanks to Katie.

Jun 06,2024So I have bought the Nicola spring shadow box picture frames a couple of times now and have been very happy with them, and they set off my 2D pictures brilliantly, but the last two 8 by 8 black shadow boxes have had rusty springs in the back, sent pictures to the customer service department and they offered a partial refund ( frames not really usable without the springs in the back ). I refunded so they sent me two replacement picture frames that were more rusty than the first lot, so please be careful when ordering the black ones ( the white ones don’t seem to be affected )
