Ik koop vaak producten van Rituals vaak in de winkel en af en toe online en ben daar altijd erg tevreden over geweest. Maar vandaag ging ik weer naar de winkel en kocht voor €94.80 aan producten en stond te wachten op mijn gratis producten die ik als member altijd krijg vanaf €45 ( Wat ook wel mag aangezien de producten niet echt goedkoop zijn! ) Maar ik kreeg niks dus vroeg erom waarop ik het antwoord kreeg dat dat niet geld als je giftcards koopt!! Belachelijk!!!! Ik ben member en besteed €94.80 waarvan 2 producten en 2 giftcards ( voor kerstkadootjes) Het zou geen verschil moeten maken wat ik koop!!! Ik besteed mijn geld bij Rituals dus vind het nogmaals Belachelijk!!!

Je suis depuis longtemps une cliente fidèle Rituals mais ce jour, j'ai particulièrement été déçue de mon passage dans votre Magasin de Crèches sur Saone (71000), dans la Galerie marchande de Carrefour. La personne à l'accueil n'a pas été agréable du tout ... Mon fils se sert très régulièrement chez Rituals à Parly II ( il travaille pour une firme de luxe sur Paris, dans la parfumerie) . La caissière n'a pas pu retrouver mon compte, ni celui de mon fils, dans son ordinateur, malgré tous les détails que je lui ai donnés, donc, je lui ai demandé de m'en récrééer un autre, elle n'a pas pû, un message lui indiquant que ce n'était pas possible, donc, je suis une inconnue depuis ce jour chez Rituals ........ Désolée, mais cette demoiselle n'a rien à faire à un poste d'accueil ....... ..

Tot 2x toe online bestelling geplaatst en betaald. Kort daarna krijg ik een mail dat mijn bestelling wordt geannuleerd wegens onvoldoende voorraad maar ook met de melding u ontvangt na 1-2 weken uw geld terug. Dat vindt ik erg klant onvriendelijk. Dus je werkt online niet je voorraad bij maar incasseert wel van klanten om vervolgens 2 weken het geld te houden.

Waste of money!! Purchased a refill litre bottle of mimosa and zero smell in house after 2 days. Returned to shop and manager spent 10 mins of her trying to convince me it was all in my head. Called other staff members for smell test and all agreed they could smell what I couldn’t… mortifying! Anyway I wasn’t leaving the shop without some sort of resolve so they gave me a new bottle. Same! In the past we have purchased it in enclosed box 450ml and it’s fab. Must be watered down in the larger bottles which at almost €90 is a joke… Avoid avoid avoid!!!

The Hair & body mist bottles are just the worse, I love some of the scents and have been buying for years, but since buying I've had three over the years which have just failed to dispense due to faults, first time was about a third of a bottle but they seem to be getting worse, I just won't order these any more and look for an alternative brand. They aren't cheap and should be providing proper dispensers for these items.

Customer service were so kind in solving my issue, they went out of their way to make sure I would get the best help I could. Although it took a little while before my issue was solved, they continuously updated me in the process, and the well seserve rhe 5 stars for their excellent service minded approach. Especially a woman named Chantal ⭐️

Kun godt oplevelser! Jeg har altid kun haft gode oplevelser med Rituals, online og i deres butikker. Så venlige medarbejder man møder, når man kommer i butikkerne og de er altid klar til at hjælpe. Jeg har fået en rituals julekalender af min kæreste. Lyskæden der er med virker ikke, men problemet blev hurtigt løst og en ny lyskæde er på vej til mig.

Ik ben allergisch voor één van de ingrediënten uit een product. Ik belde om te vragen of dit ingrediënt er in zat (als kado gekregen). Helaas zat dit er in. Ter compensatie kreeg ik een cadeaubon om iets nieuws uit te mogen proberen. Heel klantvriendelijk!

