Jan 03,2025My second order with this company, some dinner plates & one turned up broken. Emailed proof & the following morning, they replied saying they would replace it. Within two days my parcel arrived but with FOUR plates. Amazing customer service. Definitely recommend & would use again.

Jan 02,2025We ordered a new desk for our son just after Christmas on Saturday 28th December, it arrived within a couple of days. The price of the desk and delivery were both excellent and the quality seems superb given the price. We were pleased to learn that Rinkit are a local company to us in West Sussex which will ensure we use them again in the future given this excellent first experience.

Jan 01,2025Recently purchased some photo frames at a great price. I hadn't heard of Rinket before. The items were delivered quickly but 1 was missing. I contacted customer services and a replacement was sent immediately, and they provided great communication. Definitely recommend

Dec 31,2024Excellent customer service. I purchased shot glasses. Unfortunately some of the shot glasses were broken possibly in transportation. I emailed rinkit on the same evening I received and opened the parcel . They emailed that evening and dispatched the order again. I received them the next day (Christmas Eve ) Thank you for such a swift resolution. This is my second purchase from rinkit. I defo recommend purchasing from this company

Dec 31,2024Came across Rinkit a couple of weeks ago and have ordered many items, great prices, delivered quickly. The order was delivered with a item damaged, a simple email exchange and replacement item will be sent out within 3-5 days. Brilliant customer service. I would definitely recommend.

Dec 28,2024Still waiting for an order placed on 8th Dec. Called the company for an update and they advised order was lost. They said I would I get the order next day, still nothing and that was a week ago. Fighting for a refund via credit card company as online team are stating its shipped.

Dec 26,2024I saw a great sale deal for folding bench and table online at rinkit. When they arrived I opened the products to find that they were damaged. I contacted rinkit support email and their response was very quick and helpful. I was amazed that they send replacement goods within 2 days and in time for me to use them on Christmas day! Replacement products are great, no damage. Great place to shop and excellent customer service.

Dec 25,2024Almost 6 months ago we purchased a soft closing toilet seat from Rinkit. Recently one side of the soft closing mechanism broke and the lid was not operating softly. I got in touch with Rinkit to purchase a new one having explained the experience with the product. However, they have taken this very seriously and sent us a brand new unit with no cost to us. We were surprised with the customer care and their timely response although the item was not a big purchase item. With this mentality in place, Rinkit will be my first choice to look for whenever I need something for my home. Thank you.

Unfortunately one of the glasses arrived broken but I emailed Rinkit, got a polite response and was sent a replacement which arrived the next day for free. Very good service and will shop here again.

Dec 23,2024Not sure about this company , be careful I Order sevrer items 14 Dec , as Christmas gift only 3x items arrive out of 17, keep calling customers service and they they will chase missing items with dpd and promise they will resend missing items and I will get ir before Christmas, today I call to confirm that my missing items are ship , customers service confirm there is Notting they can see that ship that i they dont know when i will get these items , not sure about this company

Dec 21,2024I ordered some glasses from Amazon. Delivery was super quick but unfortunately some of the glasses were smashed upon arrival. Rinkit customer service was very swift to respond and courteous in their reply. Replacement glasses were sent out. The glasses are beautiful and good quality.

Dec 18,2024I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Rinkit and their handling of my order (#240335). My parcel was marked as delivered, but it was left in a communal area outside my front door without my consent. Naturally, it was missing upon my return, along with other parcels pictured in the so-called proof of delivery. Despite explaining that I never received the items, Rinkit is refusing to issue a refund unless I provide evidence of theft—an unreasonable and impossible demand for a parcel that was irresponsibly left unattended. I never authorized such a delivery practice, and it is clear that DPD’s processes failed to ensure the safe delivery of my order. Rinkit’s unwillingness to take accountability for this matter has been deeply frustrating. Instead of prioritizing customer satisfaction, they have repeatedly pushed the responsibility onto me to investigate their failure. I will not be shopping with Rinkit again, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before placing an order.
