Jan 29,2025It started off so well, but the quality has declined in recent months. I used to really forward to my delivery, but now I’ve come to expect disappointment. Mouldy produce and rancid meat, almost every week recently. Customer service rarely seems to communicate or address complaints. I used to tell everyone I knew about riverford - it even inspired me to grow my own veg. But there are too many issues and I’m just throwing money away every week. Time to move on.

Jan 28,2025I am very disappointed with the system: I have received your email for feedback but I dont get any email to decide on next delivery date. I think this is poor and means that additional unwanted deliveries are sent and filling your pockets. I much prefer an open and honest system where you are notified in advance by email (the app doesnt provide any obvious notification to me) and allowed opportunity to adjust your delivery as needed (down or up). I have other subscriptions I keep where I get regular email reminder when due and can then amend the order very easily if I need to. I will now plan to cancel subscription as cannot rely on the notification system.
