Dec 18,2024I purchased 6 airtight jars, one arrived damaged. I emailed Rinkit immediately, they responded within minutes and confirmed they would send out a replacement. I received this the following day. I have been really impressed with their service.

Dec 18,2024Ordered serving bowls and sundae dishes. Unfortunately bowls damaged but Rinkit sent out new bowls immediately, no questions and they've been delivered in perfect condition. Best customer service for ages! Highly recommended

Dec 17,2024Ordering was easy The quality of the goods I ordered was very good From date of order to delivery only took two days. On item unfortunately arrived damaged which I reported immediately along with supporting photographs and within 15 minutes I received a reply advising a replacement was being issued immediately. This is the first time I have used this company and I will definately use again. :)

Dec 15,2024I recently ordered 12 dinner plates from them .Two were broken.E mailed them and got nice reply and replacements were with me NEXT DAY .Amazing Sadly they were broken .Not because of inadequate packing .More I think careless despatch handling.I have left problem with them and am sure they will sort it .Will most certainly use them again

Only one glass broken from the 42 I ordered which sometimes happens and I won’t even complain about as really happy with the service.

Dec 14,2024I ordered a set of glasses, cocktail shaker and measure. Delivery was very quick but unfortunately one of the glasses arrived shattered. Also, despite trying everything I could think of and searching YouTube was unable to prise the top from the shaker. I emailed with a photo and promptly received a reply. Replacements arrived within two days. It's very good service, sad the glass was broken but means a lot to have a pleasant response and replacements. All set now for an Espresso Martini Christmas!! I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Dec 13,2024Great service and great products. The only negative is the poor packaging - which must be costing the company a great deal to send out replacements. My experience with the damage is like everyone who has written a review - the service is absolutely 5 star and prompt when it comes to replace. I wish them well with their venture and will certainly and without hesitation purchase goods from them again.

Dec 18,2024I ordered some port glasses for Christmas. They arrived the next day and packaged well. No breakages and the glasses were perfect. This is my first time buying from this company and I'll definitely be back. They do what they say they will do and that's a great quality in a company these days when so many larger stores are still using Covid as an excuse for shoddy customer service. Thank you.
