May 02,2024Have dealt with this company over some years and they’re always quick and efficient. Once received the wrong order and it was very swiftly resolved, have this time had one wine glass of 6 arrive broken and again immediately replacements are organised. The Glasses are lovely! Well done Rinkit!

May 01,2024I ordered a porcelain tea, sugar and coffee set of cannisters They were delivered two days later (most impressive), but unfortunately one was broken. I sent an email to customer service asking for help as I really liked the set,and had a reply within an hour or so, apologising for the breakage, and said a replacement would be sent to me immediately. Sure enough the item was delivered today. Can say, the service was great, and Mathilde was very pleasant in her email. Well done Rinkit, most impressed, thank you.

May 01,2024Absolutely loved the multi coloured chairs and the folding round table perfect for students. Top quality gloss finish and padded. You cant get something so good for so little money amazing will be back. I 100% recomend Rinkit.

Apr 27,2024I recently bought some corked carafes and glasses from Rinkit, they arrived promptly and are lovely and of a very good quality - very very happy with them and for a really reasonable price Unfortunately one of the glasses was broken, despite being packaged well, I contacted the company and received a prompt reply and a replacement is being sent to me. So all in all a great experience and excellent customer service I would 100% recommend this company and will definitely use again - thank you Rinkit

Easy to purchase, excellent communication throughout and even when I had a damaged in transit item they replied to my email within the hour at 18:45 and issued a replacement immediately. I only write reviews for an excellent service or a really poor one. This time it’s an EXCELLENT to RinkIt.

Apr 23,2024I’ve never used Rinkit before, but spotted and ordered 6 marble table mats on Saturday 20th April in the afternoon. They were delivered on Sunday 21st by 9.35 a.m which is fairly admirable in itself. Unfortunately 2 of them had damaged corners so I emailed the company soon afterwards - this is a Sunday mind(!) - got a reply half an hour later and replacements this morning (Tuesday) by 10.30 am! That is an astonishing turnaround. The table mats are lovely and just what I was looking for and the replacements are perfect. But the service was really impressive and the communication excellent. Will definitely use again.

I emailed a photo of the damage and an hour later received an email saying a replacement had been arranged at no charge. Such 'no quibble' and prompt service is rare these days and I heartily recommend this Company whose range of products are of good quality and good value.

Had a problem with one of the glass storage jars I had ordered, (think it must have been broken when the person delivering dropped the box outside the house) and as soon as I had emailed I had an email back to say another was on the way. Would definitely recommend.
