Dec 08,2023These guys are lifesavers, my tyre burst and RAC let me down for two days. One bloody tire, I had to take matters into my own hands and called Road buddy, they dealt with it in less than an hour. Should have called them right away but you know when you pay for a service like RAC you expect this level of professionalism and customer service. If you’re broken down and in need, call these guys.

Dec 07,2023I had a burst trye that was too badly damaged to use the repair kit on. I spoke to Road Buddy gave them the details and they were with me within about 45 minutes. 20 minutes after that the new tyre was fitted and I was able to drive home. Top service rom Road Buddy, would recommend.

Dec 07,2023Hit a pothole and burst a tyre late ona Sunday evening.Road buddy sourced the correct replacement & had it fitted within 90 minutes. Great service, will use the again. Recommended.

Dec 05,2023I had the worst experience with Road Buddy waiting for a mobile tyre fit. Poor customer service, I was told initially the waiting time was 60-90 min but ended up waiting for over 120min and the person over the phone was utterly rude. When the mechanic arrived he tighten one of the screws that I had to pay an extra £80 for someone to undue it few days later as I wanted to change both front tyres to match.

The person on the other end of the phone was extremely helpful and talked me through how to send him my location as I am a techno phob. The recovery driver was very professional and friendly, Thank you again

Nov 30,2023They charged £100 to phone local garage which I could have done myself. The garage said the same . SCAMMERS. Don’t use !!!! The issue is what was the £100 for, as I said the local garage said it would have cost £164.64 if I had phoned them direct instead I had to pay £264.64 you are in London and nothing to do with local garage and you sent them to the wrong place and asked us to pay them £20 for your mistake no way !!

Nov 29,2023I needed a jump start for a new EV car. Road Buddy were responsive and routed me to a local provider who was quick to help and get me going. I provided a deposit to Road Buddy via bank transfer and paid the provider a balance when the job was complete.
