Apr 14,2025Riverford deliver superb veg, fruit and much more every week. The customer service is outstanding and much better than John Lewis. John lewis need to pay attention to Riverford. Riverford care about their customers and staff. The flavour of all their produce is a world apart from tasteless supermarket offerings. Happy to recommend Riverford for all their fruit, veg and extras. And happy to pay extra for the overall fairness that rewards farmers properly.

Delivery was on time and instructions followed without issue (no one was home at the time). I also unexpectedly received a free hardback book written by the Riverford founder himself which was much appreciated. I highly recommend Riverford Organic Farmers if you're looking for high quality, seasonal organic veg delivered directly to your door.

Apr 11,2025I've given 5* as the variety of vegetables in the medium boxes is good most of them I've enjoyed cooking and eating. The flavours when cooked I give a 10, the taste and flavour of of all the organic vegetables are very different. I have compared them to the shop bought varieties. You can change the size of box you wish to order and they are delivered in the time span given The box can be sent back as its recycled,so no waste. All vegetables are fresh. I am pleased with my purchase of a medium box and the price is very reasonable. If you want to change box go on the riversford app The app is easy to use once you have got the knack

Apr 10,2025Recently started getting the riverford veg boxes. The vegetables are so much much fuller in flavour than supermarket produce. I love the company ethos too and knowing that you are buying from an ethical producer. I only wish I could afford to buy more products from them.

Apr 10,2025Ordered a box to try, £21.95, great website and easy way to swap boxes, pause etc and very good delivery service BUT.. what a rip off! For my money I got 5 onions, 7 old carrots, they were very old, going off, had been out of the ground for weeks. Some Spanish tomatoes. A bit of wild garlic that was lovely and a cauliflower that wasn't very fresh, all the leaves had wilted within 48hrs of delivery despite being in a cool larder. And a load of tenderstem broccoli that was nice. And a cucumber and a lettuce. Overall just feel ripped off as that lot really isn't worth £22 IMHO.

Apr 08,2025Purchased Lions Mane Mushroom from you, daughter had suffered a reaction, involving Hives, concerned possibly mild Anaphylactic shock. I contacted you via live chat and was dissatisfied with the response I received. The reply I received was rather casual. I was informed that no known allergens was linked to this item, I asked if there could be a precaution on the information page informing of the possibility of a mild to severe reaction. Your company was not helpful. Apparently after researching about Lions Mane, it is well known for causing skin allergies and in rare cases Anaphylactic shock, if this known, was was it not stated on your product page?

Apr 08,2025Extortionate prices and they rely on it costs more to be organic lol, no its doesn't h202 30% food grade as a natural cheap pestercide but they refuse to use. So why put in old brown babanas when the price is sky high! Treated with Contempt
