The person on the phone I spoke with was very helpful. BUT I asked to speak with my negotiator and she put in a message to him with the details of what I wanted. Still waiting to hear back and it has been more than a week. Put in the same request 3 weeks ago, the same. No response back. So not real happy at the moment.
Very concerned as to why I have to continue payments past the original agreed upon amount of 24. Have now made 27 payments and am told will have to make two more through March 2021. Was told payments were extended as two clients have yet to settle. Was told there will only be one extention per client so there will be no more extensions. Aso told that if Discover and American Airlines settle for less than expected I will get the difference refunded to me.

I just wanted to share my experience with Rockwell Legal. Since I decided to move ahead with their debt relief service i have been experienced only kindness and professionalism throughout the process.
I have gotten three different letters from a law firm saying they were going to garnish my wages. Each time I have emailed the letter from the attorney to Rockwell. The response from Rockwell is that the situation is being handled but I keep getting a letter. It would be nice if someone from the legal team would address the issue with this law firm and then get back to me with a response and how it's being handled. I talked to Alexis on the phone and she was very polite and helpful to the best of her ability.
Marshon was very patient and helpful with all my questions. His computer seemed to be slow pulling up data. I called the first time and on hold 42 minutes then disconnected on your end. Called the second time on hold for about 10 minutes. He did a good job as far as reviewing all account information with me. However I am nervous about my plan and the outcome that should come around May 2022. I just hope this all works as planned. I am doing my part to keep everything moving along as I am told. Thank you for your assistance in resolving my debts. I do wish I would receive a written copy of plan progress at least twice a year. I use the mobile app but it does not give specific data.
Chelsea Kennedy was the BEST customer service representative to date. I’ve been calling since December to ensure that the last debt I had was taken care of and today she was able to get answers and give me a plan for how the last debt I have will be resolved. Amazing customer service!!

The person I spoke with was great! But, I always think that when I am talking to them. The problem is Niobe ever goes what they are suppose to do and I am completely disgusted with your company. I would never give a positive recommendation to anyone to contact your organization.

Just getting started with Rockwell as my debt relief team. So far everything has been great and no reason to think that will change so thought I would give a quick shout out and thank you.
I did NOT give a positive review!! Today I talked to manager Chris. In my previous call with Kimberly,and email on 1/4/2021 I requested a refund of the service fees ($3935.67) I paid for 4 creditors that were not serviced and that I now still owe (1 of which has a Writ of Garnishment against me now) and I will now have to service these unpaid accounts myself. Chris offered me a $1000 refund which I DO NOT accept. He says these accounts were serviced because Rockwell contacted them. In addition to the 17% service fees ($3935.67 )I also paid $995 in retainer fees and $89 per month ($2403). I should not have to also pay the 17% service fee on the accounts that I now have to service myself. I have been trying to communicate thru calls and emails with RW since 2/2020 requesting to talk to someone about the lawsuit that was against me from Wells Fargo. No one ever contacts me. I call them and each representative has told me someone will be in contact with me in a week or 2, but no one ever does. Chris says this is accurate, that no one contacts you, you have to call them asking about your account ( but they have no information to give you). I have no proof that RW has done anything at all with these unsettled accounts. Several times I was told that if I paid more money they could settle easier. I had reviewed RW Legal Group on the BBB before starting this program and saw many clients that have dealt with these same issues. I trusted that Rockwell Legal Group was legit but I now know that they just talk a good talk and that's it, wonderfully nice customer service reps that buy time for RW to collect your monthly payments. Answered all my questions and concerns.. and there were a lot of them.. with patience and in an understable way so I was comfortable moving forward and happy I did.
I have made AT LEAST SIX attempts since early November to get updates on my card settlement, every single one to no avail. Every time I call to follow-up, there have been NO UPDATES and NO FOLLOW-UP and they can't get hold of the negotiator handling my account. I sit on hold for 20-30 mins each time and the last time I was told I would receive a call back from a senior leader OVER FOUR WEEKS AGO which I still have not. I have done EVERYTHING in good faith to try and settle this account in full since early November, however they’ve done NOTHING as promised yet collect and STEEL my money. They have proven nothing but their interest to drag this out as long as you possible to ensure they get their full fees money. When I first inquired about a one-time payoff, I was told it would only take a few days. When I made the arrangements for this, I was then told (by a different person) that it would take about two weeks. After three weeks of not hearing anything, I called again and was told (by a different person) there'd been no updates and follow-ups with Amex. It was suggested to me to arrange a "pre-authorized" amount in the amount of around $8K to expedite the process. I signed the forms right away to do this and after two weeks, the draft amount was not taken from my account. I called AGAIN (spoke to a different person), and it turns out they made a mistake and I had to go through the process again. I signed the forms again, the draft in just over $8K was deducted from my bank about a week later. It has been a month now and NOT A SINGLE WORD nor update from them. I sent a complaint letter two weeks ago and still not a single word from them. I recently discovered they have 134 complaints filed against them through the Better Business Bureau (look it up) and a 1.7 / 5 rating too.
The lady that help me was very polite and cared about what was going on.
I have been in the program for almost 3 years in which 2 of 3 accounts have been settled. I have always spoken to very professional and courteous agents when I have contacted the office.
