Mar 26,2025My deliveries are coming early hours of the morning, this means I have to get up to get the delivery in otherwise it will be taken . Not a suitable time for deliveries

Mar 26,2025Lovely varied produce with prompt delivery. Recipe cards really gave you some great ideas of what to do with produce you wouldn't normally buy. Purple sweet potatoes for example. Only slight downside was the boxes contained too few of the most commonly used basics, onions, carrots for example. Having potatoes in the box would be useful if the proposed goal of replacing the weekly shop was to come to pass.

Mar 26,2025The Riverford app is very user-friendly; it’s easy to order exactly what you want and need. So far, I’ve only ordered fruit and veg, but I’ve been very happy with the quality and delivery every time. Riverford also keeps you informed about everything they produce, including tips on how to prepare and store it. You can clearly see your order and easily make changes, if needed, before your delivery. I’m really enjoying teaching my boys about the importance of healthy, high-quality food. I will continue spreading the word to others.❤️🌳

Mar 26,2025Lovely fresh vegetables, that last ages (if you let them!) A chance to buy fruit and veg varieties that you'd struggle to find in the mainstream shops, and all seasonal. Eating seasonally helps you appreciate your food more, having to wait rather than just picking up at the supermarket items that have been transported across the planet.

Mar 25,2025Quite new to Riverford but total converts. Fantastic Customer service, quality produce and they even collect any packaging to reuse. Everything we've tried from veg to fruit to meat to dairy has been excellent quality and it's so reassuring to have organic food delivered reliably and regularly. No need to get the car out. Advice, and information readily available and news/updates in every order. Started off thinking would probably have a monthly delivery - now it's every week and no charge for delivery as long as you meet the minimum spend (which isn't much). It's cut our other shopping excursions down to a minimum. Loving it!

Mar 25,2025So nice to receive fresh veg and fruit. Definitely tastes better than bought in the 'superstore'. Good contact with the delivery schedule and easy to change any delivery made. Love getting the recipes included with each box!

Mar 24,2025I was upset today that our delivery had been left on the front where people can walk by and steal things instead of leaving it at the back behind a closed gate, which is what we asked for. It was sunny and warm today and our chicken and veggies, £ 70 something pounds worth was left sitting there in the sun. Had I not gone out, I would not have discovered it was there. How strange. They did not even tell me it had been delivered or unlike many stores give you a time slot. The food is good but delivery is not the best. They need to improve their delivery service. You can't deliver something at 4am and then the person discovers the food has been left there until almost 12p.m..this is not good. 8 hours out of the fridge and nobody cares isnt a great service at all, no matter how good the food is. The organic chicken at Swaledale where I sometimes buy my chicken is just as excellent and they offer an excellent delivery service telling you in advance when it will be delivered and also after it is delivered you get notified. Why can't this company do the same? They have given me £15 off my next order but am not sure if it's worth the hassle. It probably will happen again.
