Nov 27,2024Oh, how gloriously exciting to open my front door first thing every third Wednesday to find my Riverford delivery. I love the recycling of boxes, the compostable packing and the ethos of Riverford, not to mention the fresh seasonal fruit and veg contents. I try every accompanying recipe and am never disappointed. Just joyous!

Nov 27,2024You get what you pay for they say, well I’ve been getting great quality fruit and veg delivered to my door. The quality is great and the variety has me reaching for my recipe books to try products I would not reach for in the supermarket and its organic. Did I mention that the recipe book was a free gift from Riverford and did I mention the quality and the variety ? You have to try Kalettes … google that one and then thank me

Nov 26,2024The fruit and veg from Riverford is great. It is noticeably better tasting, and my family is eating loads more healthy food, better variety and learning more about field to fork. Dairy and eggs are exceptional. The Brown Cow Yoghurts are a huge hit. Although we stopped getting bread, as it was stale from day one. The delivery service is perfect My only quibble is the volume of email. It's intense. For reference a search of my inbox is about 40 emails in almost as many days. I get you can opt out, but it's all or nothing, and I do like the recipes. To end on a high: if you're here to compare against Abel & Cole, then Riverford is better quality, less packaging, loads of recipes in the box and for a lot cheaper, I absolutely recommend.

Nov 26,2024Riverford veg boxes are good value with quality organic veg. The artisan bakery products are excellent too. I find Riverford reliable and they deliver as per instructions. It also feels good to genuinely support our British farmers.

For the two of us, I have a large veg box and a fruit box every two weeks, I love the variety of produce, so far we haven’t had too many repeats I love that it is organic and acknowledge I am lucky enough to be able to do it I love that the process supports the farmers, giving them a decent price, and predictability for their farming I understand the reasons but I’m not so keen on not being able to exclude items from the boxes. Neither of us likes chard for instance. We haven’t had any yet, but when we do, I know several people that love it, so I’ll pass it on So far, I’m very happy

Nov 25,2024I was so excited to get my third delivery from Riverford this morning. The delivery drivers are like Santa bringing healthy gifts. 😄 the boxes were left at 6 am. However I was surprised that the driver had come all the way from Cardiff, when I believe there are farms nearer to us. Anyway, the produce is nice, tasty and natural. I find I am finding ways to include more veg in our diet, and use the helpful recipes provided online, and in the book I received free when I signed up.

Nov 25,2024I love everything about Riverford. Fresh vegetables delivered every week that taste lovely. Ability to choose box size,contents I want and not committed to every week. Recipe suggestions and storage of veg advice. Staff very friendly. There is nothing I dislike and recommend anyone to try Riverford.

Nov 25,2024The vegetables and fruit are of great quality, so fresh and tasty! I love that they are organic and that Riverford support their suppliers rather than exploit them like the big supermarkets. The website is easy to use. I also love the environmentally friendly packaging.

Nov 23,2024I've been fortunate enough to have been eating Riverford fruit and veg for a few years now, I have to say though recently, I've been eating what I've grown myself, and then blindly for a while began buying from a supermarket, until a friend asked me about riverford food and she was really unhappy with supermarket produce....I almost feel ashamed for my own body!....my garden was my garden...however I've just received my first lovely Riverford box since April and realised what a fool I've been..."It's £23...for a week or more..try it!...
