May 13,2024Road buddy do not deliver , they are unaccountable and won’t even take responsibility. They gave me 60mins for pick up . They stopped answering calls or messages after taking a deposit of £50 from me . There seems to be a misunderstanding regarding the sequence of events and the communication issues last night. I confirmed the booking at 09:57 PM, with the understanding, as you mentioned, that the driver would arrive at 10:57PM( 60mins)However, at 10:30 PM, having not received any contact from the driver or further confirmation, I felt compelled to cancel given the lack of communication. It is crucial to note that I only cancelled after attempting to reach your agent via WhatsApp, the platform where the transaction was initiated and primarily conducted. Unfortunately, there was no response from your side. Moreover, the claim that the vehicle was not present at the location is inaccurate. The car was indeed there until 11:28PM as clearly stated in the picture I sent ,well beyond the time frame of the expected arrival of your driver. It is puzzling that no attempt was made by the driver to contact me upon supposedly arriving at the location or by your agent to clarify the situation when the driver reported the car was not there. I don’t understand your point regarding the non-refundable policy and the costs incurred on your end. However, the lack of effective communication and the discrepancies in the reported events have led to an unnecessary complication of the matter. Given these issues, I believe a refund is justified in this scenario.

May 07,2024Fantastic service. Got a blown tyre, we had wonderful customer service via WhatsApp straight away. The mechanic was with us well within the ETA and he was amazing! Really quick and engaged with my son who was asking a million questions. If we ever find ourselves in a pickle again we will 100% use this company.

Apr 11,2024DONT USE. FLAT TYRE, REPLACED MY ORIGINAL TYRE WAS IN BETTER CONDOTION AND THAT WAS FLAT. NEW TRYE NEVER GOT ME HOME. HAD TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE. WOULDNT REFUND. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU WANT TO BE OUT OF POCKET, USE ROAD BUDDY. THEY DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR NAME

Apr 01,2024Sorted me out when I hit a pothole and damaged my tyre. No spare and the fixing kit supplied with the car wasn’t up to the job. Irshad got to us in an hr and 20 minutes on the Easter bank holiday weekend. Top service from the initial phone call to road buddy, communication was great, right through to getting the new tyre fitted by Irshad couldn’t thank him enough!!👍

Mar 15,2024Wow! What a great company this is when you are stuck and helpless. Jaffy made our experience so much easier to deal with. The phone was answered in seconds and he kept us informed of what was happening every second. A recovery truck was sent out immediately and Kev (the driver) was brilliant, just brilliant! We cannot praise this company highly enough and would recommend to anyone and everyone! It's not nice being stuck and feeling helpless, but Jaffy soon had us on our travels home again! Thank you from some very tired, but extremely grateful clients! I would not hesitate to use this company again if the need ever arose. Thank you, thank you, thank you 😁👍

Jun 12,2024Daughter had a blow out on M2/M5 and had to pull onto hard shoulder, 7pm so bit of a panic as cars don't come with spare wheel anymore, fitters was out in about 20 minutes and done a 5 star job, very highly recommend, will definitely use again if needed.