Bin heute im Laden in den Riem Arcarden, weggeschickt worden die Mitarbeiterin könne nicht Umtauschen die creme Hamam in das neue Alchemie habe immer gerne Eingekauft, aber diese Verkäuferin hat nur immer am Handy rumgespielt.Um ihre privaten Nachrichten zu schreiben,das letzte mal das ich was gekauft habe, Schade

Ordered cotton blossom. Overpriced and smells disgusting! Thought it was nice in store but it’s horrible their products aren’t worth it . My mum even got sick from smelling the product it’s absolutely horrible . The company didn’t even do anything about it

I ordered online as could not get required product in shop, yodel attempted to deliver but required a signature due to working full time I could not be around/in for the parcel. I then requested a specific day and they did not attempt to deliver, I complained to rituals themselves and they said it was my fault as I was not in when they attempted all three delivery times. Yodel did not attempt to redeliver on the day specified. The customer service is awful for both companies which is a real shame because I purchase so much in the shops, now I will not be! Appalled by both companies. Even more embarrassing that they offered me 10% off for next purchase- I will not be using this!!!

I decided to take a chance on the premium advent calendar after receiving an amazing smelling hand wash in another subscription box. It came through damaged, not hugely but ruins the aesthetic of the calender which is part of the reason I bought it. I sent picture and complaint through and was basically dismissed my customer service saying it was minor (it's not that minor) and said I can still use it. I am sorry but when a product is £172 I expect it to be perfect, the damage was obviously done when the person packing put the lid down. They offered me 10% off my next purchase but why would I want to buy again after this experience, so I won't be using it. Things go wrong, it's how you deal with it that matters and this was dealt with badly, which seems to be a common theme. I wish I had checked reviews first as I probably wouldn't have chanced it.

I spent Iver £250 in Rituals at Rushfir Lakes. I was persuaded to buy a fragrance genie with the promise itcwoykd fragrance a larger room. I asked for thexl strongest of their diffuser perfumes. Firstly no explanation was given that it is best used through an app.I don't use rechargeable so no good fir me. I had to ho on.line to see how to assemble it and it comes with a two.prong plug!!!! After 4cdays we can still detect no fragrance at all despite it working. I can detect fragrance if I put my nose near the vent. The spray room fragrance..another huge disappointment. Even after just spraying and walking g through the spray only minimal scent us discernable. Waste of money. I've had better results from a £5.99 Sainsbury's diffuser. Such a huge disappointment. Never again

Les produits sont extrêmement mal notés sur Yuka, très peu naturels... Même s'ils sentent bon, ce n'est pas bon pour la peau. Je ne recommande pas malheureusement !

Don't buy Genie Rituals. It just doesn't work. It cannot get connected with Wifi due to the application update that is currently in the progress. They are very aware of this problem so they agreed to give me a refund, however, it took them ages to give me a refund at a store. Very bad experience.

My high % Discount Code was changed without informing me ! Even that I was assure it will be pernament . I had witness for it , as one time I tried to use it in basket without completing just to see how much % was and for what product it was working. Case Takes me some nerves and time; But after call to Customer Service Main Netherland , and corespondency with Customer Service by email finnaly my case was sorted 105%. Big Thanks to Leila for finnaly resolving the issue and sorted a lost gift that I got and lost due to a bit long time of corespondency to sort the problem. It was such a pleasure to speak with You by phone, Angelic voice , so nice and with stoic calm was very helpfull and 100% professional all the time. Even once not because of My fault when I lost connection I got immediately call back and I was apologise also for that lost connection. I'm proud to be Rituals customer and big fan, I do allways buy lot of stuff online and in store for myself & most precious person , even abroad for family and friends too. Top Products ,Top Mark , pleasure to deal with. Especially in store in few countries I have been treated 100% with respect and help and kindness.

Kocht voor €78,00 online .Kreeg ik een doos vol mini's.Had beter aangegeven kunnen worden.Ook het onklantvriendelijke gedoe met dat cadeautje bij €45,00 Geld niet bij waardebon, geld niet met ING voucher. Te omslachtig allemaal. Ook vind ik het erg jammer dat Rituals niet zorgt voor recycling.Nu moest ik de prachtige lege bodycreme potten toch bij het plastic weg doen. Mijn besluit staat vast. Ik koop alleen nog "bar's zodat ik het millieu zo min mogelijk belast. En die koop ik niet persè bij Rituals .
