Apr 21,2025Absolutely LOVE ❤️ Riverford. Everything is so fresh, fantastic quality and lasts for ages. It makes you mix things up to get lots of variety and you can also get kefir, chickpeas, bread , milk etc which is so convenient . My favourite part is reading Guy’s letter which is so informative and makes you feel part of something for the greater good .

Apr 18,2025Once good, this company is rapidly deteriorating. They always used to deliver reliably, leaving the box in the dry place provided. However now they just dump the box on the ground, vulnerable to rain and insects, and they don't bother to collect any previous empty box. I have lost count of the number of times that I have asked them not to do this. They always reply with sincere apologies, but do nothing to actually remedy the situation. I have found a local organic farm shop with better quality and lower prices, so will switch to them in future. Riverford = relentless price rises and falling standards.

Apr 17,2025Fantastic veg boxes from Riverford. Beautiful veggies, so fresh and delicious. Excellent service and a brilliant website with tips and advice. Each box comes with a very useful recipe leaflet to keep. The organic sourdough is the best we’ve had. I thoroughly recommend Riverford and their produce.

Apr 16,2025We used to have Riverford produce a few years ago but our circumstances changed and we could never guarantee we would be in on delivery days plus we used to be away for several weeks at a time. However we are now back to a regular routine and re subscribed to the Riverford veg box delivery. It is always fresh, occasionally you get something new which might need a tiny bit of research to find out what to do with it. But it is always tasty and fresh, we would recommend Riverford to all.

Absolutely fabulous service and incredible tasting vegetables , fruit , eggs and cheese . Love the unhomogenised milk . Makes me feel quite nostalgic !! Packing is carefully thought out . All in all, so very pleased I am a customer and would recommend to anyone .

Apr 15,2025New to using this service, however I can say the customer service is 10/10. We had some issues with delivery at the start and the company was extremely professional and helpful. They rectified the problem and issued compensation as a good will gesture for the inconvenience. The communication was very good and clear. When I finally received my produce from the company I had zero complaints.
