May 16,2024Excellent customer service. I had a damaged item through delivery, I emailed them and was emailed back on return. I was asked to send a photo and once received I was emailed to say another item was being sent in 2 to 3 days, sure enough two days later a new un damaged item was received excellent service and would recommend thank you.

May 15,2024I have bought from Rinkit many times and always been pleased with my purchases. On my most recent order, my package arrived rather battered yesterday and one of my items was damaged. I emailed last night and today received a reply, stating that a replacement had been sent. What excellent customer service!

May 15,2024I ordered 2 sun lounger cushions £27.50 each and they gave me 10 per cent discount with free postage and today I have received order and it is wrong colour and rinkit are willing to exchange but return postage I have to pay £5 and I think !! On their website I was not prompted to choose colour and they’re not willing to take my complaint !!

May 15,2024Ordered a garden table which was delivered next day. Sadly the fixings were not in the package.I emailed and received excellent response. the item was redelivered the next day. Very impressed with the customer service !

May 14,2024I ordered two sets of wine glasses (white and red) via Debenhams and, unfortunately, upon delivery one of the white wine glasses was broken. Upon contact with Rinkit to arrange a return/exchange they responded very quickly and offered to send a replacement free of charge and I have not had to return the broken item. Excellent customer service. I would also say I do like the glasses which are good quality and would not hesitate to purchase from this company in the future.

May 14,2024I bought two sets of two different types of drinking glasses - great products and at reasonable prices, certainly cheaper than the same/similar alternatives from other sellers. Rinkit were let down by their courier breaking some during delivery but their customer service in the follow up was great and they sent me replacements promptly and without any drama. Would most certainly recommend them as a reliable supplier :)

I had a missing product but emailed them , for them to reply very quickly . They apologised for the error and sent out the missing product. Very helpful and deal with fast response. Highly recommend this company.

May 13,2024Received a large order of glass coasters. Unfortunately 7 out of 120 were damaged. Contacted Rinkit and they arranged replacements right away. Now, that's the excellent service that all companies should be trying to achieve. Rinkit are already achieving it. Well done.

May 13,2024Ordered a lovely dinner set from their eBay store, items arrived promptly but there were damage to the bowls and a plate. Emailed them and they responded back right away. Automatically they sent the replacement bowls and plate. What an amazing service I received from them. Not something you see everyday.

Not only did they answer to an email within an hour on a weekday in the middle of the day, they replaced the faulty item no questions asked immediately and were incredibly easy to work with. all other items arrived as described and in great time. will use this company again.

May 12,2024I’ve ordered from this company several times before and each experience has been great and the quality of the items to a good to high standard. Some of the pictures/descriptions could be better. Most of my orders consist of a large number of items so occasionally some items are missing. But as soon as I raise an issue it is resolved promptly, either by sending the omitted items, replacing the damaged ones or providing a refund. All done promptly. Would definitely recommend this company and will be ordering from them again (soon I suspect)

May 12,2024Cannot fault this company fantastic service all round I placed my order the following day it was delivered on time excellent quality unfortunately a couple of the dishes were broken I don’t think this was the companies fault as they were packed extremely well I think they were damaged in transit I called Rinkit customer services no waiting no hassle spoke to a very nice gentleman who arranged for a new box to be delivered the following day they kept me informed really really pleased with my purchase also a bargain I will definitely be ordering again 😁😁😁🤩🤩🤩

May 16,2024I ordered some slate placements from this website which are absolutely lovely. Unfortunately one of the mats arrived broken. I emailed Rinkit some images and they replied within hours and I had a replacement arrive at my house within 2 days. Excellent customer service, highly recommend
