Dec 10,2024I'm really pleased with my weekly box. Everything is so tasty. I love the newsletter that's enclosed each week. It's very interesting & informative & includes a recipe that I try. The delivery driver is always very polite & cheerful.

Dec 09,2024Great website to browse & use. More importantly the veg & fruit are full of flavour & quality. Some of the best tasting apples I have ever had. The packaging is well thought out & returnable. Delivery happens when they say it will. Will continue to shop with them. I was even given a lovely recipe book 🙂

Dec 09,2024The Riverford produce is excellent quality. I like that there is no delivery charge. But since you cannot swap out items, it's important to look at the box contents each week so you don't end up with something you won't use.

Dec 09,2024Such lovely good quality and very tasty vegetables. Great variety too and some that maybe you wouldn't have considered buying as a matter of routine. Great ideas for preparation and cooking with recipes as well. The convenience of having them delivered to you door as often as you choose is also a fantastic advantage. So glad I signed up on the recommendation of my sister who has used Riverford for a few years. Really looking forward to my Christmas delivery with all the veg I will.need for a perfect Christmas dinner! The fresh meat that is also available to order as required is also second to none. The beef joint was just about the best I have ever had in terms of flavour. Yes, you do pay slightly more than your local supermarket, but you get fantastic quality which makes it all worth the extra! You just can't beat good tasting food.

Dec 08,2024I've always wanted to try home delivery of organic veg but at the same time been a bit reluctant. I signed up at a framers' market and haven't looked back since. The quality of produce is great and lasts so much longer than shop bought. It's encouraged me to try more recipes, most of which the family have really enjoyed, using veg I wouldn't normally buy as I would usually just buy 'the usual' because it was quick and easy. Without thinking about it we're eating less meat which is good for the environment as well as the pocket. Our delivery driver is always friendly and I love feeling we might be doing our bit to help the local producers. An all round great experience I would thoroughly recommend anyone try at least once.

Dec 07,2024I would put a 10/5 if I could! I get the recipe boxes weekly! It changed my life and my relationship to cooking! Everything comes in the right quantity (so no waste), the ingredients are all organic and fresh, the recipes are yummy and super nutritious. You get all sorts of information on recipes (allergens, calories, protein etc.). I now cook everyday and my diet is much more balanced and diverse! Cherry on the cake: all their packaging is recyclable / compostable. Plastic use is very limited!

I love the organic fruits and vegetables, some of which I can't get anywhere else. The rye bread is fresh and best I've tasted. I thought I would be making a one off order, but now I am on a subscription of regular deliveries!

Dec 10,2024I love Riverford. They're completely reliable and the produce is wonderful. I no longer have to agonise about buying dispiriting plastic wrapped fruit and veg, grown with maximum carnage to insect and soil life and then shipped halfway around the world, and while I still agonise about being a meat eater (and my husband being an obligate carnivore, apparently) at least I know the meat and dairy is being produced as responsibly as possible. Switching to Riverford has genuinely made me much happier. (I still think we're utterly doomed, but light a candle rather than complain about the dark, and turns out it actually helps...).
