Mar 08,2024Not to be trusted Please don’t be conned by these people, we were left stranded for four hours on the motorway when we called to have a puncture repaired. We were told 60 to 70 minutes but we had to pay a £30 deposit before anybody could come out, which we did After 70 minutes I called and was told another 30 minutes. This happened three more times! After calling for the fourth time, I was texting a phone number and told this is the fitter call him, which I did further three times and was button each time! I then called another company who were amazing and attended in 22 minutes. after all this, I am still trying to get my £30 deposit back which I am being totally ignored. Don’t use this company they are conmen!!

Mar 06,2024Asad and the team were very helpful and fast to respond and react. After contacting them early morning they had collected my car very soon after and delivered it almost 250 miles away the same day. Communication throughout was prompt and clear and their price was the best quote I could find. The driver communicated with me all the way and was very friendly and helpful at the point of delivery.

Mar 05,2024Called this morning for a quote on a call out and tyre being fitted. They quoted me £210. Which was far too expensive I had a tyre fitted recently and it wasn't that much, so I declined. They then used my number to contact me on WhatsApp asking how much I wanted to pay, I said no thank you. Then got another message saying £190, we'll be there in 60 minutes. I had to block the number in the end. Not professional to find me on WhatsApp and continue messaging me after I declined. Called another company who quoted £160 for exactly the same job, which was £50 cheaper than their original quote.

Mar 05,2024I am from Manchester and was in Wembley when I broke down I called for assistance at 1 am, someone sent out after 2 hours, the reason, according to the person on the phone was the the original driver was drunk! The replacement was rude, and extremely unprofessional! He had no idea how to tow a car on to a truck! Failed attempt after another he got my car on but wheels of my car derailed from the tow truck, left a massive hole on my bumper, scratches everywhere, he then calls someone else to help him do the job properly, next person arrives an hr later and they both spend another 4 hours trying to pull up my car,in the process causing even more damage. We arrived in manchester 9 am next day. Contacted company about my experience with pics and video, they promised compensation for the damages which was reasuring but since Ive sent the invoice I've not had any response. They are keep ignoring my messages. Using delaying tactics. Beware from them. A court notice will be sent soon.

Feb 29,2024A carer got a puncture and she did not have a locking nut for the wheel. She was due to visit an elderly lady with MS at 6am. The puncture happened at 10pm. Jerry helped get someone to deal with this within 60 minutes. Jerry stayed in contact with me and carer until tyre was changed. Jerry was extremely helpful

Feb 25,2024From the moment I called, a man named Jaffa answered and he was very polite and helpful, he organised a driver to come to me even though my location was difficult to get to. The driver was also great - happily went down a dirt track to get to me and pulled me out of the mud! Excellent service! Highly recommend!

Feb 24,2024The BMW I was driving got a tear and puncture in a front tyre late at night after driving in country lanes. Jaffy from Road Buddy was extremely helpful and very patient in trying to ensure I gave him the correct information. It was difficult for me to give tyre information at the side of a busy road with a muddy car and a small torch. He helped me send pictures of the tyre, and he helped me to give location details even though I was in deep country with no obvious landmarks. He helped me to identify the special unlocking tool for the wheel nuts by sending sample pictures and when I couldn’t find it he was able to provide the correct tool from pictures of the wheel nuts. He spent the best part of an hour with me just to obtain all the necessary information. That could reach me within about an hour with the correct tyre and tools. Thank you Jaffy. Thank you Road Buddy.
