My daughter’s tyre popped on the A2 on Friday around 10pm, and the guys were there within the hour. They had the tyre we needed in stock, and fitted it quickly, and my daughter was back in the road. Highly recommend!

Great experience - had a flat tire and Road Buddy sent out someone straightaway. Even with really bad traffic, he made it to me within less than two hours and changed the tire within about 10 minutes. Both the driver and the office were super communicative and responsive the whole time. The driver even topped up my other front tire with air so they were even. Thank you!
The fitter dispatched from uni tyres Ltd that attended my distressed call was a real gentleman who went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and safe. Would definitely use again if required. Sam my call handler from Road Buddy was also efficient , it’s just a shame that he kept trying to push the price up by offering me another driver who could get to me quicker… the first offer was an extra £10 to get to me 25 minutes earlier, 2nd offer was £20 to get to me 20 mins earlier.. This I was not impressed with.

Comedy club I’m in Northern Ireland and call Road Buddy due to the impressive 30 mins response 24/7 service claim A guy answered the phone and his English language skills were questionable to say the least. I gave him my mobile number and he then asked for the extension number 🤦♂️🤦♂️ Asked me to let him check his stock. After 40 minutes I eventually got him and he said he’s still checking. Yes it was a Sunday but surely this service needs improvement to say the least.

When the RAC let me down citing they were too busy and the expected arrival was 1 hour, then 7 hours and so on, i googled for emergency mobile tyre fitters having had a double tyre blow out on a large pot hole and found Roadbuddy, they said they could get 2 tyres fitted at the roadside within about an hour, the tyre fitter contacted me and said he would be one hour, he arrived in just over one hour and changed 2 tyres by the side of the road in pouring rain which enabled me to continue my drive to work and home again, an absolute life saving service. Unfortunately due to the pot hole damage to the rims, i then had to get the wheels repaired afterwards and the tyres had to come off again but the repair company put the new tyres back on again after repair. No receipt was offered at the time so i had to chase this up and a receipt was subsequently provided that i could submit to the council for claiming damages caused by pothole. I was very pleased with the service having been left in a desparate situation by the state of the UK roads and the RAC poor recovery service. The tyre fitter didn't balance the wheels properly but there was no point as the wheels were bent so i didn't pull him up on that, i just needed to get off the side of the road, i did laugh though when he managed to fit the tyre and trap the airline under the tyre on the 3rd attempt at fitting the tyre and then couldn't get it off again, classic, perhaps a trip to tyre fitting training school is in order :-)
My daughter called them out after a knock from another car which burst the tyre. She had to wait 2hrs by a busy dual carriageway, after they said they would be an 1hr. She had already paid the callout fee, which had to be paid upfront, or they wouldnt come out,so did not want to call someone else at that point, They eventually turned up, and replaced the tyre, but she said they were whispering to each other when doing it. So, the tyre was fitted, but the wheels were pointing in opposite directions, as something on the steering was broken, so she had a new tyre, but couldn't drive it anyway, and had to arrange to be recovered by her insurers, which took another 2hrs. My question is, if they are experienced at tyre repair and removing wheels, they surely would have notice something was broken on the steering when removing the wheel, but they fitted the tyre anyway, i feel to just make their trip worth it. Nothappy, in what was already a very stressful situation, and cost £320! Can't even get a receipt from them, to claim the extortionate £320 back from the insurers, after asking many times. Would not use again.Avoid this company............In response to Road buddy's reply, i did see the state of the tyre, as i came out to where she was before she rang road buddy, and it was flat, but didnt look terrible. I was also sitting right next to her when she made the call to Road Buddy, and it was on loudspeaker. She was not given the option of a budget tyre, but just gave the tyre size, and thats the price she was given, as it was a late night call out. I heard that conversation, and i had to pay for the tyre, as she has no money, so she wouldn't have asked for a premium tyre! Also, they did not turn up in the estimated hour, but well over 2hrs. I know, as i had to go pick her up and take her home in the early hours of the morning, when it was obvious the car couldn't be driven. There was two fitters that arrived in the pick up, so you didn't have to send for another fitter, and she said she definitely didn't say to fit the tyre anyway, as the two fitters never mentioned that they saw damage? Why would she insist they fit it if they had said they thought the steering was damaged? She is not that stupid!! She did not know at that point that the car could be recovered either? She had to ring her insurers after the tyre was fitted, as only then was it obvious there was something wrong with the steering. I suggest your fitters are either lying to you, or you are basically just trying to cover their inept behaviour, because of the poor review. She has not received any receipt either. I am disgusted and angry by this response! Just another reason not to use this company!
We had a flat tyre on a Saturday so called them to sort it out. The agent I spoke with told me the fitter would be with me in 60 - 80 minutes. The fitter then called me and said they would be 2.5 hours which was annoying but not the end of the world. The fitter then called me back another 15 minutes later saying that there are protests currently going on which the route was taking him through. They could have gone through another route but instead as I told them I would be going out at 18:30 they said the best thing to do was arrange with the office another appointment. We then booked in the fitter on the Monday between 8am and 9am. 8:45am on the Monday we had not been contacted by a fitter so I asked them what was happening and I was told that the fitter had now been dispatched and was on his way. They gave the excuse that the fitter who was initially booked in for my job broke down so they had to send another one. At this stage I asked for my deposit back and was called by the 'General Manager' who was in no way an actual General Manager as he was not professional and accused me of it being my fault for accepting that it could be done on Monday and told me "this fitter will always do it the easiest way so when you mention it can be done Monday that is what they will do". The fitter then turned up and was done in 15 minutes and the fitter himself was nice and professional and is the only positive experience I have had out of this interaction. I then contacted Road Buddy again asking if they would provide me with an email address for me raise a complaint with. This was read and ignored as they correspond through WhatsApp and I could see they had read it. I asked again and was ignored so I called and instead of picking up the phone I was sent a message saying "Can't talk now. Call me later?" which is a quick message you can send when someone is calling you. Now they have my money (£185) for a fitting that was not done the day they said it would be and when was rearranged did not turn up on time then either and lied to me numerous times. I tried to call the number on WhatsApp again and they did not answer but would reply via text. They are a bunch of scammers and I would not recommend them to someone I hated.
Called on Saturday as had a flat tyre and was told it would cost £185 - an extortionate cost for changing 1 tyre but appreciate the mobile service and on a weekend so agreed to pay £40 deposit. Fitter told us he would be with us within 60-80 minutes. He then called and said due to a protest he would struggle to get to us - not sure there is just 1 route to Carshalton!!! Agreed he could come Monday 8am-9am and called the office number to ask if this would now be a cheaper price as it would be almost 48 hours since original request, no longer on a weekend and because they had let me down. I was told no as the delay wasn't their fault... Monday morning and no word from them until we chased, called at 9 to be told they were just leaving and be an hour. When calling to complain have been lied to over and over again. £185 for a 48 hour wait and the worst Customer Service I've ever experienced. DO NOT USE!!!
