Jan 23,2025Amazing quality and flavour! I have been really impressed by my new weekly Riverford box. I love the variation each week, feeling a connection with the producers as well as the recipe ideas and ‘Guy’s news’. The difference in quality and taste compared to supermarket fruit & veg (even organic) is significant. Friendly delivery driver and great staff. Would highly recommend giving it a try.

Jan 23,2025We are new to Riverford and love it! We enjoy the fact that the vegetables taste so much better than supermarket ones (we have a child who commented on this with the broccoli). We enjoy knowing they are produced in a way that is better for soil and wildlife and our world. And we enjoy less pesticides in our food. In honesty, we used to buy more veg than the box provides so some weeks we are adding a salad bag, and we are still working out which boxes suit us. But the system is flexible enough for that and I think we are close to finding a monthly pattern that suits us (I love that it doesn’t have to be the same box every week - we can do large veg one week, quick veg another etc). We have had a few fruit boxes too but find them banana heavy for a household that doesn’t eat many bananas at the moment! So some weeks we are simply ordering a couple of bags of apples. And we will see how the fruit boxes change with the seasons etc. To sum up - Really appreciating taste and customer service - and loving the reuse of boxes etc. Great company values that resonate with me. Can’t fault it (even with too many bananas). Easy to budget around it because you know how much that part of your food shop will be. Glad we gave it a go. Sticking with it for the long haul!

Jan 22,2025Very fresh veg and fruit and a good range for the time of year. Delivery is highly efficient. Sometimes the portion sizes are rather large, would be good if there were choice on portion size

Jan 21,2025Blown away by the quality of the veg box I received. Everything was in perfect condition and thoughtfully packaged to keep as long as possible (eg kale and lettuce still on their stem). I was nervous I wouldn’t get through their small box for 1-2 people as the portions of everything were so generous. But the freshness of the delivery (and I’m very picky on this) along with their recipe tips in the box and online went a long way to helping me work through it all. Picked them initially for a friend’s care package due to their good availability over Christmas then ordered myself a box a few weeks later.

Jan 21,2025I always order my organic white flesh sweet potatoes from Riverford. We absolutely love them. Tried the true spinach too and organic chard, and they were absolutely amazing as well. Quick and easy service to use, everything is organic and delivered directly to your door. Completely hassle free & customer service always prompt to help. Couldn't recommend it more. Jan 21,2025I love all thats delivered..addicted now to their mushrooms..what I buy from Riverford is freshly harvested and lasts so much longer..I always buy organic when I used to buy organic from Supermarkets..but discovered not always locally grown and within days of buying end up unusable..not so with Riverford..

Jan 20,2025I do not eat enough vegetables that's why I signed up , I love the boxs and inside last week was the biggest fresh lettuce I have ever seen in my life , i am enjoying different varieties of apples , the bananas are realy nice , today am having a stir fry with curly cale not a vegetable i am familiar with at all ,I always ate fruit but this fruit has a more natural taste , gone are my plastic bags of apples from the supermarket , would urge more people to try Riverford , I am classed as elderly it's never too late to try new things.

Jan 20,2025The quality of the fruit and veg is great, good variety in the boxes and lots of interesting extras to add too. The smoked houmous is exceptional! Delivery and exchanging the old packaging is smooth and easy. Overall very happy.

A nice touch from their customer service team. So far the produce has been wonderful and I love having access to the various artisan products. Now more than ever, we need to trust and support our farming community / growers, especially ones who obviously care about the quality of the food that reaches our tables.Thank you.
