May 11,2024Purchased 5 box frames quality was above expectations and i didnt recieve the parcel contacted rinkit and there kind customer service agent helped me to get a new order sent out asap.. It arrived within 48 hours.. Highly recommend this company, i will always buy from them because of there constant cheap prices compared to other store online and in the shops...

May 11,2024Ordered a set of steak plates at a great price (6 for £20). Arrived within two days but unfortunately two of the plates had broken during transit. Contacted Rinkit via email to advise of the breakage and received a response the next day stating a new set would be dispatched within 48 hours.

May 10,2024Ordered a garden table recently which arrived within 2 days.Unfortunately has some issues with it . Emailed the customer service who were very helpful.They agreed to replace it with a new one. Overall very happy with their customer service.

May 10,2024I ordered a garden parasol and base from Rinkit through The Range's website. This was despatched in two packages - the base was delivered but DPD misdirected the parasol package and it failed to turn up. Having spoken to DPD they advised Rinkit would have to contact them to progress the issue. I rang Rinkit customer services and after waiting about 10 minutes in a queue I was cut off as all advisers were busy. The recorded message suggested emailing which would be answered within 4 working hours. By mid-morning of the next day I had had no reply and feared this wasn't going to end well but I tried to phone them again. This time, after a few minutes, I spoke to a very helpful lady who checked the DPD tracking details to confirm what I was telling her and then immediately organised a replacement to be sent out by next day delivery. This was delivered as promised. So apart from a slight hiccup in getting through to them the service was great and I'd happily order from them again, probably directly in future.

May 09,2024I recently made my first order to Rinkit with an order of sundae glasses x on receiving the boxes (6 in each box) 12 in all, 3 were broken x I sent email to this effect had a reply within 7 minutes and have received replacements this morning x thank you Lauren for such efficient service x. May 08,2024I've ordered various crockery and glassware items over the last couple of years. Good range of items, easy to navigate website. Delivery is super super quick. Only had a problem once with a damaged item on arrival - I sent an email and received a response almost immediately saying the item would be replaced. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend!

May 07,2024I’m extremely impressed with how swift the dispatch and delivery were but most importantly I’d like to thank Mathilda for her exceptional customer service - I placed quite a big cookery order and 3 of my plates arrived completely shattered. I was excited to have my new set but Mathilda managed to save my day and reassuring me that they will happily resend the damaged items. Couldn’t be happier :-)

Unfortunately it had a crack in it so I contacted Rinkit.com who immediately sent a replacement without a quibble.I now have the replacement in my garden and am very happy with it. Excellent affordable fire pit and great customer service.

Upon arrival, unfortunately one of the frames had a crack on the glass so I contacted Rinkit team and received a reply almost instantly which was very reassuring. I then got issued out a replacement frame which was delivered not even 24 hours later. Very impressed with the service

May 04,2024Ordered one day delivery was the very next day that’s very good service The only complaint I have is I ordered the fabric door stops which are apparently filled with sand which leaves a lot of dusty sand mess.

May 03,2024I ordered 8 firepits for our campsite and they were delivered so quickly! Unfortunately one was broken. I sent an email to customer service asking for help and had a reply within 5 minutes, apologising for the breakage, and said a replacement would be sent to me immediately. The service was absolutely fantastic. Mathilde was very pleasant in her email. Thank you Rinkit!

I emailed the Sales Team at Rinkit who were very quick to respond and the same day arranged for a replacement to be shipped, which arrived within 48 of the original delivery.
