Apr 17,2024Ordered a bread bin from amazon... It arrived earlier than expected but unfortunately it was damaged on delivery! I e mailed Rinkit and got an almost immediate reply (at the weekend too) apologising and promising a no quibble replacement ASAP.... Two bread bins arrived two days later with no requirement to have the hassle of returning the damaged unit! First class customer service!

Order 1022803I 15 of the Skandi jars for my new kitchen, they arrived on time, the quality was flawless and when there was a slight issue with my order I telephoned and it was sorted within 5 mins! 10/10 company would not hesitatae to recommend them & will order again.

Apr 15,2024We bought a bistrot table and two chairs recently. They arrived in two days! We unwrapped them and were very happy with their look and quality. Unfortunately, one of the chairs was a bit unstable. On looking underneath we saw that a joint was broken. I emailed Rinkit with a photo of the damage. They got back to us straight away with advice that a new chair would be sent for replacement, and we were free to dispose of the damaged one. When the new chair parcel arrived it contained two chairs! We contacted them again and they said they'd arrange for the extra one to be collected and not to worry. It was collected today. The whole experience was so satisfactory and easy. They really are a company that could teach many others how to provide customer service. They'll be a company we'll be only too happy to use in the future. Highly, highly recommended.

Apr 15,2024Excellent company. Purchased an parasol in the later part of 2023, to find it had an issue today. Contacted them with photos, emailed neon straight back with a replacement already being shipped to me. Excellent customer service and very good price Parasol. Highly recommended.

Apr 13,2024I ordered Rinkit Garden chairs through The Range. They required putting together which, to be fair, probably isn't my best skill. Nevertheless, I completed one but had trouble with a part on the second. My resulting email was replied to in good time and a completely new parcel arrived the next day. Excellent customer service and support!

I emailed Rinkit and received a very quick reply. The damaged item was replaced immediately with no need to return the damaged item. What excellent customer service.

Apr 09,2024I ordered 3 raised garden beds on Friday and they arrived the next day, I had free delivery but didn't expect them to arrive that quick, so a very pleasant surprise. Parcels came well protected. The beds themselves are really well made, with easy to follow instructions and can be adjusted, so my new vegetable beds are made to measure. Only found Rinkit by chance, but excellent service, quality and their prices are cheaper than other on line outlets. Will definitely be using again and would 100% recommend.

Apr 08,2024This was the first time I had ever heard of Rinkit and I risked ordering some glasses for a party. I placed my order at about 3pm on Saturday and the order was delivered by 3pm on Sunday! Excellent service and the 60 glasses all arrived intact. I’m so impressed. Thank you for doing such a great job.

I was offered an immediate replacement free of charge in addition to a really prompt and professional response. Really impressed and will definitely purchase from here again.
