I’m a first time user, I was nervous all day using the WhatsApp service but the messaging was prompt, checked all the key points, found me a difficult tyre others couldn’t and then slightly improved on all the timings they gave me. The mechanic that arrived was a star. Its not cheap but curb side service in central London never will be, I would use again without reservation - they get stuff done.

Highly recommend using Road buddy. Needed a tyre replaced and the job was booked and completed within 2 hours. Professional technician and customer service were great.

The whole experience was really quick and easy. I spoke with Abdul who was really helpful and explained how it all worked including a quote. The fitter Yousuf came within the hour and did the job really quickly! Huge thank you to both of them!

Fantastic service. Assisted me with my breakdown when nobody else was available, and reply very quickly via WhatsApp. Always happy to help, friendly and have subsequently helped me with gathering invoices for my records. Highly recommend!

I only give one star for the man that changed the battery! Quoted £180 and 90 minutes to get job done, Nobody turned up, I then get a phone call saying the battery is an odd style (Honda Civic made in Swindon) and it will be more expensive. I keep trying to call and keep getting cut off, I'm then told another 80 minutes and no extra charge for battery, Then told he would come and look at the battery so to buy the correct one, 2 more hours and turns up, looks and goes off to buy battery, I then get a call and told another £40 plus Vat, He returns in 20 mins ( doubt he had gone anywhere) fits battery. I argued about the price and eventually got £10 off, no guarantee or even a receipt! Nearly 6 hours and £30 dearer! Numerous phones calls and huge stress. Don't go near them they should be closed down Now I'm told delay was down to me! Yet I was told the driver was on another job! You would expect the experts to know what battery to fit, and my car has a universal battery, there are certainly not 4 types , this is a complete fabrication! The battery fitted is the cheapest quality they could find, you are absolutely unbelievable!!!

Disaster of a company, would honestly rather be stranded at the roadside than have the displeasure of dealing with them again. Rude, chaotic and unreliable. After 2.5hrs of being told 30 mins wait time from the company to be recovered, and then being told a further 1.5 hours to wait by the driver, I gave up. To be avoided. I agreed a price increase for a flatbed recovery because the car cannot be towed, which I made clear, to then spend about 30 minutes arguing the semantics of if the car ‘rolls’. First review I’ve ever felt compelled to write for anything in my life after having such an unapologetically rude and unhelpful experience. I look forward to the company justifying themselves in a response 😂

Had a breakdown due to faulty battery. Aim was to transport vehicle to a garage, which Road Buddy company took care of. Super quick response to my request. Took about 30 minutes to get to me and another 30 mins ti get to a garage. Simple process, however done through WhatsApp, which to me looked suspicious, however I had no choice, but to trust. Fabricio who delivered my vehicle to a garage is a freelancer for Road Buddy. He done everything on his own, very upbeat, very easy going persona. Had a great chat and insured me that WhatsApp communication is okay and nothing to worry about. Thanks to Hamz and Fabricio saving my day. In terms of financial side of it, it was a pricy one, but worth it.

Had a flat tyre at 13:30 searched the web and found road buddy, they charged me £195 and I was back on the road by 14:30! Speedy service, excellent communication and customer service. Would definitely recommend if your in a pickle and need to get back on the road asap.

Worst company I have ever used!! After giving them my tyre size, they fitted the wrong size tyre on my partners vehicle. We had to travel from Edinburgh to Birmingham and this company charged us £200 for a tyre that is worth £60 and isn’t even the right size. Now they won’t issue a refund on what I paid for the tyre. I now have to buy another new tyre for the car as they left this vehicle unsafe for my partner. What a joke of a company, please do not call this company when you are stranded like we were!

I am a female pensioner and was travelling alone on Monday 4.12.23. I got a flat tyre that was damaged beyond repair and due to nobody being willing to help from 21.30 onwards I missed my ferry from Newhaven to France. During the early hours the roadside service I was relying on messaged to say they would not be there until at least 08.00 and they would then just taje me somewhere else. I had been in my vehicle the entire time, and it was now freezing cold. I then found this service. The gentleman came all the way from Heathrow to help me. He was so kind and resolved the issue enabling me to get the next ferry later that morning.
